Please, anyone who needs glasses, go get them from this location! My glasses needed new lens and no one could get the screw out. I showed up at this location on a busy Saturday and they could not have been nicer. One associate tried and then Priscilla would not let me leave without those lens being swapped out. She worked at it for a really long time and seemed so happy when she managed success! As I waited I just watched person after person getting above and beyond service from their entire team. Highly highly recommend. Especially Priscilla who is a rock star and a magician with glasses!

I came in with my son at the beginning of January.it was late in the evening. The store was busy so I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to help. Right off the start, the salesperson, Priscilla did not want to help us. I asked for help and she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked her if she could show us some frames, and she said we can try any that we wanted to. She just stood there not showing us a single pair to try on. I asked her about a Ray Ban pair and she said we would have to purchase them in order to try them on. Finally I gave up and my son and I were going to walk out. He didn’t want to try any more frames on at that point. Priscilla was totally useless. I don’t understand why this store has her as a salesperson. She didn’t want to help us.and I would easily spend $500+ on a pair of glasses. Plus my kids and I have all bought glasses from this company in the last few years.

I went back to the reception desk and asked another lady for the name of the manager. She told me she could help me. Her name was Jee and she was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I told her how Priscilla treated us and Jee apologized on her behalf. She helped my son pick out a number of frames, gave her opinion on them. We ended up purchasing them from her.all within 30 minutes, she even stayed past closing time. She was great and really turned around our negative experience. If it wasn’t for Jee, I would have been so disappointed in this company’s service. So I am really glad that she helped us. 5 stars for Jee and 0 for Priscilla, so I guess that’s 3.

My partner got a pair of beautiful glasses and prescription sunglasses with the patient and informative help of Joyce! I highly recommend this LensCrafters location and especially Joyce. The whole experience was super enjoyable and seamless. Thanks again!

So helpful here! They fixed my sunglasses free of charge, my daughter had bent one arm and I didn’t think I would be able to wear them again. Definitely recommend, very friendly and knowledgable

After a short wait, Tim was helpful, fast and efficient in straightening the arm of my bent sunglasses. No charge. Hooray!

What an amazing place! I took two pairs of sunglasses into Lenscrafters Sherway to get repaired. They were very courteous and fixed them within an hour - and at no charge! Highly recommend if you’re looking for any type of glasses with the added bonus of great customer service!

Javeria at the Sherway location was an absolute huge help. She helped me pick pieces for me and helped me narrow down my options.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I went in to check some new glasses and they noticed my glasses were broken, they fixed it to me on spot for free! Service is amazing.

Always a great extensive experience when i visit this location. Unfortunately I was not able to get the name of the first woman that assisted me who was also great. The place was so awesome. The staff are very accommodating. I came here to fix the frame and lens of my eyeglass. The frame was really twisted with the lenses got off the frame. I was not expecting that it will get back to shape as they told me that it was too risky since it was really really twisted! Seriously! I was amazed after its done because they did a really great job fixing it! In addition with that they did my glasses free of charge! This place is hilarious and highly recommended! Thanks so much! I had an amazing experience when buying my prescription glasses. Opinder was more than supportive helping me to choose the best and most beautiful frame. She provided an honest opinion, gave me time and space to review my decision and was extremely sweet. Very professional, explained the lens options and answered all my questions. Even though it was almost time to close the store, she didn't rush me in any way, providing a great service. Opinder is excellent, and I got a really good deal with all the discounts, price was way much better than expected and offered in another store.

I purchased my fourth pair of eyeglasses at LensCrafters and I had an excellent service at Sherway Gardens location. The selling associate, Mena was very nice and friendly and provided me with all necessary information to choose my frame and lenses. Amanda, the Registered Optician was very professional, efficient and friendly. Additionally, Amanda was able to adjust my previously purchased glasses, so now I can finally be comfortable wearing them. Thank you for this great experience!

Always great service. They will fit and refit until is is perfect. Honest opinions on how frames look. Not afraid to show you a less expensive one if it suits you better. They have a huge number of really nice frames from designer to economy.

I had a great experience an LensCrafters at Sherway Gardens. The Assistant Manager Joyce was an excellent help very knowledgeable and very thorough. Overall it was a fantastic experience provided by Joyce. I would also totally recommend this store as my experience there has always been excellent.

I by accidentally sat on my glasses lol and the lady was so kind. She bent them back into place and tightened them for free! So friendly, kind and excellent customer service. Kids glasses take a beating and Lenscrafters understands that. Brought my daughters glasses in and the store quickly replaced the nosepads and adjusted the loose arms. Friendly and attentive staff.

I came in the morning and I was able to get my nose pad on my glasses repaired right away! I recommend trying to go in the morning just because it does get busy later in the evening. Lovely workers, great service. Thank you!

I came in simple to get my glasses re aligned after my idiot boyfriend sat on them and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Amanda’s helped us out and she was fantastic. She was welcoming and warm upon our arrival to the shop. She was informative and helpful with my issues. Most importantly she was kind and had the voice of an angel. She truly embodied optimal customer service. Amanda should own the place. 10/10 service and experience.

Absolutely great staff with plenty of training and knowledge. Covid safety precautions are amazing and detailed; temp checks; screening; masks mandatory and lots of social distancing. If you're going here, please wait outside and someone will come connect with you. The staff do not deserve attitude simply because you refuse to read the signs on the door. Will be coming here as my permanent new optometry clinic for all of the reasons listed above. 10/10

I have been a loyal Lenscrafter client at Sherway Gardens for many years, ever since I met Amanda, and subsequently Jee, who ‘have an eye’ for identifying the right frame that best complements your face. Each year as my corrective lenses prescription changes I seek them out for their fashion insight, reliably genuine and honest feedback. And each year they have not disappointed. Their consistent customer relationship skills are unmatched – never scripted and never pretentious. Also, a shout out to Rachel as well for her attentive customer service.

After having an awful time at a different location, my family and I decided to try this one out. Right from the start, Lucy was quick to help my mom and I find the perfect sunglasses and eyeglasses. She was honest and made sure to recommend frames that complimented our face shapes! When we were ready to pick up our frames, Jee-In assisted us and was so patient. She made sure to clean our frames and lenses, and when I noticed a crack on one of my frames, she made sure to order me a new pair which I will be picking up this week! Amazing customer service! Although this location is a little bit further than the one closer to my home, I don't mind driving a few extra minutes because of how friendly and helpful the women at this location are. Phenomenal!:)
