Have been a patient of the clinic for the past few years. Always experienced a good attention to the details and a great quality of work overall.

Imagine booking someone for an 815am monday appt, in the 2 weeks preceding, call him 3 times, text 4 times and email twice to confirm he will be there on threat of charging him $75 for a missed appointment.

That all happened.

Now imagine them calling you 15 mins before said appt to cancel the spotband without remorse. "Hey when can we rebook? ".

Now imagine me getting my teeth done elsewhere

Fast, friendly and very accommodating to personal requests. Overall amazing and comfortable experience for me and my kids!

I went in today for an exam and cleaning and everything went great. The dentist was friendly and informative in regards to my questions and gave great advice for future dental health. Cleaning was also great. The hygienist was friendly knowledgeable and professional

Wasn't self-conscious about my smile until Dr. Weizblit told me that I have very small teeth (unsolicited). Previously had a good experience at this dentist, hence the 3 stars, but the most previous interaction left a negative perception.
