Felt I was inconvenience as soon as I sat down I was asked if I chose my colour it’s not like it was busy it was just a basic take off and shellac manicure, rushed job as soon as I got out of the salon my nails were ruined from not being dryed enough.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!
Didn’t listen to a thing I said and made my pinky way shorter than the rest.nail polish is super patchy.
Told me when I said she made them to short when I wanted them to stay the length I had just cleaned up that “they look better this way”
Than didn’t file the rest to match.
Waste of money.

Got my nails done here twice now. The first image is my first set I got done, the second is two-three weeks later. Second time they filled, reshaped, and recoloured my nails for me Didn’t take very long to do and I get plenty of compliments on them I will be going back!

This nail salon is absolutely amazing, it was my first time here and I am definitely coming back. I don’t know the name of the guy who did my nails but he was great, asked me every step of the way if it was okay and didn’t make me feel bad about wanting something changed. It was very fast and he was so polite. There wasn’t an option to tip with the machine but I would’ve if I could because the service was that good.

My wife, daughter, her sister and mother in law went to this location. My wife/sister/mother in law got a pedicure and my daughter got a pedicure and manicure. The website states $35 for medi and pedi for children. They charged my 8 year old daughter $40 because she sat in an adult chair. We asked why the up charge? The lady stated because she didn’t fit in the kids chair. Thought that was very rude and unprofessional. Just because she sat in an adult chair? She is only 8 years old and don’t think that is right. Check your prices with them before you sit down.

I wish I could comment on the actual work, but twice now - I've called for an appointment, explained a time constraint that I would need to be done at a certain time, and BOTH times they said they could and left me sitting over 20 mins past the appointment time. And then offer me a quicker service, no thanks. Kudos on being busy but please just don't accept the appointment, I'd rather that and book somewhere else then sit there and then leave disappointed

The worst place really bad service the person Who help me don’t know how to do a manicure and a pedicure they always rushing even when you do have appointment. I’m so mad with my pedicure I just give up of my manicure really really bad. This person not even know how to colour. My Old skin they not even touch and at the end for me with a incomplete pedicure and a manicure not even happen and my little nice they charge me $90 dólares. I do have pictures I will post and I call for an inspection because they don’t sanitizer nothing. Really dirty place just thinking about $$$$ not about customers and good service. Don’t go to this place.

Came here for years but never again. Very rushed, got cut several times, removed my old acrylics with a nail tip which hurt so badly to the point where I was bleeding under my nail bed. Extremely disappointed

Cleanest and friendliest nail salon in town. Everyone here does a great job. I have been coming here for years and have never been unhappy. I am very picky with my nails so am hard to please and that's why I keep coming back here. Kelvin is my go to although would trust anyone he books me with if he's unavailable. They are professional, always accommodating and very hard worker. Thank you

Bad service. I heard a lot about this salon and decided to try it out! Omgg, the staff are so rude, and the workers are so slow! The manager is rude and makes fun of you by talking to the worker in their language. The prices are expensive for nothing! Please don't go and waste your time.:)

Reliably quality manicures and pedicures. Great variety of services and products with friendly staff. EXCELLENT brow waxing! Solid covid precautions as well.

I never come here because they don't know how to do nails.plus they are rude and not professional.
But today I was in a rush and had to go.just to take off my nails they took 20$. I mean they didn't even clean my nails and use any products all they did was taking off the acrylic that I had.please don't go there and don't waste your time and money

I always love coming here staff go above and beyond. They are super friendly and do an amazing job.

I’ve been coming here for years. I like coming here but their tipping system changes which makes it a little confusing at times.

Literally getting my pedicure done right now and honestly? I think I'll be back next month for another. Great little shop, friendly staff, and very convenient for me.

My teenager daughter went here to get her nails done today. I wasn’t aware she was going here, but when she got home I was extremely shocked to learn that she wasn’t instructed to wear a mask. It’s my understanding that nail salons are allowed to open if they have proper safety measures in place. I believe this should include customers wearing masks, and unknowing teenagers who don’t think twice about this COVID should be instructed to wear masks for everyone’s safety. It’s not all about getting back to the money, safety first please.

I tried other places to do my nail and my daughters nails, no one is like Le Nails, the owner is very knowledgeable and the staff is well trained. When you have a problem with any of the staff that you had done the nails, the owner or other professional jump right in to help. If you like a specific professional i suggest you to book ahead with he or she.
They are very busy, yet, welcomes walking ins. The price is reasonable if you want good quality service.
I give 10 stars to this place. I wish they would go bigger or have another salon so wouldn't be so busy.
Please open as soon as possible, with all precautions of course for the safe and health of all of us and our nails and self esteem.
We are thankful.

I've been coming here for a few months and I think this last trip will be my last. Gave it a few tries since it's the closest place to where I live, but I always leave disappointed. Eyebrow waxes where they leave patches behind, bugs in the salon, and the last time, went for a pedicure and they skipped several steps (no pumice stone or anything). Seeing a lot of reviews about lack of cleanliness and I have to agree, I don't think they even rinsed the tub in between me and the last customer.

Worst place to go not even after a week and my nails are chipping paid over 100.00 for mani pedi and charged more to fix because the wrong colour was put on and I was talked into doing dip nails that i asked multiple times will the colour get brighter and she refused to answer also felt so out of place because they just kept talking in Chinese the whole tims i was there felt like they were talking about me waste of money to come here.

I too have mixed reviews of this place. They do your nails as requested for a cheap price but the actual customer experience is pretty bad. No one talks to you.just at you.they take debit but expect a cash only tip? Who has cash these days? And what do they expect. $5.00.no way.not at the prices for the product they deliver. Le Nails- Change your pricing to reflect a tip or update your debit machine to have a tip option. Payments are to be convenient for your customers NOT you. Thanks.

My shilac cracked within days because they didn t go up under or the ends with it like others do

The male employee doing the nail work there, was very immature.
He gave me snarky comments and attitude for no reason. Very bad customer service. Wouldnt recommended, at all!

I've been going here off and on for years, cant complain, they take walk ins and I rarely have to wait longer than 5 min if they're on the busier side, prices are good and nail techs are great

Like this salon. Very accommodating for last minute bookings which I love cause my schedules hectic.
John did my nails today. I left very pleased, he did a fabulous job.
Had Hanna previously and she was amazing too!
