Stayed here for the month of September. The office personnel and seasonal campers were all warm and welcoming. The grounds were clean and the facilities maintained.
Only negatives were that a significant part of our site was taken up by two cement sewer covers. These were pumped out every two weeks. The smell and noise level were bad for that time.

A beautiful RV park with old growth forested areas. So glad to hear they are offering Tiny Homes on their lots.

Highly recommend Leisure Time Park

Water off for as much as 3 days at a time, 4 times this last summer. Bathrooms closed several times. Laundry room closed several times. Very loud. Maintenance at a minimum.

Wow! If we could give them 10stars we would. We are photographers who spend six months photographing events in Caledon area. We had stayed on the grounds of the events past two years. This year we wanted more of campground experience. From their location to our event, to delivering wood to our campsite, to having their on site service technician fix a leak in our Airstream, it has been absolutely wonderful. We have a great spot, that is quiet, peaceful and nice bit of privacy. Ruby and all her staff have been wonderful to deal with and we are looking forward to a great summer here this year and many more to come. Thank you Ruby for everything!

Horrible experience i had with them today. I will never ever never call them again and will never stay in their campsite. The lady who refused to provide her name treated us like a dog. She was absolutely disgusted us by saying “I don’t have to let you in if i want”. She tried to charge our baby who is still two months old and 3 years old. Her attitude to tell us to fill up the form and speaking to us was awful and unprofessional. She basically shut the door on out face then a gentleman came out for explanation. We had said that we will put this experience on the review. We are now staying at one of the on-route on 400 with my whole family including our two months old baby and 3 years old. If you are dying for a place to stay and rushing to placed yourself somewhere then go ahead and stay at one of the shopping malls parking but not their campground. Stay away from this place otherwise you will absolutely regret it. I wish that i could give them minus 100 not even one star.

This is my 9th season to be a seasonal tenant at Leisure Time Park. The length of time here shows that I value how Leisure Time Park is a very safe place to be. The Jay family and the staff work very hard on behalf of all people inside their gates to make sure everyone has a fun safe experience.
The owners value the tenants provicy and take measures to enforce this as well.

At the end of last year the safety measures that were implemented kept all guests safe and the park closed with a covid free season. This year same rules apply and again a very safe secure place to relax with no cases of covid.

Over the winter I had extensive damage to the trailer inside and outside.
Cory took charge of doing the extensive repairs with the help from Ralph. When I returned in May the damage to the inside was replaced and things were like new. Cory and Ralph left the inside of the trailer very clean for my return.

In June they both repaired the outside damage that was done to roof of two pull outs.
I would come and go as because Of covid I couldn't stay while the men were working here, however I seen the work both had to do to make it ready for my return. It was alot of repairs.

Cory and Ralph I want to thank you both for the excellent work you both did but also the respect and time shown by explaining and answering Questions I was asking.

I was totally satisfied and pleased with what you both accomplished. Well done!

Leisure time park is a such a great place to come to relax, and feel safe. The super friendly staff adhere to Covid restrictions, making everyone feel welcome but also safe. The park is spotlessly clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. There’s a large pond for fishing and nighttime walks to view the floodlit fountains. Best kept RVing secret in this part of Ontario. We just spent a weekend at Leisure Time with our two kids (ages 6 and 2) and we had a fabulous time! We wanted to try camping but thought the kids were too small so we rented one of their cabins. It was incredible!

The park itself is well maintained and very clean. The staff and residents of the park were wonderful and extremely friendly. Barbara who manages the store and staff, was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend.

The kids had a great time and so did we! We will definitely be back again!

WARNING! Please read my full review here what a terrible experience we had today. We rented an RV for a full month to discover Canada and so we did across Canada tour from BC to St. John. We roughly stayed in about 28 different campsites, but Leisure Time Park is the worst. We were on the road at Sudbury area and on the way, we called this place to book for the night to stay. By the way, we have 3 year old and a two month old. A women who works there and also refused to give her name to us gave us such an attitude. We have dealt this place on the phone and that lady was very rude on the phone and said 5.00 pm is the latest time we could get in. Anyway, i had to rush with all my family in the car just to catch the door before they close. This part completely was terrible already. Once we got on site at 4.40 pm she was still continuously speaking rude and unprofessional. This was the only site told us that they have charged my two months old baby and i dont even mention my 3 years old! She said “ you know what I don’t have to let you in if i want” i was like what? Seriously? Is that how you treat your customer? There was a lot more horrible conversations but I don’t want to take anyone’s time any longer but what i can say is that please, please stay away from them. She basically shut the door on our face. I asked them refund she said you will see that in 7 days in your account. I said thank you at least you have done something for us. Anyhow, now we have no place to park our RV tonight, but ON Route station on Hwy 400. This place is great if you get kicked out like us. I believe it is important to share such experience on this platform. It is the word of mouth these days after all.

Had an absolute wonderful time.staff and park committee were super friendly and extremely helpful. We rented the güte cabin for a weekend.
Park and facilities were Spectacularly clean. We will return for sure

It was great hike and trails were amazing. Except some where small and narrow.easy to get lost. I did all the trails with my dad and it was fun. It still is. It gives you a nice nature feel and the air is nice to. But very tiring.gery nice and beautiful thou too.

Elaine was so personable, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. It was because of her that we bought a trailer from leisure time literally the second time we were out looking. The whole team was so patient and helpful and answered every inquiry we had so professionally and friendly.

I didn't actually use the facilities but my car broke down while driving across the Highway 9 to get back home and I pulled into their parking lot. The owners Rod and Barb were extremely hospitable and did everything in their power to help me get in contact with the CAA as I didn't have data in the area due to my service being unavailable there. I really appreciated their help greatly. If I ever get an RV one day, I would definitely stay there.

I want to thank all of the staff members for the amazing hospitality, time and events this weekend. They were amazing and very helpful when I needed assistance with my trailer. It was very peaceful and family friendly and will definitely be back again! Hoping weather will be warmer

Been here 10+ years. Our home away from home. This year a little different due to this virus but it's still great to get outdoors.

Stayed at the Güte, it was a lovely camping experience! It was more spacious in the inside than expected and the staff were lovely and very friendly. Looking forward to stay there again!

This is a trailer park, above average. There are several levels and trees throughout. Many residents have added patios and gardens. Lot sizes vary, but even the smallest ones are only about one third covered by the trailer itself. Cold water, sewage tank services and electrical service are available. Propane refills can be purchased. Wifi, very limited, is provided for email and light browsing. Recreation includes a swimming pool, volleyball field, a children's play yard with swings, slides etc. There is also a small artificial lake with a nature trail along side it. Access to the park is controlled, guests are limited and must be registered. Residents are mostly families and seniors, and generally friendly and courteous. Quiet time starts at 11 PM.

We came here for our backpacking trip and had an excellent stay! The campsite was one of the best we've stayed at-very easy to locate, clean and quiet. The price was very affordable considering the number of services that were available (e.g. Wifi, electricity, water). The park has many fun activities. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

My kids absolutely loved especially my older one as shes not even too much as an outdoors person.

L brought a new 2016 Sundance fifth wheel this was my 2nd new trailer l brought from them. Last year we notice some water damage in about 5 places that was causing delamination (l inspect the seals regularly) after a closer look at it it was determined it was poor workmanship of the company. The reason l'm giving Leisure Park a bad review is when l phoned to tell them she don't care.sorry for your luck (maybe bring it down so we can look at. No being that this is my 2nd trailer) Also the company that made it (sucks to be you basically) so now l have a $ 40.000 sponge.

I broke down in front of this place and come back and there is a note on my car. Don't assume someone is on your property and leave a not so nice note. The side of the road is not yours thank you very much. Your nasty

Stupid rules, expensive things, can't play baseball, manager yelling at my kid for no reason. Owners treat you like garbage.
