The optometrist was incredibly thorough and much even more so then the last place I had my eyes checked. They were able to accommodate me with a quick of day booking. The staff at Lenscrafters Massonville were fantastic and helped fill my prescription with new frames very quickly. Would definitely recommend Lenscrafters.

Horrible experience. Ordered glasses for son and they would not release them to a parent. Never had this harassment before when using vogue optical.

I had broken a pair of designer sunglasses and was worried they could not be fixed. I had them taken to the mall in search of someone to fix them. We were able to speak to Gayle at Lens Crafters who let us know the glasses may not be fixable. However, she said she would try and would try for free. Gayle not only fixed my broken glasses, but she did it without charge and got them back to me within 10 minutes. She was absolutely wonderful and took the utmost precaution when fixing my glasses. I recommended her for any eye glass servicing. Thank you Gayle for your wonderful customer service!

They have a great selection of frames here! They were kind enough to replace the nose pads on glasses for free. Great service!

My wife had a problem with deteriorating coating on her lenses. The associates at the Masonville location were fantastic, getting them replaced quickly and without hassle.

I came to Lens Crafters with my glasses that I had bought elsewhere, in hopes they could repair them for me (one of my arms had fallen off). I was helped right away and they repaired my glasses in less than 5 minutes. Not only that but both of my nose pads had also fallen off, and they replaced those as well without me even asking. All repairs were free of cost, would highly recommend this Lens Crafters, their customer service was fantastic!

My mother broke her glasses while visiting from out of province and they fixed them for free. I'll keep them in mind when I need a new pair.

I met a wonderful team of people at the Masonville Mall location (London, Ontario) on Saturday, May 22nd. Lidia helped me out when I shopped for new glasses (prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses). She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

My only criticism is that, as someone with absolutely NO medical coverage, I would appreciate pricing that is more affordable. I was lucky enough to visit the store on a day when lenses were 50% off, but Lidia mentioned that such a sale was a rarity. With inflation at 6.8% (as of May 2022), I'd like to think that corrective lenses, a necessity for someone like me, is more affordable when it's not medically covered. This is a time for LensCrafters to shine as an affordable option. In some ways, it was: LensCrafters' frames were much more affordable that most of the frames in the store, and as previously mentioned, all lenses were 50% off.

Very disappointed with the service. They required a mask but then told me that they ran out of them after they said the store closed in 15 minutes.

Every time I been here I been met by kind and friendly staff. My experience has always been welcoming and helpful. I would recommend to come here specially if is your first time getting glasses.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Vogue Optical. I had a poor experience. When I picked up my glasses from Vogue Optical, the person helping me told me my glasses looked great and they did not need to be adjusted, even though I insisted they did. I left the store with my new glasses, went to LensCrafters, and explained the situation. Jackie, the optician at LensCrafters spent 10 minutes with me making sure my glasses were adjusted to my liking even though she was extremely busy. LensCrafters > Vogue Optical. THANKS JACKIE.

I had a great experience with the staff at LensCrafters. The Licensed optician assisting me with purchasing new sunglasses was very knowledgeable and friendly in addition to the professionalism displayed during my walk- in appointment.

Excellent service, I requested the placement of a screw in the frame of the lens of my glasses and they solved it right away, I really appreciate it and recommend the store!

My husband took my glasses to LensCrafters in Masonville Place to have nose pads replaced. I did not originally purchase my glasses there, however the Store Market Manager-Marissa, not only fixed the issue, she fixed it for free and also tightened my glasses for me as well.
When I need new glasses I will definitely be returning to LensCrafters.

I have never purchased a pair of glasses from here, but I have gone to get previously purchased glasses (bought from a store out of town) adjusted here with such great customer service. Today I went to see if they could re attach my sunglasses arm to the lenses and they fixed them no charge in less than 5 minutes. The staff here are super nice and helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend going here when you need a new pair of glasses!

Staff are very close at hand for any questions. They are very knowledgeable and precise in their measurements. I found there was a great selection of glasses to choose from, which I did find a perfect pair. I will definitely be a return customer.

Disappointed after purchasing Rayban sunglasses ….
We purchased rayban sunglasses last year in September from lens and craft. Actually this was the very first rayban sunglasses we brought and so we were very excited… even though it costed almost $500 we were still happy since we believed that rayban is good brand and we don’t need to worry a minimum of 2 years about any damages… last few days we noticed the lens is coming out from both frames and we put it back thinking that is ok until we finally lost one whole lens and no idea where it went…. We went to lens and craft with hope thinking that they will figure out something soothing for us, but we waited and talked with different persons telling that they cannot do anything…they were also asking whether we have a protection plan! We didn’t heard it at the time when we did they purchased that doesn’t make any sense to us…. And if we were told we would definitely take it right away…it was heartbreaking that it wasn’t even a year that we brought the glasses and they told that the store manager will call the next morning… we had to call them back later in the afternoon since we didn’t received the call back … we do respect and do understand that they are busy and so as we …. Finally we did got the call and told us to file a case in a digital email as a solution and now that way they did their part … what to tell friends we still have the rayban sunglasses without one lens and all our frustrations safe with us… because first we believed in the rayban brand and ultimately we lost the lens because of the faulty frame… honestly who to blame the rayban or the lens and craft where we buy the glasses… in a nutshell $500 is gone and we are going to file case in the email given and will update the results as well…. We thought this will be helpful for those who check reviews just to be aware that this could happen to anyone …. We also know the duplicate rayban glasses are available in the market too… we strongly believe this shop wouldn’t sell duplicate rayban sunglasses with all their reputations, but what happened to us was like what would happen with a duplicate rayban glass….

If you have to call be patient, they are busy excelling at customer service and may not be able to get to your call right away, but when they can assist they do so with a polite and professional manner. Friendly staff, looking forward to my next pair of specs:)

Very friendly staff who are doing a great job having to deal with Covid restrictions. I broke my previous eye glasses and was in store getting a new prescription filled, which was able to be done in only 2 hours. I will defiantly be going back!

I typically don't post reviews, but I feel this location deserves it. I come from out of town to this location and have for years. With the recent events everything is different, with that being said ALL associates in this store were extremely helpful and accommodating. Between three staff members looking after the entire store it was handled very well with little wait times. Even though this is a large chain company this location always treats you with the small town feel and personality. I have been going here for 15 years and will continue. Keep up the great work!

Very rude and unprofessional staff at Masonville place. They don’t give full information when you’re buying warranties and when you are back they totally ignore you and don’t accept that their fault. Multiple times I had to deal with rude workers who had absolutely no patience.

Hi! I'm very excited to wear these new glasses. They told me I will have them in 2 weeks, and so it went with the appointment to pick them up. I also had prescription glasses for when I reed and they are awesome, as well!
