Staff are always very friendly and helpful. So many good quality and interesting products. A great place to buy unique gifts, including for people who seem to have everything! I even asked the staff person who assisted me today if it was fun to work there. (It had crossed my mind that it seemed like a place I'd enjoy working part-time as a retired person.) With great enthusiasm he said Yes!

Excellent service high quality tools great shopping options and a great staff with good management.

As a contractor, always where I go or ask clients to shop for unique and great selections of cabinet and vanity handles and knobs. Also an excellent supply of fine woodworking and gardening tools. Great spot!

It was my first time in this store. I had a great experience with the staff. I was an unfortunate witness to a someone who had an accident in the store. The staff were concerned, caring and tried to help in the best way they could. They did a great job looking after the person while still helping customers.

There are lots of great time saving items, but be careful there are some things I think were invented for gadget collectors.

I bought a heavy vinyl downspout but that was a rubbish.
Broke within month which I installed for rain drainage.

My Fiancé and I went to the Lee Valley store on Thursday, January 19th looking for kitchen hardware.
Upon entering the location within seconds we were greeted by John, an upbeat attitude, a helpful hand and a smile on his face, he helped us with navigating the store and making a list to print off of all the material we would need.
Renovations can be costly, but compared to other places we have gone, the kitchen hardware was almost one half the price!
It was our first visit to the store and we will definitely be going back, thanks again to John for helping us create our dream kitchen.

Had a great experience with the sales associate that I had the pleasure to work with. If only all my shopping experiences were this memorable on the positive side. Keep up the great work.

Didn't have the product that I was looking for, wasn't helpful to recommend alternative. Ended up going to Home Depot.

This is the handyman, craftsman supply store dream.
This is my main store for buying all the misc supplies and tools I require for my small wood business. I also buy some leather craft tools here.
Small hinges and many other hard to find supplies.
Staff is great and helpful.
Quality is great.
Just purchased a full mask for my lathe work. I am very pleased with it.
Highly recommend this store.
