Past 17 years Philip has been my lawyer.
Needed him twice and both times he’s pulled through.
At 21, Young and dumb doing 150 on the highway and caught by officer which Phillip got withdrawn which smartened me up to my recent bogus ticket.
Bogus? Let me paint the picture. Driving with my wife, highway, sunroof open, windows cracked, enjoying a cigar, elbow on armrest and hand
At a 90 degree angle with cigar aimed up to vent out of sunroof. Office shoulder peeks into my car, pulls me over and tells me that I’m using a cell phone. I prove to the officer that I have a lit cigar in hand. My word against his with my wife as a witness. Issued a ticket for using electronic device.

Court was today and charges withdrawn.

Two things I learned:
1) Buy a dash cam, which is what I did 7 hours after my ticket, thats equipped with two cameras on it, one with inside cabin and one outside.
2) Keep your faith in Philip.

Amazing customer service and great communication! My dad doesn't know much English, so when he got a ticket, there was a lot of fear about his next steps and what we should do. I got a ticket outside of GTA
When he first looked at my ticket, he made me think that there is a mistake made by the police officer by saying, "The cop shouldn't have given you this ticket".
Phil then said it was gonna cost me extra, because he has to travel to that remote location, and charged me extra.
When the trial date was close, he said it was better to hand over my case to his "buddy" at the remote location, who knows the judge in that area very well.
He basically handed over my case to his "buddy" to do all the dirty work, and just got the comission.
I should have hired a paralegal, a good paralegal directly in that remote area.
I paid Phil $$$ for my case, and HE LOST.
I wouldn't trust Phil.
He is very sneaky!

I am so glad I went to Legal Action for two of my tickets. 1) Driver fail to wear a seat belt 2) Driver fail to stop at a stop sign. With the help of PHILIP ALEXIU, one of the lawyers at Legal Action, my first ticket is waved with no charges and totally off the records.
