Len's RV

This is our 3 rd trailer from Lens RV. Small RV trailer sales and service. We have never been disappointed with them. If you are looking for a Jayco dealer or other trailers this is the place to go. Highly recommend them:

3 people who work there and not one could even say hello or acknowledge our existence. One salesman and all trailers locked. We waited a half hour for sales and finally just left.

Completely disappointed, went an looked at a couple of 5th wheels and as we are planning to trade our park model provided details and told owner would need to inspect it and they would call to schedule it, so we could get an idea of what trade value was and total purchase price would be. Not even a phone call after 2 weeks no contact what so ever. Extremely disappointed with the client service. Make you wonder what after purchase service is like if sales service is this atrocious.

We purchased a brand new Jayco RV from Len's RV this spring. The service and sales department were outstanding. I can not say enough about the professionalism of Rick, Craig, Alita and the entire Len's team.

Our trailer broke down on the 401 while on our way to the East Coast. I called Lens but they were unable to fix it. Their staff went out of their way to help us and made an appointment with Sweets Rv who promptly fixed the problem and set us on our way. Thanks for taking the time.

Excellent friendly knowledgable staff, with competitive prices. Go here when you need parts for your RV. You won't be disappointed.

I believe they are trying hard to get our camper fixed. I will rerate them when it gets completed.

I just recently purchased a 2022 265RLS from Len's and was completely impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service!

A country vibe but with all the modern equipment needed by RV'ers. Friendly helpful staff, safe shopping for parts. Trailer sales and service as well. Easy to find, easy parking and nice people make a good place for parts. Can't speak to the sales or service side, but they carry Jayco trailers, which have a good reputation. As my grandson said, there's a thousand moving parts inside a big moving part. What can go wrong? Glad to find Len's RV.

5 months of phone calls between myself, OWASCO and Jayco to figure out how to deal with a major recall on my trailer with no resolution dealt with in 5 minutes and a friendly voice at Len's RV. Ordering parts for me and recommended a mobile tech in the area. Next time I want to spend $50,000 on a trailer I know where I will be taking my business and it won't be OWASCO. Thank you Len's for your great customer service!

Thanks to Cam for excellent service and taking the time to explain things to two inexperienced folks. We didn't end up getting anything but I'd recommend this place to others because they stress good customer service.

Lens RV sales department are great. The service side of the RV dealership is where this place is lacking. I picked up my new trailer on a Friday. I went directly camping with my new trailer with my family. I had an issue with the TV right away. I found out later during their PDI that they knew the TV was defective. I was not told about this issue. I understand that stuff happens so I have been extremely patient. Couple smaller issues but that is why you take thing out right away to find out what may need to be repaired. Service side of things with communication. Several phone calls and you finally get the phone call back. I talked to my sales rep and he indicates the service manager loves emails and will respond. Nothing. Frustrating. Will continue to give them the benefit of the doubt due the the Sales Manager Rick who has been more than accommodating during this all. We will continue to monitor how things progress.

In March 2020 just before the onset of the global pandemic we purchased our Jayco JayFlight from Lenns RV. We were consistently surprised by the smooth transaction despite the fact that there was many barriers in place with respect to COVID19.

The sales team at Len’s RV was quick and efficient in dealing with any concerns we had with respect to our trailer purchase and finalizing the sale.

Our trailer purchase did not go off without a hitch but we are happy to say that lens RV immediately took action to repair, replace and correct any issues that we had.
We had immediate service on site when needed and nothing but our best interest at heart.

We would recommend anyone to purchase their RV from Len’s RV as their customer service, attention to detail and willingness to help us out was top notch.

Very helpful staff was a great store some prices were a bit much when they are 6x cheaper at other stores but most rv equipent was on par for prices

Sale was on so we thought we would check it out. Some nice ones but still on the pricey side. May go back

I have a 2019 Jayco from lens that my sick wife and I are staying in while we sell our home.
Had it a week and hot water tank module laid an egg was told no service people available to repair, the sales manager had to take a part off another trailer and come fix it himself. Great guy!
2 and a half weeks ago furnace quit, cycled the furnace 3 times as per manual and still won’t work. Called service they said it would take 2 weeks. Waited until 2 and a half weeks and called back. Service manager was unavailable and did not call back the following day.
Great place for Sales but the service sucks the big one!

Had a wonderful experience with the sales manager Rick. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped my family find the perfect trailer for our needs. Great selection, great pricing.will definitely recommend this RV dealership to anyone! 5 Stars
