Just went to get my glasses tightened at this location and even though they weren’t brought from LensCrafters, they offered to tighten them for free! The staff there are really helpful and polite. Thanks again Rosalyn!

My experience at the LensCrafters @ Fairview Mall was excellent. The service provided was efficient and helpful. Much information was provided. Both the sales person and the tech were friendly and knowledgeable. I have previously bought glasses from another location and I would not go back as their service did not come close to Fairview. I am extremely satisfied with the service!

Once again, the staff at this Lenscrafters (this time with Lory) was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Pushing an expensive frame wasn't their agenda, what I liked and what I needed was their priority. Of course all of this was after the always great care I got from Dr. Tong!

LensCrafters has changed a lot in the last few years, and not for the better. It used to be a 1 hour service, then a day, now 2 weeks. When your glasses are ready, you get an email. If you were unfortunate enough to order 2 pairs, they don’t even let you know when the second pair comes, and when you call, they are extremely rude on the phone (if they actually answer). As a loyal customer for over 12 years, I won’t be back!

Eqlima helped me find a best looking eye glasses which suits me. She was very polite and helpful. Though I am not that fluent in English, Eqlima patiently listened to me and understood what I say. Thank you so much Eqlima.

Got an eye exam from Dr. Theodore Chow, he was wonderful and professional, but the star af the day was Lori who assisted me with choosing the correct frame. Super friendly and helpful. I can see myself going back

I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this location. I had to return a pair of eyeglasses that hurt my ear, made a grove on my face, and the staff was more preoccupied to lecture me how I need to returned them at a different location. Didn't matter the LensCrafters policies, but more worried about the sale they are missing. Attitude and rudeness to exponent!
I love LensCrafters lenses and I always paid a higher price for the quality, but will not be going back after this experience.
Unfortunately the customer service doesn't meet the standards for the product you are selling.

Do not book here with Dr. Parsons. I wish I could give zero stars. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I booked a visual field test for OACP upon him reading the requirements he automatically tells me I did not meet the standards however I did the same test 3 years ago with the same results and met the standards. Upon explaining it to him he did not listen and decided to just tell me I did not meet standards. Dr. Parsons completely disregarded what I had to say and basically treated me like a child and refused to listen to what I had to say. If they didn’t know how to do the OACP police vision standards test they should have just said so. Complete waste of time as well as possibly costing me to wait another 6 months for a job I could have had next week. This doctor does not know what he is talking about. DO NOT BOOK here.

A student optician Josh adjusted my glasses this afternoon. I was completely amazed by his attention to details, effort to fine tune his adjustment until I was 100% comfortable wearing them. His professionalism and customer service were much appreciated! Great job Josh!

It is always nice to see a friendly and professional staff in Lenscrafter specifically Zohreh who is really helpful and supportive. She always has many ideas and she can give you a pair of glasses that are suitable for you with the best customer service. Thank you very much.

Sales staff were pretty unhelpful and one in particular is quite rude and abrupt - I think the staff here need a few lessons on customer service!
When it came to paying for my husbands glasses I said we were going to use our insurance and the sales lady asked us if we were sure we wanted to use insurance! I was confused and said yes, why wouldn't we, her response was our systems are slow and you'll need to wait. When I asked how long the wait is she said 15 mins and I laughed and told her to proceed with processing our insurance details. It took about 5 minutes longer. Later my husband told me at the start of the payment process she had select not to paying with insurance (without asking us!). So it was clear she was lazy and didn't want to do her job correctly. Shocking service for the prices they charge!

I am in LensCrafters right now, trying to get my glasses repaired under the warranty I purchased last year. I have been told that despite the fact that I didn’t pick them up until the 22 of January 2022, the warranty started from the day I placed the order which was the 5th of January. What if they took a month to make them, do I loose that period of the one year warranty? After discussing the issue with the manager they honoured my warranty. Make sure you are aware of the conditions whenever you buy any product.

The Fairview Mall Lenscrafters location is exceptional! Kash helped me with my eye care needs. He was able to adjust my glasses incredibly well especially since I have a very high prescription. Now I can see perfectly well with my frames. I will be coming back here for all my eye care needs. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

I have never been to this location, but i have been a Lenscrafters customer since 2006. It just happened that my eyeglasses was loose and i was skeptical if they will take me for eyeglasses adjustment, and yet they did. Thankful for the service, friendly and accommodating!

I came today to purchase two pair of glasses, and was assisted by Ms. Zohreh. Ms. Zonreh took such care and expertise in helping me that I can only describe it is perfection! I recommend anyone to come to this store not only for excellent customer service but to ask specifically for her as she made such a lasting impression!

Good: friendly service.great prices, lots of options. Got two pairs of glasses with transition lenses delivered in less than a week.

Bad: The checkout process took around 30 min. Only one person can sit at that time. They all have iPads, but only one Credit Card machine.

Went in to the store in the morning and Lory adjusted my glasses, and was very helpful. My glasses feel great now

I have visited LensCrafters at Fairview Mall for the first time and Carol Yuan, a lovely woman welcomed us with professionalism and open heart. She helped adjust my eyeglasses and provided help with buying a new one.

I came in with an issue with my frames, and Brittney was kind to help resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend anyone to come to this location!

I received a pair of glasses from Lenscrafters which I paid for with my own money ~$550 (I currently do not have insurance), which in all honesty is a lot of money to me. I ordered a Armani Exchange half frame pair of glasses. I wore them in the store and they seemed fine so I thanked David who helped me and left the store.

When I got home, I noticed that one lens was popping out of the lens and that both lenses were not really seated properly.

So I went back to the store and was helped by Zohreh and Khashayar. Khashayer asked what the issue was and I told him that the lenses were not seated properly. He told me that he would take a look. We sat down and he tried to adjust it with his hands which did not work. He said he would need to take a look at it and took them to the back. Still they could not be fixed. He then said that Zohreh would help me.

She looked at it and noticed that something was wrong with them. So she asked some questions and offered a new frame after checking that they had it in stock. So she took the glasses and installed the lenses from my old pair to the new pair. When I got them back, the lenses were fitted very well! I was happy and again went home.

However this time, I noticed a small nick on the front of the frame. I called Lenscrafters to let them know and they told me to come back to get it fixed again. I went back to the store in the new years and again they offered to correct it by offering a new frame. However they didn't have any in stock so they ordered a new pair and told me that they would call me when the new pair arrives.

So I am awaiting the call, but I am impressed that they are able to offer new frames until the customer is satisified.

Needed a nosepad put back on my glasses. Got to the store and was in/out in 5 minutes with the nosepad replaced and all other screws checked/tightened. Great service.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had shopping for my glasses! The team at LensCrafters Fairview we’re very compliant with COVID restrictions which made my shopping experience safe and worry free. On top of that everyone there, especially Josephine and Sheryl were super considerate and were there every step of the way to make sure I was 100% happy with my selection. Overall, this is definitely the go to place to get your glasses and I will definitely be coming back!

Staff shortage going on for so long and they doesn’t seem want to resolve, every time has to wait for 30 minutes, not a pleasant experience

We can't say enough about our experience here. It's my wife's first time getting glasses and she was worried, stressed just wanted to put it off! The staff, Khshayar was incredibly helpful when she was making her choice. We didn't feel rushed at all and in the end we not only got a fantastic product, but also great service. He did direct billing for my wife's insurance and took the time to figure out how much my coverage is and readjusted and cleaned my glasses! I'm booking a doctors appointment today and I will definitely go back again

I tried for the first time 3 yrs ago to get prescription sunglasses and I'm sorry it was so poorly done. They tried to fix it 3 times I even went back to my doctors get a lower prescription because it felt too strong but nothing was working. I put the glasses on and the floor looked higher than it was and was moving like waves. I tried driving with it to see if I had to get used to it but NOPE very dangerous if I had left it on. $300 later and its still sitting on my dresser and I can't wear them. I tried to contact the company to see if there was anything they could do and they wouldn't refund my money. I had it for a year unworn and getting close to the expiry of the warranty but Covid hit and everything closed. Now I'm stuck having lost $300 that I will never get back. They have great customer service the ladies there where really helpful but I won't ever buy from Lens Crafters again. First and last. 3 yrs later and I found a place that has made my glasses and prescription sunglasses that was money well spent. I still would like my money back.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Khasher (I'm not sure how to spell his name) help me fix my old glasses and was very informative and helpful when I bought my new ones.

I was recently prescribed glasses for my astigmatism. I don't have any experience but Zohreh was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding.
She helped me from start to finish. I'm very glad I picked that location and recieved such an excellent service.

Tried on at least 30 frames and not once did someone come to help. There was 2 people working in the store and one other customer. Walked out due to the poor service and took my business elsewhere. I will never shop here or buy anything from here. Selection of designer frames was not that great either— very basic frames and ridiculous prices with no customer service.

Clean, professional, and friendly are the first three words that come to my mind thinking about my experience at this LensCrafters. David and another associate whose name I unfortunately did not catch were patient and helpful in helping me find the ideal pair of glasses for my very high prescription! Both of my parents have also gotten their newest glasses here at this location and also would highly recommend.

Im giving one star because it’s not possible to give zero stars.the staff was incredibly rude.they completely disregarded and ignored us and there was no other customers in the store.the only time a staff member talked to us was when we were entering the store and even then they talked to us like we were children.this was definitely not a pleasant experience at all.when your willing to pay hundreds of dollars for glasses, you do not want to be treated like how the workers at this LensCrafters treated us.

I had such a great experience here! Azam and Josephine are fantastic! They were very patient and took the time to show me multiple frames based on my preferences. They are very knowledgeable about lenses and frame brands/types which helped me narrow down my choices. I felt they went above and beyond which was very appreciated. Thank you both for a positive experience and I will be coming back to this location in the future!

I got fitted for my glasses by Sheryl. The process was fast and easy despite the recent reopening from covid lockdown. This branch had already restocked the only frames that suited me and were previously out of stock. I am very happy to have a pretty new pair glasses after wearing the same ones for fifteen years! I had an appointment for an eye exam today. It was my very first time and I had an appointment with Dr. Parsons. It was very quick and I didn't really have to wait. Dr. Parsons is very nice and friendly. My experience here was extremely well and I recommend getting your eye exams here!

Yesterday I went to LensCrafters to get my glasses fixed and i was very satisfied by the way that an employee called David helped me out.

The Staff was impatient and the waiting period is very long. No one approached me for 15 minutes and they were rude to answer the questions.

I enjoyed browsing frames and purchasing multiple pairs of glasses at this location. The new renovated store has a large variety and the sales associates, Zohreh, was VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank You Lenscrafters!

Terrible experience would NOT RECOMMEND! First of all they do not pick up the phone AT ALL. Secondly, after going there and waiting in a line to get into the store for 40 minutes and ordering glasses they do my BILL WRONG. I didn’t notice until I got home and tried to call them the following days. I called over 20 times and NO RESPONSE. My mom made the hour trip back to the store as I was working and they were extremely rude to her, I was listening on the line and the ladies were so disrespectful.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. They asked me if I want to pick them up when they’re both ready or if they should call/ email me for each one. I said I live an hour away and to PLEASE only call and/or email when they’re both ready. I get an email a few weeks later to go pick them up. I try to call them to make sure they have both pairs but OF COURSE THEY DON’T PICK UP. I get there and wait in line only for them to tell me to come back 30 minutes later. This happens THREE MORE TIMES! Each time I came back they would make me wait in line again just to tell me to come back!

When I finally get in the store they tell me they only have my prescription glasses and not the sunglasses. At this point I am extremely upset. They promise me they will call me when the next pair comes. A MONTH GOES BY AND THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY JUST TO TELL ME THEY LOST MY SUNGLASSES! They shipped them to the states by mistake!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AND THE HORRIBLE WORKERS!

Was told glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. 15 days later still nothing. Tried to call store 4 different times on different days to follow up. No one has ever picked up the phone. It just drops the call after 4 minutes of ringing. Need to go in person and wait in line just to ask a question about when glasses will be ready. They have no reliable tracking method to know where the glasses are in the process.

Great shopping experience at Fairview Lens Crafters. Excellent customer service and selection for the whole family. Sheryl and Josephine were very helpful. Would ask for them to help me again in the future.

Rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

We got our prescription glasses at another Lenscrafters branch and everyone there was very kind and accommodating. This branch, however, was the opposite. JOSEPHINE made us feel UNWELCOMED and was in a hurry to get us out of there.

While we were at this branch, we felt very uncomfortable with Josephine's presence. Yes, she asked us if everything was okay, probably because she just wanted to get the glasses from us so she can clean it up and put it back on the shelf.

We felt belittled most especially when she learned that we were using our insurance for prescription sunglasses. We asked her if we can get cheaper prescription lens and she mentioned something about us putting their opticians' license at risk. I mean why would she even say that? She also told us that their system (insurance claim) was not working. I clarified if it's the same with other branches and she said YES.

We tried to justify her actions but there's just no excuse because she treated us like we have no money. We felt so awful when we got out of this store. I immediately called 2 Lenscrafters branches and confirmed if they can accept our insurance and they were more than eager to welcome us there!

Btw, we went to Scarborough branch and the treatment that we received was different. They were so polite and patient. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond for us. We bought 3 sunglasses and paid additional $400 on top of our insurance claims.

I switched to a different eye doctor and glasses provider due to proximity. What a mistake. I have always loved Lenscrafters. The care and effort made by the opticians has always been second to none and I can't recommend my optometrist - Dr. Peter Tong - enough. I will stick to what is better instead of what is closer.

My wife was in the market for new eyeglasses after an eye checkup with Dr. Tong. Very convenient to have the doctor's office and store together in one location. Newly renovated, clean and bright. We received top notch service on both the eye checkup and shopping experience. Thank you to Kevin and Josephine respectively!

Horrible customer service provided.was given attitude straight off the bat when I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Lost a paying customer, and will definitely tell all my friends and family to not come here or purchase from LensCrafters. Be better.

Made me wait in line for 10min only to tell me browsing their frame collection is not permitted. If you would like to enter the store there is a MANDATORY purchase of frames and lenses required. Discriminatory store policy, lost my business for life.

What happened today (July 2/21,17: 00 fitting appointment) ? My spouse returned from this store in Fairview Mall upset and angry. She feels that she was given a very cursory fitting with her new glasses. It was a rushed affair. The agent didn’t bother having my spouse look at a full-face mirror to see whether or not the glasses fit. No effort was made to use the heating pads to remould the frame’s arms to my spouses’ ears. LensCrafters took her money, and then LC ushered her out the door. What upsets me is that I have received good service from this store. LensCrafters, what has changed?

Dr. Shabo was fantastic with my eye exam. She was thorough and took the time to explain my options. My experiences purchasing glasses with Zoreh and her amazing team was great. They took every precaution to keep me safe as I tried to find the perfect pair of glasses. They were knowledgeable and patient while willingly offering recommendations. Would def recommend. Now, if only we can put a rush on my new glasses!:)

I have been a customer with LensCrafters since 2013 at the Fairview mall location. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Zohreh is an amazing person her smile keeps me returning back to your location, she is very helpful and gives very good advise.
