Amazing experience at Leggat Kia Burlington. Initially met with Will who connected me with Charles, as Will was with another customer. Will and Charles truly worked together to help me with test driving vehicles, spent the time reviewing different options. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything but also didn’t feel like they were ignoring me due to my indecisiveness. Their overall team work was unmatched. I am so happy with my new Kia Sportage and the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Will, Charles and the entire team to anyone looking for a new car

I am so disappointed in Kia. I have been having trouble with my car for the last couple of years and was told the engine is burning oil too quickly which has ruined several catalytic converters. I have 130K km on it and there is no reason my car should need a new engine. Kia refuses to take any ownership of this or the quality of their engines and will not stand behind their (lack of) quality of their engines. I would highly suggest you do not go with a Kia. You will end up having a lot of car trouble and Kia Canada will not stand behind the quality of their products. That's just my personal experience as a current Kia Rio owner.

Took our van in to be serviced. Unbeknownst to us our child’s car seat had to be removed for the repair. We were not told that it was removed and the car seat was placed back on the seat so we had no idea. I understand that dealerships cannot install car seats for liability reasons however it needs to be made absolutely clear to customers that the car sear has been removed. Making a note on the bill in the middle of other notes is not sufficient. If your staff is too busy to communicate this at pick up at least leave the seat in another spot in the vehicle so it’s clear it was removed!

This location has been nothing but fantastic with the replacement of my
Kia engine. In 2 weeks, it was looked at, sent to kia Canada for a decision and engine replaced. I was issued a rental fully covered by kia and the girls at the front desk service department are lovely. Justin, Rob and Josh have kept me informed every step of the way with full transparency on what was done and needed. Would definately recommend and I will continue to use this location for my services and future car purchases. Thanks very much guys!

We were looking for a new vehicle & met Will Gair at Leggat Kia. Will is a customer service personified sales rep. He personally showed us a number of vehicles at various Leggat dealers in the Burlington area. My wife & I purchased a pre-owned Honda from Will & he couldn't do enough for us! Ok, it was pre-owned, but he made us feel like we had bought the most expensive car at his dealership. I highly recommend asking for Will the next time your searching around to buy a new or used car. Will Gair really does take care. He takes the meaning of going above and beyond and creates his own definition that far exceeds the regular standards. I reached out to Will, and within a week and a half I had not only purchased a vehicle, but Will personally delivered my vehicle to me. The work he had his team do to make the car look brand new was also more then I expected. The time and care he put into finding a perfect fit for me and my 2 young children is rare to find. He isn't just a sales man, he's a friend and will not bring you offers unless he knows they meet all on your check list. He's attentive, friendly and very personable. If you havnt bought a car through Will I highly suggest you let this man become your new friend. I really appreciate all Will has done for me and I am forever thankful for him!

I have booked a new KIA EV6 last year and before the delivery I my old car giving up on me today. So I went to KIA Burlington for Help. My Rep Chrixxxxx, basically tell me that we are in a business of making money not helping people. If I want, he can refund my deposit and bye-bye. Sound like reputation and customer service is nothing to him. He is not even saying "sorry, I really can't help you". Fortunately, I called his manager and He is offering a temporary solution before I get my car. I need to drive to work after all. If not because his manager, this is definitely a one star! If the owner is seeing this, I recommend more training about the business value and customer relations.

So far, so good. My wife picked up her new electric vehicle today after pre-ordering it in May. We're already longtime Leggat customers from Leggat Mazda Burlington and this is one reason for choosing this dealer, their reputation is respected with a dealer heritage dating back to1922, you know they're doing something to maintain customers. The primary reason for choosing this brand is KIA's customer satisfaction rating but I remain skeptical based on calls to KIA Canada compared with Toyota & Honda. Our salesperson Atif (now at Halton Honda), made sure my wife was comfortable every step of the way and fulfilled our exacting expectations. She purchased the most comprehensive service package too. Laura in their Parts Department also was able to find a great deal on winter tires and rims! Will update this review once we've dealt with the Service Department but we've every confidence, it'll be all we've enjoyed from a Leggat dealer family experience. The Service technicians always cluster around the EV and it gets showcased when it's parked beside the Service drive-thru entrance! Service department should introduce complimentary car washes for their customers as we've not experienced this since taking delivery of the EV in September. See my review for Gorrud's Auto Group/Milton Toyota.
Update: KIA Canada doesn't know the cause for the regular 12V engine battery failing on two separate occasions rendering the car inoperable and unable to unlock the vehicle. This doesn't impact the car's battery powering the EV. Leggat service has disconnected an anti-corrosion device from this battery and the problem has not repeated to date and replaced the battery twice at no charge. Will continue to watch this and provide feedback.
Toyota generally perfects things before unleashing them on the public.

Frankly I would give this dealership a negative star rating if I could. The customer service here is so poor. Employees lack accountability and do not do what they say they will do. I regret buying my Kia from Thai dealership- drive the extra distance and go anywhere but here (unless you don’t care how you are treated)

Not at all happy with this Kia location. My husband has been emailing back and forth for a week now and booked an appointment to test drive the Carnival today. We both took time off work for this to work and when we got there was told they had shipped the Carnival to another location so it wasn't available today. They could of called or emailed ahead of time to let us know. Completely wasted our whole day. We are not time wasters either we are very keen to purchase so they just lost our business.

As a recent widow and senior, knowing little about cars, I was very anxious about taking care of the family vehicles. I started taking my Sedona to Kia for regular maintenance and, after three visits, am very happy with the experience. The guys at the service desk were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, taking the time to explain what was needed and make future suggestions without being pushy or patronizing. The work was done in the estimated time, at a reasonable price. Their shuttle service was also excellent. I feel confident in putting my vehicles in their hands.

My wife and I bought a Kia Sportage at Leggat Kia some time ago. It didn't feel great from the start to me as we constantly felt we were tricked into something. Partly that was because of the outdated, old fashioned sales tactics that didn't leave a good first impression with me. We perceived them as quite disrespectful and manipulative but not what a modern sales talk should make you feel like. The other more concerning part however was when the financial part was taken care of by the financial services advisor. In retrospect, this is really when things went down from my experience. Coming from another culture myself I deeply appreciate cultural differences but a sales talk should never culminate into yelling your prospect costumer into signing an extended warranty, especially if the information that were verbally communicated turned out to be false when reading the fine prints afterwards. In our case the financial advisor insisted that my wife and I would get back all the 2000$ of the extended warranty costs after two years if we don't make any claims within those two years. He became loud making the point that we would not loose any money, implying it would be unreasonable to deny this warranty. That kind of pressuring costumers using lies is unacceptable to me. When I recently got in touch with them to enquire about what was verbally communicated, i.e, getting back the full extended warranty costs of 2000$, I got ignored. Of course, the fine prints do not reflect what was verbally agreed on in terms of amount paid out and due date when studying the contract in depth. To me that was a huge disappointment. I believe there is a red line between creatively selling a contract and plain lying. Everything I heard from these guys sounded fishy to me and we shouldn't have done business with them in the first place. The moment we drove out of that dealership, we felt scammed and of course we were proven right eventually. This is in stark contrast to how you would think you should feel just after buying a car. I also wonder how many more costumers fell for what I would call an "extended warranty scam" so far. We even gave them another chance to fix this and sell us a second car but again they decided to ignore our enquiries. We ended up buying the second car another local dealership recently and the difference couldn't be any bigger. In contrast to Leggat Kia we didn't feel tricked or getting conned over there and it became a really pleasant experience after all. No extended warranty bullying, no yelling just a nice car purchase how I would imagine it. I hope Leggat Kia will learn to respect their costumers and be a bit more honest. To me it won't matter anymore as I would never buy there again. From our experience, we can't recommend this place at all.

Bought a Kia Forte CPO from leggat kia Burlington in June 2021. Was promised a 2nd set of keys in 90 days.
I have been patiently emailing and calling the dealership with no response.
Spoke to the General manager 3 weeks back and haven't heard back since.
Really poor after sales.

Leggat kia, I hope you can provide the 2nd set of keys soon.

I am waiting for my car and at least 50% of the staff can't be bothered to wear a mask. The service attendant that checked my car in had no mask. An hour and a half to change over tires on rim's. Car was sitting in the lot for who knows how long till I went back and asked. Horrible service

Very bad experience. I went last year, for a Mitsubishi Lancer but they leave the car in such a HORRIBLE state that I have to decline. They take the opportunity to offer their trademark which I fell for it.
Things got worst in the " GREEDY MISER MANAGER OFFICE CALLED Ashfaq. "
When he sensed I was reluctant he became like a bulldozer, steamroller, not letting you talk, literally forcing a sale down your throat.

I couldn't bear looking at that car. Fortunately I went to a Mitsubishi dealership where I got the car I wanted - they were honest, comprehensive and never used coercion tactics.

Bought a used car from them. Salesman told me there would be warranty for 90 days. Check engine light came on. Started calling him. Left messages. No answer to Voice mail. Turns out he was fired. Six weeks of calls to get someone to tell me that. Manager says the warranty would not be honoured. Refuses to even run diagnostic to see why light was coming on. Turns out was nothing. My own mechanic tested it. Didn’t even need a new part. Refused to run diagnostic. Sales manager was rude and eventually started swearing on the phone with me.

I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received from Leggat Kia. Although, they didn’t have the type of vehicle I was looking for, it was very pleasant dealing with them even tho i didn’t buy a vehicle. I definitely recommend Leggat Kia.

Just picked our new Kia Soul at Leggat Kia. We are very happy with the car and our buying experience with Simon. It was a far less painful experience than other car purchases we have made in the past at other dealerships.

So happy! Ricky was absolutely amazing, this was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous about what to do, he had all the answers for my questions and he made sure not to stray away from what I wanted as a customer. He even went out of his way to stand in line at service Ontario on a Saturday just so I could get my licensing and get my car that day! AMAZING customer service.
Aron Wayne also did a great job helping me understand the financial part of buying a car, he made sure to go through every discount available seeing if I was eligible for any of them too! Absolutely happy that I chose Leggat Kia over any other car place!
