Ryan and his Lee House Deck & fence organisation are extremely professional. They show up on time, extremely polite and have an outstanding working ethics. Pricing is competitive and they have a clear communication avenue.

Ryan is quite personable is able to share some of his precious knowledge about teaching where we had a deep chat on managing bullying and other situations children may encounter in todays world.

Leehouse and Deck are two young guys that are incredibly hard working, very professional and do exceptional work. They were reasonably priced and I will be using them again for more decks and work we need done. I would highly recommend them.

The guys did a beautiful job building a two tier deck and pergola, we are so happy with the design and execution. They kept us up to date with any pandemic related delays. After Ryan and Brandon finished our privacy fence on the west side of our property we asked them back to do two more projects. They replaced our chain link fence at the end of our laneway with pressure treated wood making it a privacy fence. They also designed a gate as part of that project. Once that was completed they dismantled our front porch and came up with a great design for a new one. Again everything is a work of art. They are terrific in all aspects of their profession. Ryan and Steve did an excellent job rebuilding our 100+ year old front porch in the summer of 2019. We decided to look for a company to replace our existing deck after it was apparent that one of the brick columns was about to fall over. They were able to craft a solution for us that kept the character of the house, but with a modern twist.

The biggest issue we faced when trying to find a company to work with what that some didn't even show up for appointments we had booked with them, some were priced way too high, and it was obvious that others didn't have their stuff together. The immediate vibe we got when we met Ryan was positive - he was on time, answered all the questions we had, and sent a proper quote over outlining all the details of the job.

They started and finished the job as quoted, with no surprises. And their work looks great. Highly recommended.

Ryan and Paul were recommended to me by mom, for whom they replaced a retaining wall. We were looking to have our massive backyard deck removed and replaced with a smaller deck and artificial turf. They were patient and helpful while I worked through close to a dozen ideas before finalizing what I wanted.

They went above and beyond to source lumber that was hard to get during Covid and did a fantastic job with the turf. The result is precisely the yard we wanted, but what stands out the most is their manner. They are so polite and patient, especially with our boys, who sat and watched them work for hours. They answered all their questions with a smile.

Very happy with the first phase of work to be on my backyard project. Steve’s suggestions on how they could repair my fence instead of building a new one saved me a lot of money. I trust that they are honest and considerate of their clients budget. They worked with me to ensure this phase (removal of a deck as well as fence repairs) we completed in the fall so I am able to utilize this space how I hope at the start of spring. Looking very forward to continuing to work with Leehouse on the next phases of this project (which include new decks, pergola, and raised garden beds)

Ryan and his partner did an incredible job on our backyard. They were very accommodating with the fact that we had a dog and the yard needed to be reclosed in every night and never had to worry about them leaving spots open or anything.
