I took the M2 course / exit exam with Learning Curves, and would highly recommend them to any new rider. I went from never riding before in my life to being pretty comfortable by the end of the weekend. Valerie and Armando were great, hands-on instructors; they were super technical with the course components yet made everything so approachable and fun. They customized their coaching / remarks to each individual which was beyond what I expected for a group class. Thank you! I'll be back for my M course!
04 October 2023 11:58
The classes were super helpful, I definitely recommend it to anyone who's trying to learn. The foundation was very accommodating as I had to reschedule twice. Chris and David were incredibly helpful. They gave specific tips and I improved considerably throughout the weekend. Super friendly and easy to get along with! Thank you guys!

Great staff and team. Thanks to Tushar for his instructions and in explaining the real-time road scenarios. I cleared my M and now have a lot of confidence.
10 September 2023 19:56
Adrian, Looch, Goldie and Fab are the best instructor I ever had on a Motorcycle course, I would highly recommend people to enroll in learning curve if they need a M2.

Thanks guys

Amazing motorcycle learning school. Special thanks to instructor Carson A, experience with deep knowledge of motorcycle riding skill. Detail mind and care taker of all his students. Highly recommended.
07 July 2023 11:08
Chris, will, prath and Jeff are all excellent teachers who helped build my foundation in motorcycle riding in just one weekend. Highly recommend as they are all skilled with the bikes and have a plethora of experience and knowledge.

Had a course on Thursday night and Saturday and Sunday all day May 6-7. Personally I had blast and learned so much. I was convinced I am good enough and I wouldn't learn much at course but team of instructors we had! All I can say is you guys where amazing and thank you so much I learned tons and things I thought I would never need. Big thanks to Chris, Prat, Will and Jeff amazing team of instructors and worked so well together and with all of us. Once again thank you so much definitely will be recommending to my friends.

Learning Curves is one of those rare businesses that really does prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction. From initial contact with client relations manager, Catarina, I was impressed by excellent communication, professional demeanor and sheer friendliness. Catarina made scheduling and rescheduling a painless process, accommodating last minute schedule changes.

In-class session was very interesting and even rudimentary information was presented in an engaging manner.

The two-day ridian session was plagued by inclement weather, but Rick, Bob, Adrian and Goldie did their best to make the experience truly unforgettable and imparted crucial knowledge to make our riding safe and exciting.

Goldie taught us the basics and my favourite part was her gesturing to help us get the hang of throttle control. Special thanks for curt reminders to stop hovering over the clutch! I heard your voice in my head the next day!

While Adrian told us about what we'll be learning and how, in eloquent, precise, detailed, and easy to understand language, Bob showed us exactly what we'll be doing in each exercise.

Rick's comments and constructive criticism proved indispensable. For example, I couldn't find the gear lever when I switched bikes. He told me to simply hold my foot under the lever to get used to the levers' location - and it worked, I had no trouble locating the lever henceforth!

There was no panic, no fear, Adrian, Bob and Rick had diffused any misconceptions we had about motorcycles and imparted respect and confidence in our riding.

I just completed my Rider Safety and M2 with Learning Curves at Markville Mall. I highly recommend any rider take a rider safety course (refresher course) and specifically recommend Learning Curves. I was with Adrian, Goldie and Chris - they were absolutely AMAZING! Their commitment and passion for rider safety was self evident; their competence in providing fulsome content coverage and demonstrations was excellent and they were just so much fun to be with. Learning Curves needs to replicate Instructors with this level of passion, commitment and competence. My M is on the horizon and I will definitely go back to Learning Curves to do it with Goldie. Thank you Adrian, Goldie and Chris! You made this an awesome learning experience.
24 May 2023 7:52
Just took the M2 Course in Etobicoke (Sherway Gardens). Looch, Brett & Karam are the best instructions around. The knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for motorcycles each of them had made the entire class feel comfortable and ready for everyones future on the road. Highly Recommend!
24 May 2023 2:32
Best school to get your m2 or m. Goldie, Adrian and Martina are best mentors i have ever met in my life. Make everything very easy. Explained everything in soo detailed way. Proud to be their student.
19 May 2023 1:53
Course is well thought out and put together. Adrian, Goldie and Martina were great as well.
18 May 2023 4:52
I had a blast and learned so much. We had an exceptional team of instructors at the Markham location. Chris, Will, Prahm and the one whose name tag got soaked in the rain (sorry) did an amazing job coaching us. They were calm and professional with examples from their own experiences to give context to the lessons. I couldn't recommend this course strongly enough. Thanks Guys
04 May 2023 2:55
I needed some more time and to get used to everything and how it works. It clicked. Kenny, Tushar were really instrumental in helping me get through the hard parts I didn't understand. I feel all the instructors are there because they love riding and want to share their passion, not because it's extra money.

Thanks so much!
03 May 2023 14:51
Chris, Looch and Karam are excellent instructors
It was my first time riding a motorcycle and their pace and patience are unmatched.

They took time to chat with us one-on-one when needed and guided each rider through the course and obtaining their M2

Thanks guys
Greatly appreciate your expertise.

Had an awesome experience training with John&Buelah and Brett! Easy going atmosphere with all the training and coaching you could ask for! Thumbs up to you guys!

Took the M2 course at the Beaches with Fab, Lex and Martina as the instructors. Went from having zero experience to passing the test that weekend. Amazing teachers, would highly recommend!
12 November 2022 20:35
Took M course with Instructor Goldie! It was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Goldie!
16 October 2022 4:57
I took my M2 course with Learning Curves Markville and had a wonderful time. The instructors Adrian, Lise, and Rick were very knowledgeable and were very encouraging to all their students. They gave us great demonstrations on how to do the skills and gave lots of feedback on how to improve. They gave us a lot of time to practice riding on the bikes. We had a class of 13, and everyone passed. They were very concerned with the safety of all their students, making sure we all had the basics down before having us try harder skills. I had a great time, and greatly recommend taking the M2 course at Markville!
15 October 2022 16:59
I learned a lot from my M-license instructress Goldie (Markham class), thank you very much for the patience and expertise in helping me correct my bad driving habits, very professional safe riding techniques that I will surely pass on to my kids. -jonjon bislig
16 September 2022 13:09
I had a wonderful experience with my course for the M2 Exit. Learning Curves office staff are very helpful for navigating everything to prepare for the training. They also have experienced, patient, knowledgeable instructors who really teach you everything to help you succeed as a rider. If you’re looking for a place to take your M2 or M, LC is who I recommend!
10 September 2022 6:19
Completed the course in Brampton at the CAA Centre. All the instructors were well experience, professional and most important great teachers. They made the course exciting and entertaining
01 September 2022 19:36
I took the m2 course at the Markville location. My instructors Goldie, Coleman and Kieth were amazing. They were very patient knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable learning how to ride. I will definitely be recommending my friends to go there to learn they are simply amazing at what they do.
31 August 2022 3:42
Attended Brampton location for July 16-17,2022 M2 Safety Course. Shoutout to Lead instructor Looch, and Vick, Anthony and James for being great trainers. Sessions were full of knowledge, and their way of training makes it a fun experience. Attention is given to each individual.
23 August 2022 4:02
I want to thank and highly recommend Learning Curves! John, Josh and Chris were excellent instructors. They were very detailed with their instructions, took the time and patience when answering questions they were asked and extremely helpful with myself as a beginner rider!
13 August 2022 9:45
I had a fantastic experience of being instructed by my lead instructor Looch and his fellow instructors Brett, Jessie, Vlad and Anthony. They make a great team together and help in every possible way to teach their students with literally zero experience. They all are very friendly, knowlegeable and expert in what they do. Looch being a lead instructor pays attention to each and every student and help correcting their mistakes. I would give 5 stars to learning curves just because of you guyz. I cannot thankyou all enough for sharing your knowledge and experience for helping me in my start to being a safe rider! Again Looch I must say you guyz are the best
13 August 2022 5:12
Have to say best staff I can ask for Alex, Tim and Jesse. Very knowledgeable, approachable and experienced instructors. Definitely will be going back and taking a course for M license.
11 August 2022 13:21
Long overdue review for Willie Urbanik who was my instructor for my M license completed back in June 2020. Willie's genuine intent was not only to ensure that we were well prepared for passing the road test, but to share life-long sound advice on how to ride safely. Although I have a G license since 1992 and a Greek Motorcycle license since 1997 with 3 Off-Road safety courses, I just got my M license in 2020 by skipping steps in the examination process. My humble advice when taking this course is to listen carefully to the safety riding tips. They will probably save your life one day. Thank You, Willie!
10 August 2022 8:00
I had my M2 Training last weekend in Markham. Instructor Chris and Adrian are the best. Very friendly environment, teach in very professional way. Equipments are in very good condition. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys so much.
04 August 2022 10:31
THIS MOTORCYCLE COURSE IS AMAZING! I HAD FUN AND LEARNED QUITE A LOT! HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS CLASS!
27 July 2022 17:46
Learning Curves Markham/Markville class with Adrian, Coleman and Harry was a great experience as a beginner. Highly recommend the M2 course with these guys.

Adrian was very organized and I appreciate the amazing time management from the in class session to the 2 day riding course.
There was really no idle moment, either you are learning or riding during the whole time.

Coleman was very informative in different aspects from riding to insurance topics. Very patient guy and concise with demos. I was able to lessen my hovering on controls because of him, I still need to practice more.

Harry was direct to the point and provides instructions very well. If he sees you are doing something wrong, he will let you know how to do it correctly.

Just a bunch of cool guys very approachable and professional. This team will teach you what you need to know to pass the test and goes above and beyond to also teach you how to handle real situations out on the road.

Will definitely come back for my M when the time comes. Keep up the good work!
23 July 2022 20:35
The place to get your Motorcycle license!

If you want to get your M2 or M look no further than Learning Curves. I did both my M2 and M with them and I can not give enough praise to all the instructors. They take their time with you if you struggle with anything and they really drive home all aspects of safety on motorcycles. They go above and beyond to what the ministry requires, taking a course with Learning Curves WILL make you a better, safer and far more aware rider.
Before I booked my M course I debated challenging the road test at a DriveTest center, but I’m glad I didn’t! My instructors Goldie and Colton reviewed my riding and pointed out the little mistakes I was making and helped me correct them, which may have failed me if I challenged the test! Once again I cannot thank all the instructors and staff enough for all their help!
10 July 2022 20:21
Jon, Devon and Susan are fantastic instructors. Even big Mike and Lovely Lisa, wasn't in their group Saturday and Sunday, but were a wealth of knowledge during Thursday's Class session. They are passionate about riding and motivating. They gave a lot of positive information, led by example, made it very comfortable for classmates that had never rode before, and kept things very interesting for ones that had. Can't think of a better crew to spend a hot weekend in a parking lot with. Bikes were awesome, riding drills top notch, and who can forget the "Friction Zone". Thanks again "Team", and a huge shout out to the amazing group we learned everything with. Great community, can't wait to see you all on the road some day.
Glad I took the course and will be back to complete my M.
Sincerely - Fish & Chips.
13 June 2022 2:59
Very welcoming and friendly people, i would 100% recommend this place to anybody! I went from not even knowing how to turn a bike on to doing skillful moves! Big shoutout to Brooke, Bob and Raj! Very professional instructors.
01 June 2022 21:26
Brett was my instructor. He made it possible for me ride. I would recommend him to anyone that is going to attend this school. He understands the challenges a person faces in riding a bike and conveys the message in a manner that people can comprehend and apply to their own riding.
30 May 2022 3:20
I took the M2 course at the Markham Markville location this past weekend. At first, I had my doubts paying the fee for the course but I can tell now that the course is worth it! It not only gives you the possibility of training for 14+ hours in different types of bikes but also you learn a lot from a talented group of instructors. Lise, Harristen and Adrian: you guys were awesome! Your advises were spot on and help me greatly with the handling of bikes. My confidence was greatly improved while, at the same time, maintaining a great respect for the power of the machines. Incredibly good experience!
29 May 2022 7:09
Mike, Chris, and Bob of the Markham location were fantastic. They were knowledgeable and patient. Was an amazing experience. I attended the M2 course and will definitely be doing the M course. Will recommend Learning Curves to all of my colleagues, clients, friends, and family.
25 May 2022 4:12
Wonderful smooth experience with great instructors Mike & Keith at Markham-Markville Mall for my M2 course in May'22.
Super helpful as both have extensive insightful experiences.
23 May 2022 12:31
I just finished the M2 licensing course and I would highly recommend it! The instructors are excellent, Tushar, Marcus and Dave were very knowledgeable and they're passion for motorcycleling was inspiring.
16 December 2021 10:05
Had a great time at the course over the last two days. I was very unsure of myself and quite nervous being on the bike when we first started out. The instructors, Chris, Tushar and Pat were awesome though. Very encouraging and made me feel very comfortable. If you’ve been on the fence about wanting to ride a motorcycle, this course was an outstanding way to get a real feel for it. It was challenging but not too difficult. Just perfect in my opinion for a first time rider as well as people who have been riding for a while. Thanks again boys, it was a blast. Ride safe.
06 December 2021 15:21
Adrian, Goldie and Chris from Markham are fun teachers that care about your success and well-being! Make sure you get the training with them!
01 December 2021 18:52
First off I have to say this course was simply amazing! I was so impressed with the whole experience. The trainers, Karina, Mohsen and Mark were so helpful and worked not with just me, but anyone who were struggling. They were the best and they made it fun! I really don’t think I could have passed your course without the help of them. I felt comfortable around them, able to ask them anything. All of them worked one on one with me to help me pass. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend the Learning Curves course to anyone.
Thank you so much for an awesome experience.

Having a motorcycle license is in my bucket list. My husband said how can I have a license if I don't have a motorcycle. To my surprise, he gave me a motorcycle gift on my 50th birthday:) So, my husband and I took the course at Learning Curves Brampton in one weekend of August 2021. I've never ridden a motorcycle in my entire life, but our instructors namely Brooke, Josh, Lex and Pat made it so much easier for me start riding. They addressed all the areas that we have to work on. They have been very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for helping me achieve my dream. Highly recommended!
29 November 2021 15:42
I did my M2 with Anne, Fab and Valerie this past weekend at the beaches location. I was a little apprehensive of my ability to do it but they helped me build my confidence. The drills combined with group and one on one feedback really made the difference. From taking your 'dog' for a walk to apex cornering Anne, Fab and Valerie made it fun while still building the skills needed to be safe. Well worth it!
27 November 2021 13:05
Hey Guys! My name is Dixit and I have done my M2 license training with The Learning Curves and I have got my M2 license. I must say i’ve done my M2 training with the Ever Best Trainers (Brooke, Ernesto and Markes) They All 3 were very cool, calm, polite and very friendly. Their training skills were amazing, the way they were explained everything was amazing. The most recommended place to get your M2 or M license training.
26 November 2021 19:27
As a first time rider Tushar, Marcus, Karam and Bob at Sherway Gardens did a phenomenal job breaking down the fundamentals of the motorcycle and the safety that goes along with it. They are very encouraging when you mess up rather than being judgmental likewise were the rest of students. By the end of the course I was confident in my skills to ride a motorcycle. It just felt natural.
24 November 2021 14:18
I just completed the M2 course under the watchful eye of excellent instructors Goldie, Chris and Adrian (Markham). I highly recommend them. They were a perfect balance of professional (I learned a ton of useful stuff) and fun (I had a great time). Their "building block" approach resulted in total newbies riding confidently by the end of the first day of training. By the end of the second day, when the course was over, everyone lingered and nobody wanted to leave!
13 November 2021 13:31
Definitely recommend. During the practice runs, Kevin provided clear directions, as well as reassuring and encouraging comments which enhanced my experience and minimized my nerves before my M test! I also recommend the Sarnia location as it is less congested with traffic. Thank you so much!
12 November 2021 7:31
Just completed my M2 course in Brampton with learning curves. Luciano, kaum and Josh are awesome instructors. Very knowledgeable and passionate of what they do. Thanks for taking the time to teach others.
09 November 2021 2:47
The course is a must before you get started on a motorcycle. By the end of the weekend you will have the skills and confidence to hit the road. Our class was taught by Adrian, Coleman and Kristie. Very knowledgeable and passionate about road safety. They made the class enjoyable every step of the way.
28 October 2021 18:52
Today I finished my training and I passed my test at Markville Mall. Goldie, Heath and Mike were the best instructors I’ve ever had. They were very respectful, patient, helpful, informative and kind. They do not waste time, and helped everyone as best as they could. They started on time, and if we made any mistakes- they would tell us in a very kind and respectful way. I highly recommend this school and especially these three instructors.
22 September 2021 5:19
I got my M2 from Learning Curves at Markville, and I have to say the experience was really amazing. Don understands the instincts of a rider so well and instills the right techniques to trust that instinct and make sure you are safe in every situation. Lisa is a proficient rider and her road experience shows in discussions around road safety, licensing, and bike maintenance.

What is amazing about Learning Curves if their ability to cater to such a influx of learners who haven't had a chance to take a test since pandemic hit. The company opened two new locations and several slots for courses at an amazing pace. I feel I was lucky to find them as my instructors and they will always have my regards.
30 August 2021 2:08
Excellent course instructors very knowledgable. Its very enjoyable and instructors made it fun. I would reccomend this course
21 August 2021 7:45
I don't care how far you live, get your M2 or M done with Goldie in Markham by the Markville mall. The BEST and kindest instructors. They help you build your skills, confidence, yet still make sure you have fun. They are safe and have a wide variety of bikes to choose from. As a new rider, they give a ton of one on one advice, start from the fundamentals and constantly supply an engaging learning environment. They go above and beyond. Great for beginners!
06 January 2021 20:12
Loved this course from start to finish. They packed a lot in to the 3 days and left me feeling a lot more confident on my bike. We received a lot of helpful advice, tips and feedback while still being able to spend the majority of our time on the bikes. Lot's of riding time! Great job by Brenda, Armondo and Tasheer. Lot's of laughs, a ton of knowledge and a solid amount of riding time, exactly what I was looking for. Bonus points for Tasheer for keeping it light and making it a fun time!
11 December 2020 19:53
Very good experience working with learning curves. The instructors were very helpful in giving us the right advice and feedback. Over all great experience. Shout out to my instructors at Etobicoke- Tushar, Armando and Brenda. It was great learning from you guys. I highly recommend this team if you want to upgrade from M1 to M2.
05 December 2018 19:36
If you want to learn how to ride a motorcycle there is absolutely no other place you should be going.

I did the in class with Looch and Khalid. Those guys are hilarious and taught very well.

The actual practical weekend I did with Kat, Anne, and Jan. I can not tell you how professional, knowledgeable, funny and awesome these ladies were.

They will take you from never having ridden or even touched a bike to being confident to have the skills to ride anywhere. They will take you from beginner steps and teach you tips and tricks that even some experienced riders are now happy having under their belt.

The progression from learning how to sit on the bike to doing your M1 Exit test is not only thorough but super fun! The skills they set you up with are above and beyond what you need to get through the test so you will be ready for that exit test 100%.

I have to give really high praise for these instructors. Not only do they teach well, their observation skills are impeccable. They will notice and correct things that other people wouldn't even notice so you will be the best drivers out there. The knowledge Kat, Anne, and Jan possess and pass down to their students is not attainable from any book or YouTube video.

If you want to learn to ride, come to learning curves. And if you get the same instructors I did you will be very lucky and very happy with your experience.

Thanks again!

Good Tuesday morning,

Tiffany (my wife) subscribed to St. Clair College for her M2 and regrettably we were not aware of Learning Curve at that time. Tiffany attended the St. Clair course on Saturday morning a few weeks ago to begin her two-day course. There was no theory on a Friday evening or a get to know one another more importantly the instructor did not ask which attendant had zero riding experience, some knowledge and or those that have ridden dirt bikes/motorcycles. This would have been a great source of information for the instructor to provide a motorcycle for that attendant comparable to their riding knowledge or lack thereof.

St. Clair only had Harley Davidson 500cc out Saturday morning for each of their attendants-no other choice or offered at that time.

This motorcycle was more than Tiffany could handle and consequently during the morning she lost control at a slow speed and the bike feel on her ankle and leg, causing serious discomfort and eventually blue & black bruising still to this day.

Prior to her course, the week before her course, we drove down Dougal and saw what looked like a motorcycle event and/or course. We stopped and immediately Kevin greeted us and shared with us what he was instructing a motorcycle course and provided an over view of Learning Curve. His knowledge and demeanor offered a high degree of comfort and a level of reassurance. At that moment we regretted our decision subscribing to St. Clair College with full payment.

Fast forward. With Tiffany out of the St. Clair college course and a partial refund pending we opted to move forward with Learning Curve-this past weekend.

Tiffany joined the Friday evening workshop and was ready for her Saturday morning intimating course. She had anxieties and apprehensions but with Kevin’s words of encouragement she climbed the hill of confidence. On Sunday afternoon looming over her head, testing was imminent and her thoughts of NOT passing influenced and shaded her optimism.

When it came the time to be graded. The four-member team of attendants in a single file were to be informed of their results. At this time Kevin told Tiffany she would be the last person to know. She was number 3 in line and Kevin jumped over Tiffany (figuratively) from second rider to the fourth person. The three men were told individually they passed.

When it came time for Tiffany, Kevin apparently had a poker and glum face and said something like “ well Tiffany, the results are and extended his hand to say YOU PASSED”! What a prankster and it was so kool how he did that.

Thank you, Kevin and Learning Curve

Just another 5 star review. I've taken both M1 and M2 exits through Learning Curves. M1 was in St. Thomas and M2 ws in London. My only complaint is that the wait time between the booking of the M2 exam and actually taking it was over 2 months. Both courses, the instructors were fantastic. They were patient, and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. I would recommend this course to anyone considering riding a motorcycle. I would even recommend this to people who drive automobiles as well, as it raises your awareness of the road.

Cheers

The first time i did the M2 course with learning curves was back in 2011 and i had such a positive experience! I waited a while to attempt my full M license and in that time I had a friend from high school pass away and I stepped aside from bikes from then on.

I recently completed the course again and after 7 years, i still cant say enough good things about the positive learning environment they provide.there selection of bikes has drastically improved since 2011 but their kind staff hasnt:)
10 October 2018 4:09
Excellent experience. I took the pm course 4pm to midnight. Amazing Instructors (Jon, Khaled, Jan and Brett).
Clear instructions, ample time for practice and no pressure at all.
Top priority was safety at all times and they encouraged the slightly weaker students / first rime riders.
Thank you guys, you guys did a fantastic job. Keep up the excellent work.
Just got my wife registered for the course as well.
Will be back for the M course in 18 months.
I give them 10 stars and highly recommend them.
03 October 2018 17:09
Just finished M2 course with learning curves. AMAZING! 5 stars isnt enough. Looch, Brett, Carson and Valerie were absolutely amazing. Having gone to a different school to get my m2 years ago and now here.i can say learning curves is definitely better in every aspect.

1. Personable
2. Amazing team
3. Catered to each riders needs.you feel like you are getting private lessons yet part of a vibrant team.
4. You dont feel like its a business. It feels like you went out with a bunch of friends on a sunday ride and along the way you learned more things than you could count.
5. At no point do you feel left out or lectured if u make a mistake.

I had my m2 expire two years ago and wanted to just hop on a bike and take the test at the ministry; am i every happy i didnt. As comfortable as i am on a bike, having owned, customized and tracked my gsxr.i still learned new tricks, got new pointers and really benefited from the extensive experience from the fantastic instructors. Each 1 was outstanding and together they were something else.new to riding or experianced and need a refresheer. TAKE THE COURSE!

Such a great opportunity to learn how to ride a motorcycle. I was so happy to attend the Learning Curves course with my son Anthony, which for both of us was a incredible experience. Great people ready to share with you great knowledge, patience instructors and a pleasant place to learn how to ride your motorcycle. I will recommend this place to anybody need to learn how to enjoy a great safety course for motorcycle. Thank you to all instructors. Cornel Baltes. Good luck to everyone!
17 September 2018 16:50
I signed up for midnight madness as a surprise to support my newly learning buddy and ended up learning so much myself right from day one inside the classroom (didnt know about the shape of the mirrors on cars) to riding much more balanced and aggressively at slow speeds (where as previously only knew high speed aggressiveness, look up momonohomo150 on youtube lol) All in all i tote it was gonna be a hot weekend n i wasnt gonna learn much that i didnt know but i was def wrong in everyway! Def looking forward to booking a midnight madness m exit in 18 months ty Goldie, Janet n Yin for the great coaching n the pushing to be better ur passions for riding def shows n makes it easier for everyone too enjoy learning how to ride properly. TY SEE U SOON AT THE MEETS! ! !

Just did my course of 18th, 19th weekend. The instructors where very strightforward. However, were I gave Learning Curves a two star rating is becuase while we had to do the final motorcycle exam the instructor who (I am not going to name) was taking down our marks during the exam. Stopped us after doing 4th out of the 8th test and told us that his stop watch was not working properly the numbers don't add up something in those lines. Then asking us to redo the first 4 of the test again. We all thought he was joking not only was the weather really warm, we where already hot from the heat and nervous and to be fare a lot of people did good the first 4 test/rounds and I am not just saying that and than to find out we had to go and do it again was just wrong. Going into the test/exam some people get nervous. After realizing the instructor/examer wasn't joking I personally felt and a lot of the students did also that we where pressured to redo the test again because if we had said "NO that's not our fault you noticed your stop watch late into the test" we would of been scared of the consequences well I would of been. Going back to the stop watch how do you not know if your equipment not working well you have 14 riders doing 4 test before you stopped us to figure out your stop watch is not working well. Like really! I understand if you properly did not noticed it the 1st round or second round even though it should not happened at all but after the 4th round you noticed it. Like 14 people did it the 1st round and you weren't able to notice/catch your stop watch was off. I am extremely disappointed and I know I am being redundant but the weather was so warm to the fact that the instructor decided to split half the class the second round due to the heat so we had to go back and forward for our test. Like come on it was fine the first time everyone was doing it one by one, but because of the mishap of the stop watch we had to go back and forward I felt it was very disorganized everyone nervous where even more higher the second round. The second attempt a lot of people did not do as well it was probably because of those factors doing it again also having half the group sit out then coming back in, but do we get a second chance NO of course not. I think it was completely wrong and afterwards was told you can do the test again for free. Its not about that I know I did well and If it wasn't for the fact that we had to be retested I would of passed. I'm sorry I'm ranting on but I had to get it of my chest. Also Learning Curves you can contact the rest of the students if you don't want to take my word for it. The results of them well tell you the same thing.

*****update*****

Went in for my second attempt and this time I was meet by Don and Marie who where going to instruct the session. I got to say they were very mellow and so friendly. Don and Marie even bought us soft drinks and ice cream because the weather was warm. Overall I am happy. Even though I really did not have anything against the pervious instructor, I was more or less upset about the time watch/ doing the test again. However, this time around their was no mishaps and I really enjoyed my time there. Also Don thanks for letting me ride the dirt bike on the grass.

Fantastic weekend spend with the Learning Curve crew! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced teachers whose passion is to teach you how to be a better driver! Lots of fun and perfect for someone like me, who has never been on a Motorcycle before. Even people who had driving experience said that they had gained a lot more from this course than they expected. I will definitely book my M training and testing with Learning Curve when the time comes!

I took the Midnight Madness course on the weekend and I must say I really enjoyed riding during day light and at night. I think it actually made it easier because you were forced to know your bike and not look down. Since it was dark, I wasn't tempted as much to check every move, but rather just do them without looking down!

I took the M2 course at the Courtice location.

I just wanted to say that Brenda and George were amazing!

Brenda especially did a fantastic job in making the whole class comfortable and confident. She set the tone well in the in class session and her positive and encouraging attitude carried throughout the whole course which definitely made me and the other students do that much better.

I was lucky to be part of a smaller group so the training and the lessons felt more personal.

Fantastic job guys, I will recommend you guys to anyone in a heart beat!

Took the M2 course Aug 9th, 11th and 12th in Hamilton with Scott, Shane, Tim, Destie and Erika. I had so much fun! All of the instructors were excellent and gave so much real world advice beyond what the Motorcycle Handbook could have. I'm sure I would have figured out a lot of it eventually but likely only after a crash. I had done a tiny little bit of riding here and there over the years and within the first 20 minutes it was apparent I had many bad habits. Things that caused me to feel awkward on bikes of all kinds. After fixing that stuff it was amazing how natural I felt on the bike. This course should be absolutely mandatory to ride with an M1.

My husband and I just finished our course. Neither of us had ever touched a motorcycle before but the great instructors at learning curves started from the very bottom and built up our confidence with each lesson so that by the end of the first day we were riding around like we knew what we were doing. They helped each person get through the lessons so no one was left behind and we all walked away with our packages ready to ride! It was so much fun and I definitely recommend taking one of their courses if you want to learn to ride!

This place is great if anybody wants to learn a motorcycle or improve their riding skill. The instructors Jon, Jen, Dennis and Kwan were really helpful and take the time to walk you through the basics of the motorcycle.
They are a DoT authorized learning center so they take the tests as well which means that you don't have to give the test at the drive center. The trainimg they provide is based on practical experience and is not strictly bookish or based on the training book. They do realize that real driving situations are different and their training does cover all those aspects.

So go ahead and scratch that itch to ride on 2 wheels with learning curves.

Even you do not succeed in your first attempt, they will make sure that you do it right next time and it is free. From booking to rescheduling your spot and the training itself, all employees are very helpful and accommodating. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Sara and Steven at their head office. My thanks go to Paul and AJ for training here in St. Thomas. You guys are the best.

Completed the program this weekend at the Honda facility and it was awesome. The instructors are fantastic, the bikes are nice, and the location is convenient and wide open.

Highly recommend! Lots of fun, learned a lot, and feel very confident buying my first bike (Shadow 750) now.

Something else, this was a very diverse class with diverse teachers and students. All different backgrounds, experiences, interests. Every kind of rider.

Thanks all!

Just completed the M2 course in Hamilton on June 16/17 2018. Great course for beginner riders. Very knowledgable instructors that take the time to share their experience. Highly recommend taking this course for your own safety and, as a bonus, an insurance break.
