They mistreat and degrade well-behaved and honest CHILDREN with their words, comments, and tones. I've seen it more than once. Unacceptable.

Staff don't know the stock (they'll tell you they don't carry something and you'll find it elsewhere in the store).

Massive store, great prices and super friendly staff and overall great experience for the beginner or professional crafter would recommend for sure

Heather helped me find a solution for my daughter's favourite yet broken shoes, I would not have figured it out without her. She had great ideas and helpful tips for completing the task. The cashiers were friendly with the kids, even gave them a colouring book and book bag on the way out. Great experience.

Staff is helpful with information. But not very kind. After quite a few degrading and rude comments about my kids, I left leaving my full cart behind.
Not very considerate or understanding of what toddlers are. I will not be shopping there again. There are more places I can go for fabrics.

Wish we had a store closer! Had what I needed but I forgot the measurements. Will visit on our next trip south.

Excellent store with so much variety and very helpful staff. I was simply looking for buttons to fix my shirt. I was impressed at how much time the staff member spent helping me find exactly what I wanted.

Great selection of yarns of all different weights and colours to choose from. I found some great yarn to make a sweater that was made from recycled plastic and that's cool. The store itself was huge and nice and clean. I'd go back to shop there again.

The store could not spell Customer Service let alone give you any! After giving you the wrong info about their fabric, then telling you you have to buy the end of the roll even if you don’t want it, and finally, I am too busy to help you! I found a great way to solve that problem! I left!

Always clean employees are very helpful and happy. Great selection. Isles aren't crowded or narrow. One of my favorite locations

Great place to find all your crafting needs. Use to go here a lot more but it's become slightly expensive (what hasn't these days though). Staff always friendly and helpful. Only downfall now is that they lost space, it's incredibly claustrophobic, worth it most times. Husband loves their cheap jeans
