Le Treport Wedding & Convention Centre

We did my bridal shower and our wedding at Le Treport. We would have done our baby shower there as well but unfortunately they were all booked up for the date we selected. Food and service are always on point here. Rui is always thoughtful, accommodating and professional, so we love planning events with him. The event staff is great, particularly Odelia and Carlos who have led the serving staff at our events. The whole crew makes you feel like part of their family.

I did have a good time there generally, though they were very wasteful with their wine bottles.

When my party did not drink the entire 2 bottles of wine that were placed at our table, I transferred the remainder into an empty bottle I had and then went to dance and when I returned from the dance floor, my friends who stayed at the table told me that employees had gone into my purse obviously without my consent because I was at the dance floor and not at the table and took the wine from the bottle I had.

I also got my smart serve liquor license, I know all about the liability rules if a server serves a client who gets intoxicated and injured after they leave the place
(Those rules I do believe to be very unethical though anyway, my opposed opinion of those rules is a topic of debate for another day)
The employees were unprofessional, unethical and pathetic enough to not confront or contact me directly.

The main bartender as well inaccurately and discriminantly assumed me to be drunk
or otherwise intoxicated already
When I was not
because of my behavioural appearance and tourettes tics and when I saw him ask every one else who was in line before me what type of alcoholic cocktail they wanted, when I reached the front of the line he suggested that I have water.

Though the manager did their job well and told them to serve me, I found their banquet services that I encountered when I went there to be inefficient, counter productive, wasteful and demand that those poor qualities be corrected.

I would not return otherwise, though if those bad service issues are corrected I gladly would.
There must be arrangements that can be reached and liquour efficience methods that must be implemented.

My family ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from Le Treport and it was delicious! Chicken was tender, vegetables were steamed to perfection and the pasta was perfect. They are my family’s go to from now on. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered to bring my food to my car.

I planned a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband on Sat Sept 30th 2023. Le Treport did not disappoint, we have used this facility for many functions and have never had an issue. The food was delicious and came out hot and very tasty, the staff were awesome and very accommodating. Rui was a pleasure to work with through the whole booking process and menu process. I highly recommend Le Treport for a function you may be planning.

I have been to Le Treport for many events-Weddings, Hockey fundraisers etc. It wasn't until my cousin's Baby Shower -September 2019- (hosted in the Chapel) that really stuck in our minds.
The Chapel is just stunning all on its own with the beautiful oversized wall lighting, to the Gorgeous Chandeliers hanging through the ceiling -gives you a "Palace of Versailles" feel -France, and can I mention the beautiful Mirrors centered in the room-you really dont have to do much in terms of the decore!
We decided to move forward with my sister in Laws Shower-Hosted this past Sunday February 26 2023. We communicated with Rui for all our coordinating needs and let me just say-What an absolute Gem! Rui made our lives a breeze when it came to the Shower (You can tell he has been in the business for yrs!). He took alot of the pressure off of us. He ran through te fine details -the table linens, napkins, table sizes. He ensured we had enough tables for prizes, dessert, gifts and games. He even went as far as putting a GORGOUS Antique piece in the room for our seating chart! It was TRES CHIC-totally added to our theme of an English Style High Tea-We got so many compliments.
He went through the menu with us- completely putting our minds at ease. AND may I just add. He even went as far as to giving us access (because the room was available) the day before-What a relief! We don't live close-an hour away, but we had some Cargo that had to be brought in-so this was a HUGE help!
The service on the day of-Amazing! The two staff members working the event were just amazing! So friendly and professional -Our family and friends had such a great time! The staff members moved around the room with ease!
It's because of the amazing team at Le Treport our event was a great success.
I highly recommend this venue for any showers going forward or even to get married! The packages are reasonable-the options we're great and for what's included-especially for Decore -table, chairs, and Linen-Amazing!

I had an engagement party for my daughter. Le tre port made the day perfect. They were absolutely amazing. From the planning to the day of they were incredible. Thank you Le Tre Port and all their staff.

We attended Le treport for New Year’s Eve 2022. As we’ve attended for the last 7 years we had expectations of amazing music, beautiful decorations, and delicious food.
We were so very disappointed with the Latin band. Although we enjoy Latino music we did not want to listen to it all night. We had to wait for the Dj to come on so we could dance!
The main meal tasted like poor quality frozen food.
As far as decorations are concerned, At midnight, they had a few tiny balloons that didn’t even drop down.
And, not only were there not enough hats for our table but they were taken by some staff to give to other guests.
We are very disappointed.

We had our wedding reception at Le Treport, Mississauga. Rui and his team were fantastic with their service in terms of banquet setup and table arrangements, delicious food, a very flexible and accommodating menu selection, tasting options prior to the Big Day and friendly staff among others. Our guests were amazed at the entire setup and complimented us on the delectable food. Thank you Rui and team for going the extra mile to add glitter to our wedding day! Keep up the good work!

We went for New Year’s Eve there last night. We’ve been going for New Year’s Eve for years! However, last night was AWFUL! The food was very mediocre, the Latin band was horrendous—they only played very loud Latin music and very few people could dance to it. We waited for the disc jockey to play music! Sparse decorations and a few puny balloons dropped from the ceiling at midnight! I don’t know if there is new management, but this was so disappointing! We used to go with a big group and have such a wonderful evening there on New Year’s Eve! Not going back!

Had a great time at this place, food was great and with good portion sizes you can't go wrong!

Food was not bad but the service! So very rude! The bartender banged the spoon on the bar and told people to hurry up and order or get out of line. Seriously! They realize they were being paid. And WE were paying for our drinks. These weren't paid by our company. So WE would be tipping. Or not!
The best was in the bathroom. One if the guests was putting her lipstick on and using the mirror. The woman cleaning the counter told her that she needed to move. The mirror was for washing, the other mirror was for makeup.
I'd love to say it was a one off, but it seemed to be a common attitude, even with the wait staff. Rude, hostile and abrasive.

The place is great it looks elegant. They have a gorgeous entrance decorated with Christmas Theme. We had a great time at the party. The food is okay.

Great experience to have my 70th Birthday Party at LE TREPORT WEDDING & CONVENTION CENTRE. Food was delicious, service was amazing, atmosphere was incredible! Highly recommend LE TREPORT for your family and business events!

Super fancy. Went to this place for a company event that they probably spent too much money on. If you're looking to hold a large group of people for a very extravagant event.this is your place

Had my daughters engagement party on November 20th 2022. Thank you to Le Treport for such an amazing experience. The food was excellent the services was fantastic. We all had an amazing time. There's a reason why Le Treport has been in business for so long. I would definitely go back for her wedding and any other events we have to do. Thank you to Rui and Staff.

Have been here a few times. Small banquet hall but looks reasonable. Good for private party space. Christmas time decor is pretty in the lobby. Lobby is bright and cheerful great for pictures. Food is average or below average.
Came duke buffett style event and both chicken and roast beef was dry. Pastas were good. Caesar salad was flavorless. Drinks a bit watered down. I've come for wedding and weekend event. The office on site is huge.

Servers were inexperienced. The food was not worth the money. Salmon portions were small (to say it was a 2oz portion is being generous) and over cooked and dry.disappointing
