Came to this location for the very first time on July 24 the sale they have were the lenses were 50% off, The service was excellent, everyone there is so friendly. Anum helped me out with the glasses, she is so kind, cool to talk to and that girl knows her stuff there! Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family! Very happy with my purchase. I had problems with the nose pads on my glasses & legs on my frames I went there 3 times to get my glasses adjusted/nose pads changed, they did an AMAZING job at fixing the solution now I can wear them the entire day with zero pain/zero discomfort so thanks alot to everyone there, really appreciate it. Can't wait to go back and get a second pair

Aaron was extremely helpful in adjusting my current sunglasses as well as helping me finding a new pair. The other young lady was also very knowledgeable and helpful but I didn’t catch her name. Either way I highly recommend this place

Update- 1 star for the service. I asked the old guy who works there to just look at my glasses and tight them up a little bit. He just ignored me and told me to wait for 45 mins because he is busy. I have paid nearly $700 for my glasses and this the service i am getting.

My husband had a great and super helpful experience with Maria and so I went to Maria for my glasses. I was lucky as the store was not busy and had lots of attention and help in picking the right pair. She answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with my purchase.

Sher at Bramalea City Centre location was extremely helpful in advising me as to which lenses were a good fit, I was really confused beforehand which to choose and why, but Sher took the time to patiently explain and show me which lenses were appropriate for my face. He also helped me choose sunglasses as well. Sher's diligence and commitment to customer service is commendable.

Anum was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. Anum showed me the available frames and gave me time to select the ones I wanted. Then once selected we sat down for the measuring stage. She gave me the sale price. But then she found a better deal on one of the two pairs I wanted which saved me even more $$$.

If i could give them no rating i would. Horrible customer service! The ladies that work there need to get re-trained on basic customer service and how to respectfully to speak to their customers. Witnessed them yelling at elderly people and especially ones who can’t speak English.
Please avoid going here if you can!

Sher is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I tried to go elsewhere due to convenience but ended up coming back to Sher because he has an ability to guide and inform me in order for me to be comfortable with my purchase.

The LensCrafters location at the Bramalea City Centre is the best LensCrafters location in Ontario. I always get the same salesperson every single time, and his name is Sherali. He is one of the licensed opticians that works at this location, and he is always excellent. He is always very friendly, lets me take my time to choose 5 frames that I think suite me the best, and once I am done with that, he sits me down, sanitizes the pair of glasses that I believe are the best one out of the five pairs that I chose, and he walks me through the process of buying my frames with my prescription lenses. He always make sure that my contact information is still current, and if it is not, he gives me a moment to update that information with him on his tablet. He also walks me through the setup of my prescription lenses, and he already knows the options that I opt into, and the options that I opt-out of. For example, I opt in for the anti glare coat on my prescription lenses, but I always decline the blue light filter on my glasses, and the 1 year protection warranty for my new glasses. He always makes sure that the fitting of my glasses is perfect by taking a picture of me wearing my glasses, so he can get the digital measurements accurately using AccuFit. It was also very convienient that since my prescription renews right around this time every 2 years, I was able to cash in on the 50% off Lenses promotion. I was very happy about this LensCrafter's promotion because although I am a contact lenses wearer, I still spend over $500 on a pair of glasses, so I was able to save about almost $190.00, which is quite an amazing discount. My mother and I always had Sherali for 4 years at LensCrafters, and he always exceeds our expectations. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know, whether its family or friends. High Quality frames and lenses at very reasonable prices. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I will always rate my experience 10/10, and never anything less than that. Always impressed:)

I have been coming to Lens Crafters Bramalea City Centre for 15 plus years. The only optician I will work with is Sher (Sherali). Sher has never steered me wrong in my glasses, he know how to pick the right ones out for me. He always takes into consideration my heavy prescription and knows exactly what frames will work and which ones won't. Over the years of dealing with Sher he also knows that I like the arms of the frames to be more straight, and therefore they have to be flexible when heated. These may be minor things to some people, to me this means everything. I can not say enough about Sher. I highly recommend when you are looking for a pair of glasses (daily, readers, sunglasses) Sher is the optician you want to deal with.

This location is a five star. I have been coming here for the past 15 years and they are all about customer service. Make sure you ask for Sher, he is the Optician there and I do not deal with anyone but him. I followed him from a previous location and his service is far above anyone I have ever dealt with. Sher is pleasant, service oriented and will make sure the frames you pick are suited to your features. Sher makes great suggestions and has never steered me wrong. He will answer any questions you have and does not rush you, he really cares about what he does.
