I have been going to training sessions with Leroy for about 3 months now. I absolutely love it. The workouts are always different and always wake up sore (In the best way). I have my wedding coming up and wanted to tone to fit the dress measurements, as well as get stronger and feel good. He was with me every step of the way at the beginning, sending me messages to get up and workout when I was feeling lazy, giving me tips on how to stop snacking at night (lol) and got me exactly to where I wanted to get. I am sure I will be doing more sessions and classes with him in the future. <3 The best decision

I have absolutely loved working with Leroy! He always makes the sessions enjoyable, pushes me and has made getting back into the gym something I look forward too. He is such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend him for personal training if you're looking for that one on one support but his group classes/bootcamps are amazing also! Will definitely going back for more soon:)

Arti helped me hit my fitness goals that I could only ever dream about in such a short period of time. Arti is always thinking of creative exercises to keep you and your muscles on your feet. Leroy is an incredible trainer. He is patient and understanding but pushes me past where I would take myself. I cannot imagine using another trainer. Excellent doesn’t do justice

Amazing gym and personal training experience. Been going to Leroy for approx. 6 months and seeing results. Always looking forward to my next workout and appreciate Leroy’s constant motivation and patience! Highly recommend for anyone looking to start their fitness journey.
