Food quality had seemed to decline since Covid, but since there aren't many Viet noodle choices to choose from, it is still considered an okay place. The restaurant started to auto add tips of 10% to the bill, which is fine and pleasantly surprised is only 10% since everywhere else baseline for tips had gone up DRAMATICALLY!

If i could give zero or minus I would have done it. This doesn’t even deserve one star. I often don’t leave reviews especially using my professional email but in this case I felt that it was well deserved. One of the poorest experiences I had in a restaurant. First time in this local restaurant and will surely be my last. I wanted to try something new and the location was convenient enough to give it a try. What a disappointment. The host was rough and lacked basic people skills. It may be because he was busy but still…there was no greetings. He acted as if I was unwelcome, was in a rush of getting me paying and see me leave. Icing on the cake, when my order finally arrived he just yelled at me from a corner of the restaurant “come get it! ”

Not a bad place for fast Vietnamese meal but I find the noodle portion is too little. Flavour is good. Order the brisket and beef balls regular size and the hai nam chicken. Place is clean and spacious.

I was around the area and took my little brother here. He's never eaten vietnamese food before and wanted suggestions so he asked for recommendations to the waiter, his response. "You got to focus man, I can't work like that. Choose soup, rice or noodles! " My brother spoke in English and was also treated like less because of it. Food is ok, the mandatory 10% tip and forcing us to pay in cash even though there's a sign that says debit is also allowed just sealed the deal. Oh we also found plastic in my brother's plate.

Wont recommend. Rude and not friendly staff. The
2nd of many Vietnamese restaurants I dined in where rudeness and low quality food seemed like part of the food recipe. Believe me, and don’t ever go there.

This place's service has been bad as always. Every time I order takeout, people here always have a bad attitude like I owe them. Mandatory 10% tip, which is fine. I never tip that little. I guess they know their service only deserve that much at best. What is not fine is today the waitress mocked my wife's English accent, she thought we couldn't hear but we clearly heard she and another waiter repeated what my wife said with exaggeration. If I had a choice, I would not tip at all. The least you should do is to respect your customer. I ordered takeout from this place several times before but today was the first time I came to dine in. I'll never come back or order anything from this place again. Terrible business, trash people.

The customer service was bad and the soup was so salty I felt sick after eating. The portions were small and the overall experience was bad. I do NOT recommend this place, save your money and don't bother.

The soup was really salty and the customer service was not that good, charging 10% service fee is crazy considering the workings don't really put much effort into their jobs, the lady had an attitude when I told her that there was something in my water and when we told her the soup was salty, she insisted that it couldn't have been. On top of this, the tom yum gon soup i ordered still had clumps of paste in it as well which threw my appetite off. I don't suggest dining in at all.

Overall great place for a quick bite. Foods are tasty and quick to arrive. Prices are reasonable. Great for dine in and takeout

The restaurant could use a little sprucing up, but the food is very good and well priced. You pay a fee to dine-in, and tip is included in the bill. Portion sizes are larger than expected. My favorite is the daily specials. They are a great bang for your buck. I have gone there four times since I was introduced to the restaurant a few weeks ago.

Ordered through Uber eats: doesn't allow for notes on their orders, so I couldn't request the noodles for my pho to be undercooked. They fully cooked the noodles, causing it to be overcooked as it sits in the takeout container on the way to me. It arrived as a block of noodles.

Edit (3/1/2023) Gave this place a second try. They don't serve any vegetables (outside a pitiful amount of carrot and cilantro) with their vermicelli dishes, and no thai basil with the pho.

Dinner at 8, not crowded. Place is clean. Service is fast and efficient. Ordered HaiNam chicken with rice and curry chicken with rice. Good quality and quantity.
The bill came with 10% service charges included.

The flavour, portions and price makes this one of the best pho’s I’ve been to! The staff is super lovely as well. My group had the spring rolls, vermicelli and pho, highly recommend!

Reason why one star was removed is because the place is really cold, I felt like wearing my jacket while waiting for our food.
