When purchasing my 4th vehicle here (1st used), i was told that the price wasn't negotiable due to it needing tires replaced and so on, leaving their commission next to nothing. I trusted them and stupidly left with the vehicle without a full inspection. After driving less than 20,000 km on these tires, i went for a rotation and was denied due to tires being unsafe. Come to find out, not only did i not get the new tires, i was supposed to get, the only thing that was done to it was an oil change.when confronted, they denied saying it would have new tires and refused to do anything to make up for it. The deal they tried to give me was barely 100 less than what i ended up paying elsewhere for better tires than what they offered that include lifetime rotations and repairs. I've spent $100,000+ there on vehicles, and instead of giving me the tires they said i would get, they threatened to call the cops on me because i refused to leave until they righted their wrong.

We recently had our Equinox serviced at Leamington Gm and are extremely pleased with the service. Kirk explained how they diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimate before doing any further work on the vehicle. The work was then completed to our satisfaction. We will be back for any repairs in the future.

I am a regular customer at Leamington GM. I am always treated fairly. Kirk, the service advisor with whom I usually deal, is always very accommodating. If one of the technicians recommends a service, Kirk will tell you why, or show you what needs to be replaced. If you go in for an oil change he will let you know if you don't really need one yet because your percentage of oil life remaining is still too high, or your kilometres are too low. I enjoy going to the dealership knowing that they have the latest GM technology to keep me up and running!

After paying nearly 300 bucks, they still forget to reset numbers in the driver display. Do it right or get someone who can remember
