I have switched pool stores to start to work with Joanne and the team @ leisure.

I currently own my own pool company and use their services to deliver the best products and service to my customers

Called for the quote on small MILAN 16'x10' pool and was told $30K uninstalled / $50K installed. I wanted to give local company a try but this pool can be ordered for around $15K delivered (without install) HALF of their quote.so I guess no business from me. I will not support price gauging.

My salt sell wasn't chlorinating and my heater went into LO and Joanna told me that there's been so much pollen and with salt cell on it's last legs created all this algae and plugged my filters, sure enough I went home and cleaned out the jungle inside and all is happy again. I'll be returning again for sure. Amazing customer service (10+stars)

I had my pool built by the Leisure Industries about 4 years ago and ever since, I have continuously used their services for all my pool needs. In fact, this year I purchased a safety cover from them and once again they did a great job. They really care about their customers and have decades of experience in this business. Pat was very flexible giving me options and advice during the ordering process and Jill and Joanna came to my house several times to measure/inspect to ensure the cover was done right. They were also in constant communication with Andre, who did a great job installing the safety cover. I also had a small rip on the liner and they made sure the repair was done under warranty and in coordination with the pool closing to minimize the amount of water loss. I totally recommend Leisure Industries to anyone who needs pool installation or services.

Most brutal and stressful experience imaginable. Bought a pool in November, 2017 with the expressed idea that we wouldn't be thrown on a list of people looking to build in the Spring. All we received was lies. I should have known something was up after the third time walking into their showroom asking why I can't talk to someone about the landscaping we need done without an answer. In the end, they dumped us on the most horrific company (Riteway) that actually did the work and they showed up quite literally a half day a week between April and the end of July when I told everyone to leave my property and we finished everything ourselves. Riteway (in their defense) showed me the work order they received from Leisure: they got it in March meaning yeah, we were just put on a list contrary to our agreement. Avoid these people like the plague. Feel free to look me up in Burlington. I documented every bit of this.

I had a pool installed by Leisure last year. Wow was the service I received from them amazing. Jill was very helpful and informative from start to end. She informed me of the permit procedures and helped guide me through it. Right off the back she warned me dealing with the city was sometimes difficult but with her guidance it was an easy process and with any strange requests the city asked from me Jill helped me meet their requirements in a timely fashion. Once the build began Vito and his crew did a fantastic job. Every member of his crew were very professional and polite and were a pleasure to have on my property daily. My pool was built within the time frame they suggested. We did have a few days of rain which caused some delays understandably. However it was explained to me at time of purchase why one day of rain can cause a couple days delay in order for the ground to dry up and machinery to be allowed back on my property. It is an outdoor project and clearly Mother Nature is something we can't control. My family and I are very happy with how our outdoor project turned out and we now have a beautiful backyard to enjoy for years to come. The equipment and product they supply is the best on the market, my pump is so quiet my neighbour thought I never turned it on! My neighbour was so impressed with the build of our pool that he went and bought a replacement liner. His liner was just installed last week and he couldn't be happier with it and how great the installation crew was when putting it in! Would HIGHLY recommend Leisure for anything pool related they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you soon much Pat and Jill

We recommended Leisure Industries to our landlord for replacement of pool liner, because they are local and were helpful in balancing pool chemicals over last few years. However, was not impressed with interaction regarding installation of the new liner. They left their lunch garbage in our backyard, along with the pool trim. Used my electrical cord without permission and didn't put it away when they were done with it. Pumped pool water and sludge onto our driveway. Poor communication, unprofessional attitude and poor quality installation. Liner and trim already pulling away from the wall. Owner at Leisure didn't seem concerned about the feedback told me to go contact my landlord on whose behalf I was advocating. Not recommended.

Fibreglass pool
Quick summary of scoring as a 0, then the detailed review: -1 Project timelines were discussed and not met. We came across the revised schedule by prompting vs.being proactively told -1 Failed to manage our expectations – we kept having to check in on deliverables; permit for the pool, measurements, dig date, pool delivery date (why are we chasing?) -1 Crane included in the project, then billed for a larger crane when location in backyard was moved slightly to the left and should not have affected the cost. -1 Unprofessional behavior - Swearing and smoking staff on the property while our family was watching the crane being lifted to the back. -1 Messy workspace and construction site – every mess you could possibly think of from water bottles to pieces of the pool, to packaging for lighting all spewed across the lawn, rental equipment left for family members to get potentially injured by -1 Poor quality – Stone backfill done incorrectly, bows in pool, no ownership, passing the blame -1 Unskilled/uncertified staff – young adults (could have been teenagers) left unsupervised to work on key parts of the project (concrete pouring, drainage) -1 Failed to share/educate new pool tips, we received a 10 minute run through before Chris (landscape contractor) dashed to his truck and left (mess left behind again) -1 No customer advocate – we raised concerns around most of the above with our sales person, Desi. He immediately took the service side and tried to make us feel completely in the wrong -1 Falsifying information – no accountability for their mistakes/disorganization and a serious inability to deescalate when we tried to reach out and get them to right their wrongs. Mary Sue and Chris are in a relationship, and during email correspondence, when we tried to be objective and share our frustrations around issues with Chris' workmanship- Mary Sue would have a fit. I think it's because they wanted us to get our entire backyard landscaped with them and when we told them we only wanted the pool - they wrote us off since no additional money was being made from the sale. We went with Leisure after meeting Desi and visiting their showroom a few times. Seemed like a down to earth (chatty) sales person who knew a lot about pools. We paid 53000 cash for a piece of junk and what we thought would be our dream pool, the biggest fibreglass pool in their product line. They have major flaws in their project management style. They don't do this work properly, promised one date for the dig and then keep pushing but only when we asked what's happening. Permit work a mess, stuff they should be informing about, but don't. Claiming to be the experts and working through a clueless post sales person, Mary Sue. A lot of times she was giddy and unprofessional, lack of follow up and clarity with each conversation. Then we move to landscaping arrangements and the company they use which we believe is under the same umbrella company is CLH where we get introduced to Chris. He conmunicates poorly with us throughout the project and sends unqualified young guys to work on prepping our backyard. In the end, they wreck our pool during the sloppy backfill of stone. Our pool as two bows. We purchased a brand new pool and they send us a demo. Complete with scratches and unknown markings. Chris swears at his staff while our pool is being dropped by crane into the backyard, which instead of going directly to the hole they dig, ends up plopped at the side of the house since they ordered the wrong crane. Instructions on how to use the pool are brief, we barely get the pool expertise we would expect from such a big purchase. Our ionizer is broken, which was a selling feature to move from salt to chlorine. Garbage and equipment left on our property while they would disappear between visits, then push their way into our backyard unannounced. Very sloppy work and not subject matter experts in their field from how they presented themselves and the final product being installed.

I have no warranty or guarantee I have to pay for another liner and he’s charging me full price, I would not recommend buying anything there I am very hurt the way the I got treated. Pat over at Leisure Pools blamed a tree, which I don’t have that caused the hole, he didn’t even send anybody to look at it, very unprofessional.

The sale people are great but the pool installers are terrible. They don’t Care about what they’re doing. Basically throw everything in a hole. No Attention to detail. Took over 2 months to finish. Was told “ well it’s been raining” meanwhile people in the neighbourhood who used a different company got the pool done less than two weeks. Still have things to be finished. Stay away. Use anybody else.

Sorry the place of business was at your location in Oakville. I have never been to the place on Harvester.
