Friendly service and you get a lot for the money. More importantly, quality of the food. A healthy food and clean food. Though the place is a small place, but the customer service and friendliness and the quality is excellant. Worth a visit and take a bite.

The lady at the counter is super grumpy and 100% unprofessiona while greeting customers, not recommended.

WORST! Lazeez I have ever been to. They refused to give us the free toppings in our wrap and gave us nearly No chicken in our wraps. We had to pay more and get extra chicken.

The free toppings include Olives, hot pepper, parsley and the lady serving us told me “You don’t get that”, seriously? What kind of customer service is this?

Highly disappointed!

That man at cash is so rude every time I go! Get someone friendlier or change your manners to match the great delicious fresh food you sell!

The stuff were very rude and i was first in the line but the behavior was not good with me because they were racist of my culture clothes

Charging extra now for fried pitas in wraps, the beef portion has decreased, prices have increased, and they started only accepting debit and cash. They used to take credit. Also their hours are now from 10am despite advertising 9am.

Won't be coming back to this location.

The shawarma was excellent that I had last night. It was full of taste. There is one girl Jaspreet she is so nice and humble and very professional in dealing with customers.i like to talk with her. Very nice girl.

Very disorganized, messy, dusty environment. Little to no glove use and bad customer service. Worker couldn't hold a conversation while ordering because she was yelling at other workers

Don't eat here. The peoples who's working here is disgusting. Bad hygiene and unsanitary. Using dirty gloves to serve customer's food.

Attached to the Mall (Shops at Steeles & 404), however it is open even after mall hours as it has a separate entry door.
There is no place to sit so it's only take out. The variety and quality of meditteranean food is good for a reasonable price.
The south asian family that runs this place is quite friendly.

Lowkey racist service - I love this place and order it online all the time, but when I went to order in person, they delayed fulfilling my order and served multiple people behind me first despite having ordered the same items. Since no one ordered ahead of time or online, it seemed that they gave priority to those who walked in later if they spoke the same language.

Never had worse service - will never support this location again, online or in-person. Don’t go. They don’t care about their customers.

Taste is great as always. The sauce dips down at the end and that can make trouble if you are not used to it. Other than that there is a common sitting area in the building just outside restaurant where you can sit and eat.

It had a good review and I decided to try, I won't come back. I am not a foodie, I don't need super tasty food, but I like to see someone is taking a good care when preparing my food. The lady prepared 5-6 warps when I was there and she messed up half of the wraps including mine. The portion was good, I did not like the smell of the chicken.

Very good shawarma place running by family. Always fully loaded until it couldnt close the box.

The customer service there is awesome. Me and my friends went there n took a lot of time in giving the order but the owner was so kind and patient and even suggested us some of the dishes to be tried. We all liked it so much

Great restaurant, truly embodies the spirit of a family owned franchise. It was past closing time, I walked in, and they still served me, with extra beef! Definitely go in whenever you get the chance.

Shawerma and falafel wrap was great. Garlic sauce was the show stealer! Staff behaviour One of the staffs had her 2month baby in the kitchen admist heat and other dangerous surrounding. Save yourself from getting fined because it would be a shame for such a good eatout go in shambles.

Good food. Love their garlic sauce. Staff are great, even though the kid sometimes get carried away with the hot sauce. Overall, a great shawarma joint. I've only ever ordered chicken, salad, rice and fries. Can't comment on the rest of the menu. Their portions are awesome too.

Absolutely loved the lazeez on the rocks (rice) and the lazeez on sticks (fries). Took a while to get the order, but I am not against that since I saw/observed them meticulously preparing our meals! Very impressive portions and packaging! Kudos!

Where to start? Disrespectful staff, drawer meat, and when you ask for extra toppings (and are willing to pay for them) and still don't get what you want. Jordan's Shawarma at John street and Leslie is much much better! You can't even compare the quality. This is the only location of Lazeez we have been to, because it's in our area, but it's a disappointment. Who uses 2 pitas to make a "large" sandwich/wrap? Not sure about a second chance at all with Lazeez, but definitely not at this location. Food wasn't even good and definitely not worth it in terms of price and quality.

I'm sorry you could not respond in a professional manner and address eveything said in the review, but that's okay. The quality of your shawarma is not there, I'm not sure why you feel the need to express that people will not find "quality" like Lazeez. There are plenty of shawarma places in the area that are much better in terms of overall experience with the restaurant and the quality of food is superior to yours. Reviews are opinions based on visits, maybe understand that better? Just because I had a bad experience does not mean that you cannot succeed and make things better. It's all about how you take the feedback and more forward and create a better environment.

Have been here several times and drove here to try to support the restaurant during lockdown even though it's not in my area. Normally the service is friendly, especially when the teenaged boy is working. He's a good kid.

Tonight I ordered a large sandwich and it was barely hot. Meat was cooked to a temperature that the person making the sandwich could easily transfer the meat with her thinly gloved hand. Must have been very upsetting for me to order meat that wasn't already in the warming tin an hour before closing.

I then asked for the large sandwich to be cut in half because it would be easier to eat in the car. The one making my sandwich looked over at someone I assume was the owner, who told me it would cost 50 cents to do so and put it in a box. I didn't bother saying anything and just walked out. I guess I should have tipped $1 and paid 50 cents instead of the $1.50 that I did tip, and I and would have gotten what I wanted.

Good way to ruin a repeat customer.

Best shawarma place to go to. I mostly get falafel wrap or platter from this place and they always make it really good. And price is really affordable as well because they give really good quantity with great quality.

I would definitely suggest this place if you want to try falafel or shawarma.

I really enjoyed the food that's served here, and I enjoy the care they put into making the dishes.

Hey guys, I found a new easting spot place called Lazeez Shawrma at Thornhill location. Its a mazing the services was quick and fast the person behind casher was amazing very friendly and it feels like he knows exactly what i wanted to order. He always smiling and very hospitality. It was raining that day and he mention that there is place to seat down inside. I was glad that I was able to eat inside. The food was amazing and very friendly atmospher. If anyone ever pass the area its a place stop for a quick food if your on the go. I highly recommed to anyone. Its an awesome place to eat. Hope see you guys there. Signs loves to eat.

Came here for the first time today, the shawarma is to die for. Best one i had in Canada. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Would recommend 100%

I didn't know there was a National Shawarma Day! With so many choices available, we decided to try Lazeez for the first time, at The Shops on Steeles and 404. It's a tiny mom-and-pop spot in a good location, right by the entrance to the small food court. We arrived just after they opened, which was a good idea because the lineup started to get really, really long! They had three shawarma options for $5.00, which was a good deal. We chose the chicken shawarma wraps. The wraps were ok. We might come back and try their shawarma plates.

I ordered mixed shawarma with potatoes and Greek salad. The food was great; very good price and good portion. I strongly recommend this place.

Absolute premium food and taste. If your hungry and want a great meal they are the best in the city. Nobody better then lazeez shawarma. Better then virtually all these 'high end' restaurants.

Ok so by now, u should know that each laseez and osmows location make their chicken on the rocks differently right? So much so that it is soo hard to go to one and expect the same good taste as ur usual spot.

This laseez spot however, my God. They prepare it the right way. Theyve got that familiar taste down packed. And not only that, but they are GENEROUS to the portion they give YOU.
So much chicken, so much garlic sauce, so much of everything. And to top it off, their service is amazing. Sure it aint the biggest location, it may seem packed once in awhile. But the people are humble and friendly. The food never sees to disappoint neither.
Because of this, this place has become my go to place for shawarma and on the rox series alike.

Drove 20 km to get philly chicken on the rocks. Rude old lady said don't have philly chicken only chicken on the rocks. Poor service.

Service was fast and friendly and delicious. Restaurant was neat and I observe the staff was very careful not to touch the food with bare hands.

Lazeez Shawarma is so good! The food is delicious and the workers here were also really sweet! It was my first time eating here, so to anyone thinking of doing the same, I definitely recommend it.:)

Don't come here if you're on a schedule or looking to grab a quick bite. I was the only customer there and I watched her take 10 min to make 1 beef on the rocks with the most unhappy attitude I was scared to talk to her.

Ordered half and half chicken shawarma last night and it was amazing. Chicken was tender. Far better than Osmows. Keep it up guys

This is one of the best shawarma places I have tried, they give very good service, and the food is very good, the place is very nice and the staff is very calm and very nice, every time I think of a delicious meal, always I am going to this place because it is very good, I recommend 10/10 that you come to this place to eat this delicious food that you can find here, and everything they sell is to my liking, it is a good place to come and eat ️

Service is quick and they seem to be following Covid protocols to best of their ability. Food portion sizes are very generous. They could get better fitting masks that cover their noses better though. Maybe the owner should provide it

Decided to try their shawarma it was awful, the taste is off. Their chicken over fries however tastes okay but ask to go light on the sauce

Just went there for the first time with a friend because we were hanging out. I was hesitant to try at first but the food is amazing. Can't wait to go back again.

Finally something closer to me (don mills/Steele's) and actually rivals the competition for chicken on the rocks. Small seating, but plenty of room in the mall to sit and enjoy your meal. Thank you.

Ruby was super helpful in choosing the food, and giving us options. One of my daughter's is dairy free and she was very careful to make sure no dairy went into her food selection. And she gave us many salad options to try. Service was fantastic!

On the plus side, the "regulars" who already knew the menu seemed very happy, the portions seemed generous and everything comes smothered in sauce. On the minus side, I ordered the "vegetable plate" from the menu by the door and was told in no uncertain terms it did not exist, I must have meant the falafel plate instead. (Wrong!) After choosing my toppings I found I had been charged an extra $2 for "additional' toppings and even now I am not sure what those actually were. Finally this is really and truly a takeout shop only as sitdown space is extremely limited.

Indians making middle eastern food. Chicken has a weird taste. Garlic sauce is not middle eastern garlic sauce, it's a liquid rather than a mayo type sauce and has very little to no flavour.

Lackluster salad options as well. Not impressed and will not return.

There was a Nail in my Shawarma today. The Shawarma was delicious until we found a dirty finger nail half way through the sandwich. Owner: please kindly improve the food safety/quality of your restaurant asap, which would significantly increase the sustainability of your restaurant in the long term

I always have a great experience when I visit the Don mills and Steeles Lazeez location. The family that works there are very hard working and are genuinely very kind people. I order the regular chicken half and half and it always hits the spot! I only recommend THIS location to anyone who tries Lazeez for the first time you wont regret it!

This got to be one of the best places to come by and eat either as a group or by yourself.
Did is my go to spot now because of the best food they make. One of my favourites is chicken on the rox great job

Really great size shawarma and price.
The garlic fries are an amazing side dish to enjoy. I'm really hoping to come back and try some of their other specialty dishes.

Saw one of the servers transfer lettuce using bare hands, didnt even try looking for a glove. Also the portion size was a bit small. Ive had bigger portion sizes from other locations.

My shawarma salad was yummy, but for whatever reason quite difficult to order. Was my first time at this location.seemed quite small and stuffy so appeared cluttered and in disarray in comparison to the other locations I've visited.

The food was good but being handled by bare hands was not something that was appreciated. Also, should separate kitchen operations from the front somehow. The on-the-rocks is really something to die for but please use? ?

This little hole in the wall has never let me down! The service has always been good, the food fresh and covered in delicious sauce. Try the "on the rocks" special, you won't be disappointed. Also they have a selection of unique and fabulous drink choices for someone bored of the same old cola selection.
