Absolute garbage. Have reached out to these folks in an attempt to purchase an RV and can’t even get them to return a call or respond to a voicemail.

To the reply below - yes, 100% sure that it was Leisure Days Kitchener that we were contacted, my partner contacted you via.both Kijiji messenger and direct voicemail, to no avail. Do better guys!

Check the response from the owner.
He assumed wrong.
He wasn’t able to accept responsibility for not flushing the black tank when I specifically asked and verified that it would be part of the winterization.
See how he tried to blame me and not offer any type of solution.

Service staff awesome. Appointment was on time and completed in a timely matter. Identified a problem with our door lock tumbler and completed a simple repair without charge. A really great experience today.

Pushy. And quoted us a monthly price for a trailer. When in fact once approved for financing it was triple! The price. We passed! Also started to receive a lot of sketchy marketing calls after giving my info here. Beware.

Responding to the dealers response. You most certainly do have my info when I applied.

Secondly your sales people use sketchy sales tactics. Very pushy and I work in sales so I can see it a mile away.

Thirdly, do NOT quote a price you cannot fulfill. Garbage and highly misleading.

I will never buy from here.

Rented a RV for my family trip up north. It was a great experience and the team at Leisure Days were more than helpful with any requests I had. The RV was in great shape and I look forward to doing it again in the future.

Our experience at this Leisure Days in Ayr On.was above and beyond what expected. We have also bought at Leisure Days in Kingston On. Both dealerships were so wonderful in helping us purchase our trailers. This is our 7th trailer, we had 1 bad experience, but this is two dealerships that will treat you right. All staff at Ayr On.location are friendly, polite, helpful. In negotiation we came to a deal quickly. Thank you Mike Nik, Bill & Kim. We also went threw parts department and staff in there was quickly over to help serve our needs. When I dropped our trade off to them. They again were there shaking my hand, being so polite. The old and the new. The 5th is our new summer home.

Part 2. I would like to add to this review after things have been completed. We sat in the showroom with (Nicholas- lot manager) after our salesman was called away to deal with another customer. We sat around the table in the showroom with Nicholas, negotiating the deal. In the deal we traded our 2016 in on a 2013 fifth. We had agreed on dollars and as part of the deal there would be a new awning installed. Our choice of colour. I had indicated I did not want a white underside for the purpose of stains. I had seen a few black undersides which I liked. I had discussed this with Nicholas at length. He went and retrieved the service shop’s catalogue, found the awnings. We chose a tan top with black underside. When I say at length I mean 45 min- an hr. After this it was agreed upon theses colours. Nichols went to Todd (service manager) to order it and returned. We all were happy. Also in the deal it was delivered to our seasonal site. In return for there good service I said I would bring our 2016 to them so they could get it on the lot and hopefully sold. I brought it to them spike and span clean as promised. Nichols inspected and was not only happy but impressed. I left and awaited for our delivery on Mother’s Day in May. It did arrive on that date. Once it was parked, we opened the slide outs and started inspecting it. OMG it was awful. The cleanliness was disgusting. Nothing had been cleaned, fridge gag, roof vents screens filled with dirt and what ever else. Spider webs threw out. Nothing like the trade in they received. I can live with the dirt, I didn’t expect it to be like brand new. But then rolling out the awning to find a white underside was very disappointing. I emailed the salesman and Nicholas. Waited for reply, then received an email from Nicholas saying he has forwarded the email to Todd the (service manager). Waited & waited & waited, nothing. So I sent Nicholas a follow up email. Got an email from Todd asking for my phone number so he could call me. Which was on file in the store. I replied & gave it to him. Then waited & waited. I emailed Nicholas & Todd. I get a reply from Nicholas sorry todd has been away. Not sure why I had to talk to Todd as it was Nicholas who made the deal. Anyways todd calls me the end of May. Had a discussion at length. He would get back to me. That is the last I heard from anyone. So I sent Todd an email stating “guess it’s time for another review” exact words. Never heard back and been 2 weeks. So here we are.
I had been told by another customer of leisure days Ayr I knew that service was poor here. I thought maybe it was a one off deal and I wouldn’t have same problems, guess not. I guess maybe this is the way they do businesses. Not me. I say I’m doing something, I do it as my word.
For anyone else wanting to deal here maybe give it a second thought. This is our 6 or 7th trailer and never have I had an issue with service. Theses are true honest facts I have put here with all honesty for you to ponder on your next purchase of a recreational vehicle of any kind.

As you can see the dealership owner was to look into this and get back to me. As of today Nov18th 2023. I have not received any reply. So if the owner won’t reply as he stated. There word means nothing. After 3 months.

The work was very professionally done. All follow ups double checked. Communication was excellent.
