My daughter loves this place. Always a hoot, friendly staff, fun arcade and the lazer tag course is SO much fun!

Call 2 weeks in advance to book for a boys small party. Was told to call back the week before. When I called back I was told there was no available room for them. Now I am stuck with trying to find a something else to do at very busy time of year. Not impressed.

Just had to post a review, we were very impressed with this place! We had a 9 year olds birthday party here and it was great. In a time when service always seems a rarity every one working at Lazer Mania was attentive and friendly. It is a younger staff and it is crazy in this place - loud and flashy with kids running around screaming and the staff was always accommodating and easy to engage. It really made a difference and we would recommend bringing the kids here to anyone. It's a nice balance of vintage and modern; I'm sure many will say the decor is tired/outdated but it suits the vibe perfectly and they have plenty of updated games. The kids all loved the lazer tag (and while they were playing I hit the fast pitch home run!).
The pizza was good too and to say we had a party with a dozen 9 year olds for hours and went home with no complaints from anyone is amazing - well done Lazer Mania, keep it going like this!

Had a great time celebrating my little girls birthday. We went on a Tuesday when it's $5 a game. Love the fact the you can bring your own food and they have tables for you to use.

The lazertag was great and Josh at the desk was amazing. His customer service was unmatched to other employees I’ve seen here over my multitude of years coming to the location.

Reasonable price, lots of fun. My kids always love coming here for a game or two. The arcade is ok, there are a lot of machines out of order every time we visit. It's also mostly focused on ticket payout games without many just good fun to play games. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place while looking a bit worn is kept very clean, especially the bathrooms.

It said on the website they open at 10, I want there and I called but no one open the door or even pick up my call

Went with the children for a field trip and I’d have to say it was pretty disappointing to hear that the equipment wasn’t working properly. The kids couldn’t tell what gun they were using as the light was burnt out and guns would glitch and would stop shooting. The ticket redeemer was broken and once they “fixed it” it was printing out blank receipts. Staff was NOT friendly at all and in fact very rude to the children. Also if you wanted to break a $20 they couldn’t do that either, we had to go the the gas station to get change. Overall unsatisfied and don’t recommend this place!

The black lights, artwork within the Lazer maze creates such an amazing experience. Two stories and great for all ages. My son had nis Birthday party and the kids had a blast. The only issue is that party rooms are a little small and there are open ceilings across which means there is no noise barrier. It can be overwhelming for those who are sensitive to noise. We were not warned about the set up by the staff, so folks should be aware that the games area is where the party rooms are-so bring some money for tokens. Overall, it was a great experience

Went here for the first time with a couple of friends and absolutely loved it! Dia helped us decide what package to get and made our visit 10x smoother. She told us what times were good to come and what games were best to play with our party.

Great place to be at, fun vibes always! Took my cousins who came to visit there and we all enjoyed out time there! Thank you for everyone there for their great costumer service!

AMAZING TIME HERE WITH THE FAMILY, such a lovely and retro like environment for the kids and laser tag was very much enjoyable, big thanks to Dia who was quick to our aid when we came across some confusion with one of the games, 100% recommended for anyone looking for a fun place to take the kids over the weekend

Dia was amazing and handled everything so well! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy with my family. Laser tag was so fun and there’s so many prizes to win from! Definitely worth it!

This place will always be a go to for some weekend fun, Dia was so much help and always did her best to accommodate my group and I whenever we came. We were always satisfied and any concerns or questions were addressed and resolved with the utmost effort. 10/10!

Very ran down establishment most arcade machines dont work and wont properly accept your tokens or not give you the correct amount of tickets.most of the lazer tag vest also dont work and wont fire properly, and the employees dont seem to care everything is broken. Overall i wouldnt come back it is very expensive and you are paying for a broken service

Lazer Mania is truly a fun place for kids, the arcade games and laser tag missions are brilliant. My son had his birthday party here and it was so much fun; all the kids enjoyed it, and I had kids across different age groups. The Manager, Cassandra (amazing human by the way, you just have to meet her to understand what I mean) explained in detail the different packages available and what to expect so I was able to properly plan for my guests. The rest of the team at Lazer Mania was also wonderful, I couldn't count how many times different team members popped into the party room asking, "Is everything okay, do you need anything? " Thank you to the team at Lazer Mania Hamilton for making my son's birthday exciting and truly fun - the kids are still talking about how much fun it was. Special "Thank you" to Cass again - you are the best!

Best experience, super cheap and fun. Great way to spend an afternoon and staff were super friendly.

The arcade games were fun, but the actual Lazer Tag was kind of boring. There was also no A. C in the arena, and with the vests, it became extremely hard. The bathroom was nice and clean though.

90% of the machines are broken and take your coins, the prizes are ridiculously overpriced and even the laser tag part didn’t work. Horrible place wouldn’t go back, wouldn’t recommend!

Went there 9 people on Thursday night. The front desk/cashier girl told us to wait 15 mins ended up waiting 50mins. When I asked her when our turn was going to be she answered with a very rude attitude. Then she started yelling at us and saying she can’t deal with us and she was going to call the police! When I asked about the manager she answered that she was the manager and ended up lying to me and she refused to share her name. Very unsatisfied with their customer service. You should find better people!

Barbara was able to keep our crowd of 100 + organized, and the kids had a blast! Definitely taking them back

Came in tonight and was totally surprised by the uplifting and above positive attitude from the outstanding supervisor Brier, she was extremely helpful and polite and just went above and beyond to keep the place running smoothly and efficiently. I hope the owners pay her well for the amount of hustle and heart she has for her job. That woman is dedicated! Very polite professional young woman, told her I’m returning to this establishment regularly because of her.

Paid for a birthday party. (2 hour time slot).

Got kicked out of the party room 15 minutes early, for the sake of accommodating the next birthday party. So, kids couldn't finish their pizza they started.

The staff wasn't the worst, but they take a really condescending tone. That could partly be due to their teenager staff.

Its not bad if you want to celebrate a birthday somewhere other than your house. The kids did have fun.

But, the value for the money paid wasn't great.

It is one of the best place to spend time together with friends. We had a very good time in playing laser tag game. Well organised the play areas offset tag.
The receptionist “Barbara” and “Brier” is very friendly and explained everything to us as we were visiting for the first time. Highly recommended for having FUN

This place is a lot of fun, no matter what age you are. They have games for everybody. Barb was also a sweetheart and tended to us quickly.

All the employees are too high to even function. Horrible service and still waiting on a manager to call me.

My friends and i bought our tickets for a game of laser tag and requested to play a solo game (just our group) and the employee said that was fine and that they’d announce on the speaker when it was our turn.we waited for 40 mins and still hadn’t been called so we went up to ask how much longer and the manager accused us of already playing lazer tag and trying to get in a second time.we told her we’d been sitting down and waiting the whole time and she proceeded to yell at us with all the customers watching.she was insanely rude and wouldn’t stop yelling at us even though it was their fault for keeping us waiting and forgetting about our group.we didn’t even get to play solo and she continued to yell and blame us even as we were going inside.my friends and i were really just trying to understand what was going on and were talking calmly and respectfully but the manager kept yelling and saying “I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOURE NOT GOING INSIDE JUST GO INSIDE” im guessing she yelled at her employees afterwards because a sweet girl came in wiping tears from her eyes when telling us where to exit after the game.such a rude terrible manager yelling at people half her age for something that wasn’t our fault.

Computers had been on and off all night and not only did they not tell us before we payed they refused to give a refund when the computers crashed. We got to play one round before the system went down yet again and we got no refund. Staff was stoned out of their minds and took forever to let us in. Over all it was a bad experience.

Went there on a Saturday evening and the actual laser tag part is fine, but the organisation of how many people are allowed is very chaotic. No instructions or information. Many of their arcade machines are out of order or don't work. Plus the teenagers who work there have very poor customer service. One guy is walking away when someone needs help with their laser. Save your money and go elsewhere.

4 star, went for kids birthday party.nice little set up and conveniently situated close to highway. Few party halls, Laser tag on site with lots of video and coin games. Reasonably priced and decent place to hang out for few hours

Followed great covid protocols which helped everyone feel safe and ready to play.

Just giving a 5 star review to counter the guys giving 1 star reviews for following the government mandate. It isn't like the business has a choice anyways and they should take their complaints to the government and not small businesses. Since the overwhelming majority support the vaccine passport their complaints will fall on deaf ears.

This place has turned friends of mine away since the pandemic. People who have kept giving this place Business now turns them away. Don’t recommend

Went here with a group of my friends today and overall had a really good experience. Place is clean and well kept. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Kudos to Rachel for helping us get started in the arcade, we were a little confused but she was there to help us and get it sorted! Lol!

We come all the way from Grimsby to this location, staff is friendly and the kids love it here.

On Friday, we had a group of 4 adults and two children. It was fairly busy, there were 30 players in total. We all had fun, the staff was accommodating and friendly. Be sure to ask for your free personalized score sheet detailing the statistics of the game. There are also arcade games that award tickets for prizes.

I came in with a group of friends on a Friday night, we had called ahead and they said they weren't busy. They were not at all. We got to play almost immediately and they had a wide variety of game modes for us to play. The facility itself is large and updated and everything works well. Every once and a while a vest will malfunction but it is easily fixed by staff. Everything is run well and maintained well. This is a very good time for any age group of any size. I definitely recommend it.

I came for two games yesterday with some friends, we were told 7 minutes until the next game which was fine because we planned to play the arcade.they called our group along with a few other groups and it ended up being a pretty big game of about 30 people, they were able to hold our stuff behind the counter which was great.

When all the groups were in the room a staff member named Dylan played a video for the kids to watch, after the video he came back in and gained control of the room filled with kids and separated everyone into teams. He helped all the children that didn't know how to put their vests on and got the game started very quickly which was nice.

During the game, I had a few questions regarding the bases and special firing modes on the guns, he quickly answered my questions so I could get back into the game, I was very impressed. After the game was over, he greeted everyone and told people to remember the names on the back of the guns so you could see your scores, I ended up in 5th place.

All of the staff working this day were very nice and quick to help if you had any issues, they are very patient with the kids which must be pretty tough!

I would definitely come back to play again!

It's so-so. I've been a member for a few years and game after game it seems the game vests are slowly falling apart electrically (meaning not working). You might get the best gaming experience if the game has a small number of people and you don't pick the bad vest. Ok, so they expanded, but I thought they could add another arcade game in there as well. I also notice that some things take a long time to be repaired if at all, and when issues arise with vests, they aren't taken care of properly. The least that can happen is that the broken vests are removed from the play area until they are fixed. I may return for the occasional dancing because they are one of the only few places in ontario that actually have a working in the groove dance machine that allows custom songs plus the original screen is in the machine as well.

UPDATE Oct 2019: Do the staff care about their customers? Probably not. At least in my case the past couple times I was there, they didn't cater well to me. I wanted to play 'In The Groove" at a loud enough volume. When I asked for them to turn it up, they did but not loud enough. While I understand parents don't like too much noise in general, there were no running birthday parties and the children were on the other side of the building. What's worse is that they crank up their OWN music thats a bit louder than the game music. If Lazermania staff doesn't smarten up soon, I'll take my gaming elsewhere.

Good layout for 4+ at a time, roomy with many sniping spots and upper levels are good. Jackets/vests and weapons have issues and should be pulled off if not working 100% rather then leaving them for people to use and instantly loose. I had a unit that had intermittently worked.

First time experiencing the establishment, Drove all the way from Bowmenville Ontario and it was worth the hassle! Went to a birthday party here about a week ago, for my sisters daughters birthday.overall was a good experience to say the least! Party leaders Rachael and Melisa very helpful.didn’t get the names of the gentlemen at the front counter but they were also very understanding when i told them i was missing people for the first game. Only minor concern i had was that i had was that one of the games by the front were very loud, not sure which machine.

Went in to play a round of lazer tag last night with some friends and all the staff were happy to get us into a game right away. We told them we had been there before and they didn’t waste any of our time explaining the rules but rather just let us play on. When we finished, all the staff were in the deployment room ready to help us take the vests off and hang them for us.

This place is a joke. I've been here for a long time, and the service was great. But now it's not. I asked staff to put volume up for in the groove, only to realize that they didn't even put it loud enough for me to properly hear my music. Some of the games were broken, and staff wasn't doing their jobs properly. Thanks guys. Not gonna come back until this place improves.

The people who work here are amazing and coming is a blast. The laser tag is awesome and a great time for a group of friends to blow off some steam. The environment is superb as well as the lighting.

They’ve been there for a long time and have lots of variety, the kids love it but it can be quite pricey. I would recommend and will probably return there again.

Manager tried to charge us for 21 children when we only had 14. When I had challenged him on the total he claimed he had video evidence of the total number of children. I advised him to show me the camera and I would be more than happy to pay if he could prove it.

They clearly lied as they have no camera's and than the manager called the police lol. Little did the uneducated idiot didnt realize was it was a civil matter and not criminal! And as a customer I have the right to refuse unsuitable payment for service.

After all that I paid for the services i actually used for my child's party.

Would definitely not recommend this clown show to anyone!

Very organized recommend for s birthday party. Redemption prizes, arcade, Lazer tag and multiple party rooms.

We had a birthday party for my twin girls there today, so happy we choose this place. Kids had lots of fun, they offer 2 games, pizza and cake in between, the staff members were super polite and helpful starting from booking, reminder call as well as the girl in pur party room. Everyone just made it a perfect party! Thank you very much. Tip, I've put tokens for every kid in a lootbag as well as their 2 for 1 card that every party member gets anyways. All the kids were happy and it saved me a headache of what to buy for every party member:)
