Used to be my go to spot - lately it seems the owners just let their kids do your nails unless you’re a regular. Got a shellac French done by the younger son 2 days ago. Thumb was sticky (he redid it 3 times) and 4 nails have already chipped.

So it was my first time coming here and defenitly my last time! I picked a colour for my toes and when the guy went to put it on it looked different so I questioned it and the one lady (don't know her name, she had glasses) was extremely rude to me and gave me a very dirty look for no reason! You are in customer service! If you don't like your job get a different one!

My daughter loves coming here to get her nails done.they do duch a great job and money well worth it

Terrible service and quality of work. I went there on Friday to get shellac done and a few hours later it was coming off! Went back today of course there is attitude. She did not even say sorry. She replaced the shellac and just walked away without saying a word. She went to another room and just called out to me that I am done. The place is dirty. They don’t clean their stations. This leads me to believe they don’t properly clean their tools either. Avoid this place! I will not com back.

Dropped off my wife to get her nails redone because she went there the day before and her shellac was already coming off. Besides the poor quality of work and the fact she had to go back to get them to fix it a day later, she came out fuming for a different reason. The staff was rude and inconsiderate about the whole situation. If you mess up just own it and apologize. That's how you lose customers for good and send wives home angry to their husbands

1st time at salon getting a pedicure was great, went a second time for another pedicure, right foot was infected and sore for over a week. Could not work or wear my work boots!

Would not recommend to anyone especially

After a half done job at another salon i came back here and left very satisfied. The service, attention and quality of work were great. And they had great covid protocols in place.

First time coming to this nail salon will definitely will come back everyone was amazing treated great I was not rushed out amazing pedicure so detailed and gentle and my nails amazing

As a frequent client, I can say most of the nail techs at this salon will give you a great manicure and set of nails. I don't leave unhappy, and if I do end up noticing an issue later on they are happy to correct it. Most of the nail techs are very friendly, and always learning newer nail trends.

You get what u ask for with out paying for the frills

Went in for bio gel cost me 100$ Which is unheard of also they don’t go by prices they have listed
I called to ask how much they charge for bio gel the man said 50$ well 100$ later I was unhappy and my nails looked like a 10 year old did them I left without tipping them and didn’t even feel bad about it ‍️

This is the worst place I have ever seen. There work is terrible place is dirty. I should have walked out. The health board really should visit. Never will walk through those doors again.

Great place and amazing work. Would highly recommend them. I will def be going back to see the lady that did my nails.

I do not reccomend this place it i mt 3rd time there I got arcrylic nails last saturday and there already falling off and my nails look completley broken after.she made them diffrent sizes amd shapes she rushed and stood up while painting my nails and another customers.and ler me leave with bubbles on my nails and still paid. I do not reccomend I will not be going back.

Great service reasonable prices if your looking to get your nails done your feet done or waxing they have it all

The first time I went here I was really excited because of how cheap the prices were; however, after my visit, I now understand why the prices were so cheap. My nails were different lengths and two fell off the next day. I was completely unimpressed with the end result. The staff were very rude and impatient with me as well. Do not recommend going here!

I usually go to Diamond Nails for manicures but figured I'd give these guys a try.

The older woman worked with me and seemed nice, however her work wasn't. The store seemed dirty, disorganized (tons of random tools and items sloppily placed all over the stations. Also she skipped scraping underneath my nails and left dead skin hanging around my nails. I had to uncomfortably ask her to finish cleaning underneath them.

I also got a back waxing done, to which she didn't apply any powder or product to my back before applying wax. The massage table also reeked of bad body odour.

I'm really sorry to leave this bad review as I rarely ever leave bad ones but for the price I paid of $50, I feel it wasn't put to its full use.

Owners are rude and liers! My grand-girls 10th birthday party was themed on a girly nail spa day with 8 guests.they took a Limo to Lenas (pre-bookrd 1 month in advance and confirmed 2 days before).

No one greeted us or spoke to us for 35 minutes until another lady walked in.they greeted her right away and asked her to have a seat. That's when my daughter spoke up and said excuse me but we had an appointment. The owner lady then spoke very rudely to us and said we were 15 minutes late.we were NOT late.

Owner lady made one of the girls cry she was so mean. She was slapping the nail polish on one of the girls nails as she was arguing with us then decided to roughly remove the polish tell us to get out.

We have been coming to Lenas for years but it has gone down hill and getting worse with every visit. We will not go back.they do not care about their clients.

They don't know how to run a business properly. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another salon to go to.

Horrible service.
Prices on the wall are not at all what they honour. $25 for pedicure. $20 for shellac set and $8 for kids nails. Apparently.

I’ve just left the salon and those are the prices.
2 pedicures (my daughter and I) shellac set for myself and nails painted with a design for my child. Total should be around $78 before tax. So add roughly another $10 for taxes. Yet when I paid they charged me over $100.

When I questioned them I was told because they cut and manicured my nails that was an extra charge on top (defiantly was not explained when they started) and said I should have asked what was actually included, defintaly dont think $20 for nail polish is an acceptable price and I would never got them done if I knew that.

Stated I will defiantly not be going back if they are going to be dishonest about their prices and not honour what they show and was told “that’s fine, don’t come back then” I can’t believe this place has been in business as long as it has. Won’t last that much longer hopefully with service like this!
