When i bought the glasses I asked for the receipt by email. When i want to return it, they refused to refund unless I show them my paper receipt. If the email receipt cannot be used as proof of payment, what’s the meaning of the email receipt? This rule is so ridiculous

Went to LensCrafters Yorkdale for my annual eye exam, and to purchase prescription sunglasses frame & lenses.

Eye exam: Wait time was reasonable. Different equipment for different stages of the exam. Staff are knowledgeable and good at explaining their findings.

Glasses: A variety of frame options available. My salesperson (Ale) was particularly good at explaining the different type of lens options, market trends, and pricing. An order was made the same day.

Overall great customer service. They were able to put in an insurance claim on my behalf. Looking forward to receiving my sunglasses in the next week or so!

Noelia and Fataneh were very very helpful and comfortable to talk too. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a while and personally felt like they deserve the upmost respect for their hard work. Very knowledgeable when it’s comes to glasses and the best part was that they were patient with me as I am indecisive. I’m really happy with the glasses I purchased and can’t wait to receive them:)

Today must have made it the fourth time (IN A ROW) the optometrist was late for my appointment. 10 minutes late is understandable.but 30 minutes late? !? !? ! It keeps happening again and again. Please do better.

I bought a Fendy sun glasses at Fendi store but its too loose for me so i went to lens crafters yorkdale for adjustment. Fataneh Azari is the one who help me and did the best she can for the adjustment i want. Thank you so much for your help a very good service. Highly recomended.

LensCrafters- A store that rejects their own gift card.
Don’t go to their Yorkdale branch especially. The staff have no clue about how to resolve issues with their own store’s gift card, lack of experience. I felt helpless because the staff have no clue how to resolve the issue. I was told it was a problem with the card, not their computer.

Abe was amazing! He fixed my glasses that were lopsided and digging in to my face. Noelia was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Waiting for assistance in this location is like waiting for rain in a drought. This is my 4th visit in 2 weeks and I'm told to return in 1 hour or I'm sat down to wait up to an hour. All in the while multiple customers who've come after us are attended to. I've been a customer of lens Crafters for as long as I can remember and I've never been so dissatisfied with any of their locations until I started coming to this one at Yorkdale Mall.

I am a frequent LensCrafters customer and I had to come in with a pair from somewhere else because a screw broke. Rajesh fixed it for me and he is so awesome! The folks here in general were super helpful.

The sales here tell me you don’t get the same discount in the store for what you see in their online shop. Online is 50% off, in-stone is full price, same frame, funny? This is how they do. And they refuse to explain the price difference to me. Break the consumer law? I don’t know. Wouldn’t step in again.

I went into the LensCrafters at the Yorkdale Shopping Mall and wasn’t sure they’d help me with the tightening of my sunglasses but Noelli did without hesitation. If I ever need a pair of eyeglasses, I’ll definitely be back.

I took an older pair of sunglasses to LenseCrafters missing a screw. They promptly repaired, cleaned and gave me a new glasses case free of charge!

Visited the Yorkdale location to exchange my new glasses on the 30 day guarantee. The previous location I dealt with were great but when I returned they told me I could visit any LensCrafters location. Yorkdale was great and the associates were knowledgeable and helpful in finding an appropriate size frame for my face and prescription. Nav was great to deal with, sincere, efficient and helpful. The store was extremely busy and she acknowledged all the customers and followed up with us as we waited. Excellent service!

I came in got attended right away and had my glasses fixed after going to so many other places. They get the work done.

So helpful and accommodating! I work nearby and the lens for one of my glasses popped out randomly! So I stopped by and asked if they could have a look at it and they not only fixed my lens but also adjusted my nose frame for free!

The worst place ever, my glasses came broken, and they try to convince me, they broke because the case was to small. Really! The worst part, they didn't even said sorry. What a bad jod, and arrogant manager. Shame on you.

I have been coming here since 2015 and even now during the pandemic, making an appointment was a breeze. Mrs. Singh was a miracle worker. She helped fix my glasses even with this Covid situation. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 in problem solving.

I have always gone to LensCrafters Yorkdale for my prescription glasses. This year I thought to try Warby Parker. The experience was not what I have always received at LensCrafters. I left and called LensCrafters to make my appointment for new glasses.

I just left from ordering my new glasses at LensCrafters Yorkdale. The staff was super friendly, helpful to suggest new styles to try and were happy to provide their feedback on the styles I had picked.

The glasses are more expensive but the experience is 100% better. Covid measures and protocols are all in place.

You must be so desperate to go to this place for your glasses. Customer service is so low that does not deserve 1 cent of your hard earned cast. Bottom line is they don't care about you and they shouldn't care about them either.

I expected good quality service what I paid for my new frame and lens. Unfortunately I got new frame with scratch so they need to changed new one. And I was complaining my lens have scratches but employees said they cannot see the scratches. How come my daughter and I see scratches? Whom I need to talk regarding my issue on the lenses?

I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Peter Gautier in the optometry office - and Nancy in the store to help you pick the perfect pair of glasses. Both of them and all the other staff I encountered are friendly and provide terrific customer service. CAA members get a discount of up to 50% off lenses! That saving alone will pay for your annual membership fee. The available brands and styles seem limitless. This location is clean, modern, and professional. I can't wait to shop here again.

The support I received was timely and my issue was addressed with only a single interaction! I entered the store quite clueless about my purchase however, Tal approached me very warmly and provided exceptional service! I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Like all Lenscrafters locations, they have giant signs all over that say Eye Exams- Walk ins Welcome! Well, that's a giant lie! I was told that even though it was an emergency, I'd have to make an appointment 2 weeks away. Take the damn signs down, you liars!

Worst service ever. Asked me if I know what I want and I said that's why Im here to find a frame and order glasses. She went to tell her manager to see if they should allow me in or not. Don't know what they expect, people to come to the store with item number and credit card ready to pay and go. That's what online ordering is. There is a reason for stores.

The assistant store manager Tal was very rude to my family. She totally neglectected us on the door and when we went on side she asked my wife to stay either in the store or outside as baby was crying. I was ready to buy a cartier sunglasses that's why I came for this store in particular but I am not going to spend a dime in this store.

They often ignore customers. Poor management. The last time I waited for more than 3 months for the replacement of my glasses. Now, I again bought another prescription glasses and it's already been more than a month.my glasses are not in yet. I called so many time but no answer. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
