Yeah please heed the other reviews on this company they’re are extremely crooked and will not give you any info whatsoever on goings on on your OWN account and will claim it’s due to privacy. Micheal Boscarino (no idea if that’s even his real name) will refuse to give details regarding just about anything. They take days to call back if they ever do. Never pick up extensions and basically will go out of their way to make everything as difficult as possible for you and your family. I made a mistake putting my trust in these people and I’ll own that but the least I can do is warn others to stay far away. Also if they respond to your review saying call them? Good luck they won’t respond anyway. If anyone is curious I have loads of paper work to back my claims and have it readily available for anyone going through a similar issue. I’m considering legal action and would love to help anyone else who is as well.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had in my life. Ever since I got with Lendcare it’s been problems from the very beginning! They’ve been messing up my account and at this point i am anxiety ridden because of it.

No one knows how to do their job properly. Whenever you call and press the number that is asked of you it tells you it doesn’t work.

There was also a time where I was transferred because the agent didn’t want to deal with my file and gave it to the wrong department.

Save yourself and go somewhere else whilst you can. This is a bad company to do business with.

DO NOT use lendcare for financing a vehicle. There is a clause in their contract allowing them to slap on 6 months of penalty fees if you miss a single payment! I am now giving them an extra $100 a month as a result of these fees! They also entitle themselves to take money out of your account whenever they please. Today they just gave themselves an xmas bonus from my bank account by taking a car payment an entire week early, with no notice! Absolute thieves! I am close to walking out of this lease!

Marcel palmer at Lendcare provided lots of help when I wanted to settle up my loan, I owed over $10,000 and he was able to get the settlement at $8,500. Thank you very much

Idk where to start… they are ABSOLUTELY the WORST loan company. Anyone wanting to finance with these guys beware that if your credit isn’t bad now, it will be after dealing with these guys.
They never take the amount agreed upon out on the correct day. They will take it out when you’re not expecting it, then they will raise your interest rate without your knowledge and have unexpected amounts come out of your account.
Their communication is complete trash. They won’t help you with anything. And when you do talk with someone and agree on amounts and dates they still take different amounts on different dates.

If anyone cares about their credit, stay away from these guys. Very unprofessional company and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Fully payed off my loan and finally done with this company. Their interest rates are abdominal. The customer service could use training and work. Now they’re trying to call me several times to see if I want to get a new loan with their high interest rates. Terrible. Let me be please

What happened Lendcare? Your Customer Service has gone downhill the last few years and hit rock bottom today. This company is great at helping you out when you really need it. If you have bad credit, they start you off with a low loan regardless of credit history and then you work your way up from there.

They get your loan to you very quickly once your application has been accepted which is great! In years past, they have been fantastic with customer service helping out bumping payments, aligning with pay dates, helping out and being understanding with problems, but sadly, that has come to an end.

On October 13th, 2023 at 10: 08am; I had a conversation with "gentleman" in their Customer Service team about bumping our monthly payment two days later in order to line up with our pay period. He then informs me that there are NSF fees on the account from May/June. After looking at my statement on my bank, I can clearly see that all payments for the last six months have gone out without issue and I tell him that. His words "Well, you can call back and someone else can tell you the same thing if you'd like. You're wrong. Is there anything else I can help you out with? " I told him, no I'd like to address these NSF fees because I am not sure where they are coming from, then he proceeds to be rude and belligerent.

I asked to speak with his Supervisor to address the NSF fees because they will be able to look into this further, he tells me they aren't available right now. I said, that is untrue. I've been a customer a long time and can always speak with a Supervisor when needed. I said please put your Supervisor on the phone. He says "Sure thing" and then hangs up on me.

I call back and explain what happened to the new Customer Service rep and he is able to bump my payment the two days as originally requested because it hadn't been done by the other person. He also confirms that there are NSF fees and I ask him if he can send me the transaction history. He told me he ordered it to be pulled along with the recording of the previous call. This person then proceeds to tell me "He doesn't have the time to go through the transactions with me as he is very busy today. "

At no point was I being rude, raising my voice or indicating that I was upset besides specifically asking for help with these items.

In the past, I would absolutely suggest Lendcare for help with financials if you are in a bind and have done so in the past, but now I will be steering clear of this company and paying off the loan as a priority to get away from this unacceptable customer service or lack thereof.

Very disappointing.

Horrible experience with this company. Got financing for a tent trailer, the dealership gave them my boyfriends (co-signer) account and not mine so when the payment came out of his account rather than mine (where the money was) and bounced they jacked my interest rate up 10%. Wasn’t my error yet I have to pay for it. I immediately contacted them and was told management had to review it. This was 2 months ago, I’ve been calling and emailing and no one ever gets back to me. I’m paying the same amount for a 2019 car payment as I am this stupid tent trailer. This company is a rip of and had extremely bad customer service. I tell everyone what they have done to me. Definitely stay away unless you like getting ripped off. Definitely has not been a pleasant experience.

They will raise your payments and take them out whenever they see fit. I’m set up for bi-weekly payments, I’ve had them take money out on the 13th, 17th and now today, the 27th. I will be contacting my bank today to see just how many times this has happened. Not impressed.

Their motive is to end up suing you for more than what you owe.

Customer service is a joke. Every time I call get passed around sit on hold for 12 min and system hang up on you. One day I called every 15 min for an hour and never ever got the accounting department I was looking for. Seems when you pay off a loan and they aren't getting their 27% interest they have no desire to answer questions. Quite disgusting, and I would most definitely never recommend this place to anyone I know.

You should be able to give negative stars for this company. I financed a vehicle for my son to help him and his family out. He missed one payment due to the fact that he had to take his son to the hospital and they raised his rate by 10% with no chance of lowering it for at least 6 months. Shameful!

Have had the worst experience with this company and I would stay away from this company. Their so called customer service staff love to call you and threaten you about payments and how they will ruin your credit score. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do your research on this company. The reviews speak for themselves. I recommend you read the reviews on BBB about what they have done to previous customers.

Stay away from the guys they all speak like a gangster my loan amount is $17000 I paid 8 months and still, my principal is about $16800 I missed one payment within the next two days they got the amount from my account however the penalty is 10% in total amount so my biweekly payment increased by $90 I called them to ask about my issue these guys spoke like a gangster no respect my honest suggestion don't deal with Lendcare it's so dangerous. My car 2016 civic worth is $10000 but I need to pay $45000

I NEVER write reviews. However, this review is to send a koodos to a very amazing person who works for LendCare. Her name is Kirsty. My particular situation is too long and too messy to explain but I wanted everyone who actually reads these reviews to know about this wonderful woman, whose name I already mentioned above. She is the utmost sincere, kind, supportive and helpful person I have EVER had the pleasure of speaking to! I want LendCare or whomever owns this financing company that this particular employee, whose name once again is Kirsty should be seriously considered as a person who trains and teaches new employees or more so a training training supervisor.

Worst company to burrow money from. I got a loan from them 2 years ago to buy a boat. The purchase amount was $7500. Was told today I’ve made $9000 in payments and still owe $9600 in principle. I was told 8 months ago I owed $10000, so despite the payments being made the amount owed seems to barely change. Apparently if I run the loan out to the full 60 months I would end up paying a further $15000. In other words, my $7500 will cost me $24000. I suspect a scam is happening. Fortunately I have the paperwork at home and will be looking into this further when I’m home on the weekend. Stay away from these people at all costs.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Not upfront with their customers. You get different answers every time you call them.

I bought a 2014 corolla, i ended up loosing my job. They repo my car, didn’t tell me where it was so I can go pick up my personal belongings. After a few calls asking for where to go to get my personal belongings, they finally sent me contact information of the person I needed to speak with. I called the person, left voicemails multiple times, sent emails, i never heard from that person. Everytime I’ll call lendcare, they make you go in circle. Treat you like a liar, disrespecting customers.
So I ended up going to the address trying to get my stuff, i was told the person was fired a while back that why no one returned my call, thats when Ive also find out that the car was sold, they got rid of my stuff (my kids school stuff was in there, my expensive stuff, shoes, guitar, the value of all items could be $1000). My car was pretty much my home, pair of shoes, clothes, cologne, even my government correspondances lettres, they’re all gone. They didn’t even call or email me to ask me to go get my stuff.

They still emailing me until today after selling the car to tell me that they are willing to rewrite the contract to start fresh. To me, this means that they trying to work with me so I can keep my car. They make you think or believe the car still there, they trying to work with you while it was already sold, they are trying to get you to pay the remaining loan balance (interest).

I would never recommend. I will also ward customers that going with their partners like approval genie….

These guys prove difficult to deal with, everytime i call in im greeted with a snobby, irritated tone of voice and theyre so quick to try hang up on you when they think the conversation is over, im having to get my loan refinanced with another company due to their incompetence, they even started taking more money from me than what was stated in the contract, i had to complain over and over again just to get the warranty information which i then found out is just an advance on my loan.

I had a motorcycle loan and personal loan that I just paid out and they were very easy to deal with. Tyrone answered my call to payout the personal, which was as seamless as a procedure could be. They simply took my e-transfer over the phone and confirmed within seconds. I was then transferred to a senior staff, Sulpran (apologies if I butchered that), and was informed I technically had some fees due to missed payments over the term. He offered to take 150$ or so off the payout amount which he did not have to do. I can’t speak to how they would treat delinquency but they definitely took care of me. Also in case people are wondering, they do provide reasonable rates for good credit in addition to high risk rates, so they can be a good option for people before looking into a higher risk B lender.

I got a letter stating my payments would be going up, so I called to figure out why after 3 years with no payments ever missed this was happening. I have never ever dealt with a company who was so rude. 2 people I spoke with and it seemed the second person was ruder then the first. All I wanted was a very simple question answered. Never again will these thieves get a penny more from me after this loan!

First Hand Experience from a dealership with a new contract with them. A deal began on May 11th, it as finalised on June 28th. I was asked on 3 seperate occasions for paperwork that was already submitted. Customer and ourselves were charged outrageous fees. Never doing business with them again.

Your response is not true. That is not how it happened. We were asked on three occasions to upload the same paperwork, didn't make any amendments and then it was accepted.

Lendcare is the worst company in the world I have ever dealt with their interest rates are too high. If you miss a payment they will also raise their interest rates on you. They have the most rudest customer service with no patience and they will hang on you and yell at you so please don't use them. If you tell them to come for one payment they will come for 2 or payments in the same day. If want to go through he'll use lendcare. They have the most ignorant billing department because they need better training on how to deal with their customers

Spoke to Kristy today as the company I purchased from had my payments set for the day before my paydays, originally the admin team said they could not change my first payment as it is a binding contract, Kristy took the time to call me back and tried other options and was able to find a fix

This company is a complete joke for the past 2 months almost 3 now I’ve received 2 phone calls a day from then asking for someone named Taylor Boulac I’ve explained to at least 12 different phone operators that they have the wrong number and they always say okay we will change it in our system I also got into a great argument with what I think was there customer service rep about this they are incredibly rude and disrespectful stop calling me!

I been a customer since 2020 December, and had my car there possesion since april or may, as of this year. The whole time bern making payments, which i kept up to date. I have a balance that im a post to pay impound feew from, which i needed a couple to hold off to, so i can pay that remainder. I called lendcare today, and they me my vehicle was sold, which they didn't call me to tell, agent said he was gonna call me later to tell me. So i wasn't impressed.

Horrid company used car dealership works with.criminal interest rates.oh when I went to refinance my loan, the sales person had to ask for my proof of payments to shop for a better interest rate because landcare doesn't report payments to Equifax or transition.so no positive affect on your credit report after a spotless payment history.

If I could provide a 0 I would.worst lender ever. Have you send all the information as if you're going to be approved. Was pre-approved by them after the credit check.sent all the paperwork in and after checking my credit and sending all the information from the bank etc 3 days later they state i already have 2 loans open (always paid with their ridiculous intertest rate) so we cannot provide a third. I got a car loan with lend care Dec 2020 with a very high interest rate 49.99% or with a daily interest rate of 3.14$. Its excessive and over priced.credit cards have an interest rate of 19%. If you bounce a payment they take 75 for NSF, which is a waste of money for me and free money for them. I begged them to at least put 75 towards my principal during these tough covid times. Frankly, they are uncomapassionte money hungry lenders who really don't give care.

Delivered a child size wheelchair to hospital. Requested larger. Waited several hours for a new chair. The wheelchair was “dropped off in the hall, ” no paperwork. We were not alerted by company employee that it was delivered. The new chair was a child size wheelchair. Next day I called and was told by answering service driver would be contacted. That night my husband fell out of the chair. Called Lend Care concerning new chair replacement, no answer. Next day, no answer. Finally on 3rd day I was able to speak to a representative. I request wheelchair to be retrieved (do not want to do business with company, thus no replacement needed). I was told I will receive call on the day the wheelchair will be picked up. We shall see. When dealing with individuals needing healthcare and mobility services, integrity is important. For three days my husband has been pushed around out home in an office chair. This is not a safe way to transport him, however this is all we have.

I was looking for a car to purchase and ended up to LenDale capital.

When I learned that they are over charging the interest rate, I just told them.no I m not interested.

Even after that their employee keep calling to sign up for the loan which is 29.99 %.

I told them again not to call me and I don't want to buy, and I changed my mind altogether.

A few days after I noticed that they run inquiry to my credit report, which made me fiercely angry. And upset.

I wish I could tied them up with road in my truck and drive in highway

Worked with employee Sean Bansavatar on closing my file and getting the payout for my loan. He was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped me efficiently through the process. It was a pleasure to do business with him. The 2 previous agent s did nothing. One dropped the call and the other finally did help however it was a day later and not as stated.

Recently I had been though a horrific experience in life and then I discovered Rohan at LendCare who guided me through rough waters back to safe dry land. Yes there is a silver lining in life and and in my case Rohan at LendCare was an angel. Rohan I cannot thank you enough - - for being who you be and for your amazing customer care which is excellent. I am beyond grateful and others need to know that is in this seemingly sometimes crazy world that there are humans who are there to assist us in our deepest darkest moments. Paid my loan off Sept29, resulting in a credit balance. Called mid October to inquire and promised a refund into my account in 5-10 business days…well here we are Nov12 and no refund. Despite calls and emails from me I just get the run around.
Also in yr 2 of my loan I had a personal family tragedy. In the chaos I deposited my car payment into the wrong account…didn’t realize until the bank nsf came in…I called and provided bank statements showing the money was in the ank but wrong account ask for leniency due to death in family…they didn’t care, instead increased my monthly payments for six months as penalty. At the end of six months I had to call twice to get back to my original loan payment

When I called earlier this year to check the balance they said “oh we never charged you the nsf fee from 3yrs ago so we’ll charge you $75 now. ” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR LOAN.

I want to give this 5 Star review for “Nishil” for his amazing knowledge and assistance yesterday. He understood my situation during this pandemic and found a way to help me get up to date with everything, just excellent customer service. I wish I could give NISHIL more than a 5 star review.

BEFORE I talked to Nishil, I had a very extremely rude person named “MIKE”. With all due respect I don’t know why anyone would hire MIKE to work for this and any company that involves work with customers. When asking for assistance MIKE talks down to you and over you constantly. Every answer to you question is a threat and when I called Mike out on it he tried to back track with sarcasm. And he thinks he is bigger than the Lendcare company and everyone else…. He’s NOT at all.

I’m happy and thankful with almost every one that has assisted me through my experience through LENDCARE so far with “Ceasar” and “Nishil” please give these 2 a raise. Thank You

I will never, ever deal with this company again, they try to take unauthorized payments out of your account which leads to nsf charges on both sides.
They won't take payments tou try to make with credit cards.
They charge you nsf fees without telling you when they try to take payments our of an account they know was closed.due to them trying to take out.unauthorized payments.
They try everything in their power to cost tpu more and more ones.
All this and my payments are always up to date.
I can't believe they get away with the stealing and living they do.
Run from this company, they will lie.and steal.

I really like this company. Every time I call (which is often lol) I get wonderful customer service. Cindy Stella in particular is outstanding and very informative. They may be a bit more expensive than others, but at least I know I can get the proper customer service and friendly service for all my needs and wants. For me it’s worth it.

The first four years paying a loan with this business was fine. Then covid hit! I managed to continue making my payments even after losing my job and now a stay at home single mom wondering where the next dime will come to feed my kids. I was short one payment and man they handed it to me! Without even reaching out to be they tried to debit the payment twice and NSF me twice an extra $75 each time. When they finally called they were rude and showed no compassion at all. Thank you covid and thank you lendcare. What a let down

I would never recommend lend care to anyone, getting a loan from them is fine, but never take the extra insurance that they call and call and continue to bug you till you take the extra insurance. If you take the extra insurance from them on any vehicle, rather it's a car or bike or snowmobile, and if accidents happen and that vehicle is no longer driveable and your own insurance pays it off cause it's a write off, lend care still expects you to continue paying on that extra insurance coverage no matter what, as if it's your own fault that accidents happen. Why should you have to continue paying on something that you no longer have, due to fire or collision. They sure know how to screw people over that's for sure!

Lendcare is plan highway robbery borrow 8900 and in a month they told me it was 11000 I borrowed. Wanted to pay the loan off and now it's over 14000. They charge daily interest which is completely wrong. I'm taking this loan to my lawyer and filed with the government. Do not borrow from lendcare. They are very rude and don't care about you at all. When people are in a tight situation especially now with the pandemic. How can they justify completely screwing canadians.

Do NOT ever deal with this company even if you are desperate! Outrageous interest rate of 42% and when you pay the loan off they tell you that you owe another $66 because it wasn't paid on that exact day. How about a thank you for never missing one payment and for paying the loan off after you paid thousands of dollars of interest to them and lining their filthy pockets. Ripping off people who need it the most like this should be illegal. Also, 100% do put a block on their next payment due even if the loan is paid off because they will try to take that too!

I would give 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest you can rate it here.

*****Since there is no area on here to respond to your remarks I will place this here. I do have the signed paperwork here and my interest rate was over 41%. Would you like to the contract that I do have in my possession?

This review is because of the absolute amazing service I always receive when I have interacted with Michael B at Lendcare Capital. Michael B has been professional, polite, beyond patient and has always resolved any concerns I have. Very high level of communication and I hope the company recognizes his efforts.

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star. This is the worst lender I have ever dealt with. Very rude. I can't wait to be done my loan so I never have to deal with this B. S company ever again.

HORRIBLE! This is a classic LOAN SHARK! Company doesn't help out with anything, VERY VERY unprofessional. Made my payment faithfully for 2.5 years and principal dropped minimally. So I asked to pay out the loan and the agent was rude and mad that I wanted to pay out my loan in full, I was trying to talk to the agent and he hung up on me so I had to phone back. So I Paid out the loan and asked for a release letter from them, I then had to wait on the phone, on hold for an hour to have another rude agent. Every time I called in they asked for my telephone number, give it to them (same phone number that was on the original loan documentation) and the rep says NOPE THAT NUMBER DOESN'T EXIST! But instead of changing the number that clearly was in their error, this company decides to condone rude comments and horrible customer service. You want to be a good company it should reflect in the way of customer service! IF YOU HAVE OPTION STAY AWAY! Ive dealt with a lot of loan companies and this Lendcare Is the absolute 100% without a shadow of a doubt the WORST!

I was dealing with Sopan Pusparajah, a total pleasure to work with. I have had numerous difficulties over the past 13-14 months with Covid and employment issues including being totally desperate and thinking Bankruptcy was the only solution. Sopan did everything possible to help me and succeeded. Lendcare has solutions for people having difficulty and people like Sopan care about people and that is why I am thankful it was them I was dealing with through this very difficult time. Thank you Sopan and Lendcare.

While dealing with this company in general for deferral's not bad, everything was good till I asked them to move payment date to a week sooner on payday, they are now charging me 48 dollars more on my loan for 6 months, then my normal payments will resume. That is horrible.

Not good customer service at all. Don’t care at all lean care is the name but care is not them at all. Should be taking out of business and will be the way try to do business. Never trust in this company better places online that have way better customer service. Call loan trust I did they are helping me and will help you to don’t get in business with lend care at all.

I must say Sopan is a great person to deal with. Thank you always for caring. BUT that company is just messed up. I understand taking loan from them means you have to pay it back. But losing your job and not being able to pay for a car, when you rather have a roof over your head and food to eat. They have threatened me many time to get the car and put the loan on my credit for 10 years. Fine do that and get your car, BUT DON, T be trying to take money from my acount when I have said I am not working. YES GO GET THE CAR AND DO WHAT YOU WANT TO MY CREDIT. I don, t know anymore with this company.

I was with LendCare for 3 years and every time I called customer service I always felt disappointed and taken advantage of. The customer service representatives have no customer service skills at all. Until I got ahold of Naomi L. She was kind, personable, and I actually felt like she cared. I always felt so much better after we chatted.
I am grateful to have chatted with her, but even more grateful I no longer have to deal with LendCare.

Interest is too high on an air purifier. Paying double. I highly recommend not to deal with this company. Just a money grab.

This review is about my grandma. They swindled her into more payments and did not give her filters or nothing. Poor place stealing from vulnerable people. Shame on you!

If I could give give zero stars i would, these people have absolutely no customer service skills. A man named Jermain threaten me by trying to use his name to intimidate me. I went through several representatives in the last 2 days and only one of them had any manners. This place is absolutely trash and complete theives at that. Avoid at all cost. Horrible horrible Horrible Horrible!

EDIT: the response is about a payment problem HILARIOUS! I CONTACTED THEM TO GET PAYPOUT DOCUMENTS THAT I STILL HAVENT GOT! THIS IS A JOKE. Im reporting them to the better business bureau.

I've been a client with LendCare for around a year now. Getting setup as a client was easy and The original representative was great. Unfortunately there customer service team I've since learned is not friendly at all and come across very rude. I guess like most financial services companies it's a coin toss as to if you will have a good experience.

It's too bad that when you pay your account off in full, they try to sneak 1 extra payment hoping you wont catch it. Then, you fight with them on the phone for weeks, trying to get that money back. But, they do it so often, the people in accounting can't keep up?
4 weeks, and still waiting for the $$$$ to be returned.
I don't recommend this lending institution.

Got that one payment back, 3 months ago.
But, now I have non payment reports on my credit score from this company, stating that I am missing payments, 6 months after my account was paid in full, on time?
Stay away from this lending institution.

I have been notified by my financial institution, it may take 4 months for my credit to recover, from his company's mistakes.

I have not had an account with these crooks for 6 months now.
They just sent more non payment reports to the credit bureau.
I'm thinking it may take a 3 hour drive to their office, and smashing someone's head through a wall, time in court, and some news publicity now?

RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE! PLEASE AVOIDE!
I made a payment in full and still shows as an overdue payment. Customer Service is terrible. They say they will do a lot of things for you but never follow through. Dealt with 5 different people and still having issues 5 months later.

BE AWARE! ZERO STARS!

Stay away from LendCare. They ruined my credits score. I paid off my 3500.00 loan before it was due. But for some reason they reported 300.00 was unpaid. Months later I checked my credit and noticed this. My credit dropped from 780 to 619. Although they eventually reported it paid. They refused to fix it with the credit bureau.

Pay attention to everything they say and always make sure your payment is processed the day the before you need it paid, for example if it's due friday, make them process it Thursday or by Monday the money will be pulled, if your tight on cash like me, this will benefit you.

This company is brutal to work with, spoke to a manager and I would of gotten more answers from the receptionist. Seems like no one there has a clue as to what's going on. DO NOT FINANCE FROM THESE CROOKS.
