Not very happy. I was looking for a pillow and didn't find a size that I need. They had a ton of other sizes. I was looking for 18×18 and they didn't have it. I asked them and they said that's all they had. Had to go somewhere else to find it.

This place is busy! I went in for material. A huge lineup. It was crowded. Disorganized. Dirty. Apparently, crafts are doing well. This place is way busier than Michaels.

Great store, lots of choices, well laid out. I especially like how the fabrics are organized in themes.

The staff were very helpful and generous with their time. I have not sewn an outfit since highschool and everyone was patient with me explaining the pattern and helping me select fabrics.

An awesome place for everything sewing, crafts and fun! We love our visits here and always find some cool things.

Bought yarn for socks to send to my sister, then decided I would get some for myself. It was hard to choose what colors all so pretty. Will be going back to look at material next

This place has everything for the crafty mind. And staff are super knowledgeable and willing to brainstorm.

I wish for their staff's sake they'd fix their AC though!

There is a lot of nice things inside of the store to choose from.the staff is friendly and helpful

The staff are great, but the store set up is not. Aisles are very cramped especially the pathways down the store, which makes it almost impossible to socially distance properly. The pathway to get to the cash registers is also very confusing as it looks like you can get through from the one side but can't and ultimately the line has you next to the entrance/exit which causes some bottle necks.

2nd store I went to looking for a sale item. In both places they only received " a few" and were sold out. Not a location issue but corporate issue.
The store seemed smaller and more cluttered than the Cambridge location.

Kind of like a mix between a craft store/surplus/dollar store. Large place with lots to see. The cashier was fun and told us we get 10% off if we sang a couple of lines from Christmas carols

Always love Lens Mill stores. I could spend hours in here. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help.

For the crafter or sewing enthusiast this is like a candy store for a kid. I just love the variety of things: yarn, notions, thread, embroidery, art canvases, fabric, foam, plus clothing, home decor, outdoors.you name it! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the drive to Brantford.

Ordered over the phone some yarn by name, mustard. Husband picked up the order and when I opened it at home it was not the proper color. The label said gold. Both a difference in color name and in actual color match. Never once did the lady on the phone mention this because I would have said no to ordering. When I called they told me because of covid they couldn't take it back.even though it was same day AND THEIR MISTAKE. They then finally were convinced to taking it back but refused anything but an in store credit. This is TERRIBLE business. I should never be out any funds on account of their mistake. Six months later, still haven't spent my credit there. I'm likely to lose the paper before I ever make it back into this store.

This store is packed to the ceiling. Overcrowded and needs a good cleaning. It does have a nice selection of fabrics and accessories. Seniors days on First Monday of each month 10 percent. Lot of parking. You will no doubt find what you are looking for.

Give your staff some air conditioning and fresh air. What a disgrace that this company is forcing people to work in the blazing heat in a cramped stuffy store and not fork out some money to give them more than some cheap fans. Every time my mother and I are in there we feel like we are going to pass out, masks only make this harder. I can't imagine what these people are feeling when they have to work in there all day. Look after your staff!

So, two stars for that. One star for the selection and one for the staff. 3 taken off for being a selfish corporate monster who probably sit in nice a/c offices all day while expecting everyone else to suffer.

Excellent customer service! Wide variety of fabrics Great prices on clothing and household products.

Large selections of goods. Repeat visits will yield different stock. Decent for fabric and many other items but prices are a little on the high side for surplus style stock. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bought clothing dye and when I got home and opened the bottles half of them were open! I go to return and they make me feel like I'm not being honest. Never will ship here again.

Lots of inexpensive merchandise for crafty folks. A little messy sometimes but a great place to find fabric, yarn, as well as sewing and knitting supplies. Picked in a little less than a meter of fabric from a reminents bin plus 2 meters of wide elastic to make scrunchies for about $2.

Absolutely phenomenal curbside pickup shopping experience! My experience goes beyond a five star rating to be honest. Customer service is amazing and personal. The people I dealt with were so accommodating and I will never make the mistake of shopping anywhere else again. This is the place for knitting, sewing, crafting, and so much more. I can't thank these people enough for helping me make my creation.

Pleasently surprised accidentally found store when I was going to go to habbitat store.not just a fabric store.the volume of stuff and the size of store is amazing. No cash.plastic only. I don't like that.staff where really nice and helpful.

Good place to go.if you cannot find yarn your looking for in Michael's craft store. One employee told me check out Len's Mill. I found yarn I'm looking for. And create beautiful blanket for my 8 yr old granddaughter

Great selection for craft supplies and fabric. The prices are okay, not excellent, but given the amount of options it's worth it.

Some attempt to put order to the fabric. As a quilter I do not necessarily need to know the manufacturer. I am shopping to colour or pattern match. Themed shelves like Easter, Halloween Christmas are ok. Guess it is a matter of what kind of sewer you are appealing to. I heard questions like "what is the difference Blbetwwen a metre and a yard? " How do I know what sized crochet hook to use? I have been to other Len's stores. They carry product line like Kaffe Fawcett. Here no such luck. A lot and I do mean a lot of Nortcott's Stonehenge" Ended up not buying anything, too disorganized for me.

Material too expensive.cheaper to buy done in store & same for wool prices. Also not staff to help customers

My Wife just loves this Store. Offers so many brands for knitting etc. All kinds of crafts for all ages.

I love this store. Recently I have been looking for reasonable storage and organizing options and so far I have found everything I need at reasonable prices. But.there is so much more to Len's Mills Store. If you've never been, or are looking for something you just can't find, I suggest to try looking there. I always come out with more than I went in for, because I always stumble upon something else I need, or something that's a bargain. If you're crafty or want to find an activity to keep you busy.look here.
Due to COVID-19 cash is no longer accepted, but debit or credit is fine. Safety measures are in place, for both staff and customers, but inside the store feels like a normal day (mask aside). Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and upbeat, kind and courteous. It's always a pleasure to check out.even after standing in line!

Unique selection at great prices. Items are very "hit and miss" as they are always getting in new product - but that's half the fun!

Customer Service is the worst, very rude and not helpful at all. One thing is for sure thought this is the only store where can buy sewing stuff in Brantford.

Although it's a dumpy little place, it's awesome. It has tons of material layed out isle by isle, labelled well, organized well. It's much easier to find fabric there then in a Fabricland. The prices are a lot cheaper. It's the only place I will go for my fabric now. Make sure you go to their website and view promotions. Every week they have different coupons.

Head cashier while I was there basically laughed in my face because I hadn't take the velcro to be cut first before needing it. I've never been in the store before and have 0 clue as to fabric and cutting and the process of the store, but letting me know what to do without laughing would of been appreciated a lot more. Not much assistance was given when asking where sometime was either. The ladies and gentlemen at the fabric cutting table were great however. Doubt I will return because of this experience which is too bad, but I don't need to feel like an idiot when I go there.

Great place for supplies. Have wide assortment of quality products. Knocked one star off for cleanliness. Not bad, but could be better.

I mainly go for the yarn selection, but they have just about everything for crafters. A massive selection for fabrics. Even a clothing, curtins and seasonal section all at great prices.
