I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff was not only skilled but also very friendly and attentive to my preferences. The salon had a relaxing ambiance, making my visit truly enjoyable

My first pedicure and manicure (shellac) were performed today, and the staff was really welcoming and kind. Everything was completed swiftly and expertly by Anne and May—in less than 30 minutes! I will undoubtedly go back:

My mom and I came here for the first time, and it was fantastic. I'm always wary of trying new salons because I hate feeling the negative energy that comes when you can tell the techs are speaking badly about you in their language. Here, I felt welcome, and like they genuinely cared to provide excellent service. Our technicians were quick, precise, and painless. We will definitely be back!

The first time i went here, I felt neglected by the workers. Since they don't pick up the phone at all (which i'm not sure why they even have a phone number listed to begin with), I sat inside for a really long time until someone finally asked me what I'm here for. The worker ended up doing UV gel when I asked for acrylics and over charged me. With tax I ended up pay 80 bucks when i didn't even want UV gel. I don't really like the workers here as they seem shady and not precise with the request I made. But my nails did look good and lasted me about 3 weeks before I had to take them off.

Recommendation: They have great service and really make sure they do the job right but try to make a affirmative decision with them at the beginning of your appointment so you know what they will be doing and you don't get overcharged like I did.

Paid $60 for a refill, person who made them was in a rush and 2 days after my nails were trash 3 peel off. I waste my time and money. I went there 3 times and no more.

I love this nail salon! Everyone is so friendly. Been going here a long time. Noticed they lined some foot basins with plastic bags and not others for pedi service.

Terrible customer service! I have been a client for 10 years, but last time the person that is in the front counter did my nails refill and shillac. The shillac didn’t last as usual, shillac peeled off my nails in a couple days, I do wear gloves to do home tasks. I went to the salon and asked for at least a discount on my shillac, the same lady that is at the front counter refused to do any discount on my service. Its sad that she treat a loyal customer this way. If you go here, do not let the lady from the front desk to do your nails, her work is garbage.

Got a brazilian and shellac nails.great service.the brazilian was the most painless waxing i’ve gotten.

Very friendly and efficient. I like my nails for.the first time in a long time from going elsewhere. They helped me pick color etc and were not impatient with my questions

They put on my acrylic nails and it only lasted 2 days, I went to get it fixed and the same day one broke and the shellac falls off.

They always do a great job on my feet. Skin is always smooth and the polish is fresh and long lasting.

The worst shellac pedicure I have ever received! The technician was so rough, the underneath of my foot is peeling and my cuticles are hurting a lot. The massage was nonexistent and the shellac looks like it was applied by a child. I am so dissapointed and everyone else there was too busy to fix it. ON TOP of all that - they charge $45.20 with tax for a shellac pedicure meanwhile they are using a very cheap brand of shellac polish and their UV lights are dirty inside and are not efficient at all. I am horribly dissapointed and I wish I didn't pay for this service- especially after how much my feet hurt now and how much they are peeling!

My first experience here was good. I had a shellac manicure done. More recently, I decided to come back for a pedicure. The lady was so rough! She was barely paying attention, to the point I was so afraid she was going to cut me. She was buffing my nails and toes (ouch)! I had to repeat myself twice when I said the water was too hot. The first time she just smiled and continued to talk to her coworkers. I will not be returning here and highly suggest that you stay away.

Worst place ever. The manicure did not last more than a week. The product is bad. It is not completely attached to the nail, and made bubble-like sections on three nails. I'm never comming back. Also, the technique is bad, and careless. She cut me with the cuticle clipper more than once.

Monthly routine and they do an awesome job. No complaints. Advice to people that go for the first time, if you have specific requirements let them know ahead of time. Eyebrow waxing is really good there as well

Gf went here and it was horrible staff is rude and disrespectful there is like 10 of them doing nothing made us wait 30mins for staff to talk there heads off it was dead in there the best part was her feet and nails looked horrible go to any other nail salon like zen nails ect

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Couple of the workers were arguing, one customer stepped in to ask them to stop. Not to mention its mother's day and there was children there, making a very uncomfortable experience

You get what you pay for! I was there May 15/19. The girl was rough, didn't remove all if my old polish, cut my skin 3 times, only half filed my nails (had to finish myself) filed half round and half square, the nail polish has lint and bubbles in it. $15 manicure for less than a 15 minute mani. Will NOT go back and will NOT recommend.

I love this place.they are the only one that can do my fake nails look perfect, and when they waxed my eyebrows they are perfect just perfect

Last week I went to this nail salon for the first time. They did a manicure and pedicure with shellac on my finger nails. The next day the cutículas on my fingers started throbbing and the lady did not clean them proper. To be honest I do not think she new what she was doing. Up until now my cuticles are sore and I had to place a bandage on my pinky nail because my cuticle was sticking out and making my finger bleed. I always get my nails done and my manicures always last me at least three weeks before I go and get them done again. The shellac even started pealing off the next day. Basically I waisted $53.00 on bad service. Also, please be pleasent you are providing a service and positive customer service is the first thing you should always practice.

The girl who did my nails put no time or effort into them. I swear, they were done in about 6-8 minutes at most.in a very bad way. They had raised particles on them, which happened while base coating, she ineffectively and barely tried to remove the specs but then just decided to paint over them. She used an acrylic nail file on my natural nails so the free edge was shredded.but she decided to paint over that as well and ineffectively pick at the shredded tips of my nails as she painted, instead of fixing them. She filed two of my nails square, very quickly.then, noticing they were all already very clearly almond shape, decided to stop and ask what shape I wanted (hint: I did not want square nails). She did not push back my cuticle, no cuticle oil was used.no light hand massage.nothing. The polish I chose was neon, but no white base coat was used so they all looked dull/flat. She put on two colour coats that left the nails looking very patchy and it was put on so thick the polish started significantly rippling as they dried. This was THE worst manicure I have ever gotten and a total waste of money. My sister had a less bad experience but her nails were still rippling, etc.
We basically paid them to butcher our nails and waste about 8 minutes of our lives (my life anyway - my sister's nails took a bit longer, but they also had to remover her shellac first.which was another horror show in and of itself). I wish I remembered to take a picture of my nails to post here and I also wish I said something while I was there. We should have walked out. Shame on this place!

Shameful. If I could give no stars I would. I should have refused to pay for my service today. I have light red hair, they dyed my eyebrows brown/black. Got my lashes tinted too, no difference at all. They waxed off part of my brow, and missed a TON of hairs. I didn’t even want them shaped, just those little hairs around the brown and they missed a lot, so now I have two very different colour hair tones around my brow. They got a lot of lash tint in my eye and it is red and itchy, even after soaking it with water. I look like an absolute fool. I will never ever go back there again!
