Our experience as usual was fantastic! Ale always knows how to take care of us every time we come in. He’s very honest and very knowledgeable. Super polite and great at what he does. Any time you go to LensCrafters go to Ale. He’s the best!

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters in Upper Canada Mall. Working with Rav was a pleasure; his attention to detail and passion for eyewear and assisting customers truly stood out.

My daughter’s nose pad broke off her glasses. I went in and even though the lab was closed the lady fixed up my daughter’s glasses. Awesome customer service!

I walked in to adjust my glasses and found Ale really helpful! He carefully inspected my daughters glasses and fixed them.

I went in to have an adjustment done on a pair of glasses that I bought oversees and they were welcoming and did the adjustment for me. Shohreh was very helpful. She made sure the adjustment was a good fit on my face and she did an extra tune up!

Got my glasses adjusted here, hustle free! Shohreh helped me very quickly, within 5 minutes, everything was done. Great service!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I walked in with bent glasses that I had just purchased a few months ago and Ale was able to help me right away and fixed them within minutes! That staff was great. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.

We had a terrible experience at this location, one of the team leads asked if we needed any help. And when we asked our questions she scoffed at us and was very rude. We asked if LensCrafters had services to measure pd because we are asked that online in LensCrafters. She then rudely told us that LensCrafters online is not the LensCrafters in store and did not help us. We then went elsewhere for our business and found more professional service in upper Canada mall. Take your business and eye care elsewhere.

Very clean store, excellent section of frames, offered me a larger area in my trifocals for reading the computer compared to other opticians that I have visited. This is now my goto optical store.

I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service is impeccable. I always leave with frames that l wanted and at a great price. The reps always come back and check as you’re wandering so you’re never abandoned. Shohreh is fantastic at pulling a frame that you’ll love and I feel comfortable confiding in her what I like, what I don’t, and my price range. Absolutely recommend.

I broke my glasses and brought them in for repair - not only did they help me right away, it was done for absolutely nothing. I am very impressed with this level of customer service and I will certainly return to this location for my next purchase. Thank you!

Love these guys here. Always fix up my glasses just right and very delicate. They also help me pick the perfect pairs because I can't see how I look and they got the same flavor and taste as I do! Thanks guys will be back!

This was my first prescription eyewear purchase from LensCrafters. The service for selecting and trying on the glasses was courteous without being intrusive, and the measurements for the order were equally efficient and pleasant. Overall it was a very good experience. I will be returning and would definitely recommend them.

Had a very good experience at Lens Crafters, Upper Cda Mall. Ali, who served me was most professional. He clearly knows his business well, and understands what customer service is about. He got me fitted up with a great pair of frames, had them ready very quickly as I was in real need of them. I was very pleased, and came back for a second pair at a very good promotional price. Very nice to actually get good service these days.

I went into Lenscrafters to give my wife feedback on the new glasses she planned to buy.and I walked out with an order for a new pair of my own. That's unusual. Why? Quite simply - I was comfortable, well informed and not pressured at all thanks to Rav. I've been living off throwaway reading glasses for a while; Rav invited me to try something with my prescription - no pressure - just so I had a comparison.
