I just picked up my new pair of glasses and I'm really enjoy them. Debra did a great job adjusting my frame fit and made sure that my vision was perfect.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This lens crafters location and customer service is completely disgusting! My daugther is apart of the one sight program where they pay for glasses for children. We came here on Sat Nov 25 for eye exam, then a customer service associate attended to us and told us to pick a frame we liked. We did that then waited in line for someone to cash us out. After waiting over 30 mins the manager then approached us and told us that cause we weren't paying customers and getting glasses from the one sight program that we could not be served because thier paying customers were more important and that we would have to come back another time. What kind of disgusting attitude is that? Where is the customer service in this place! My daugther was in tears cause she couldn't get her glasses! How disgusting the attitude of this store is when they are still getting paid by the one sight organization to serve us. DISGUSTING AND SHAME ON YOU LENS CRAFTERS FOR PUTTING CUSTOMERS OUT LIKE YOU DID! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL AND THE MANAGER (WHITE WOMEN WITH SHORT BLONDE HAIR) IS VERY INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE AND RACIST! I HIPE YOU HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE! FOR PUTTING PPL DOWN LIKE THAT WAT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

Great service I received at STC location. Good collection of frames. I was told lenses were fit at Atlanta, GA lab and shipped extremely fast. End up buying RayBan sunglasses with my regular-use pair. Asst Mgr Ms Aida was knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, made me comfortable, and is up to date with fashionable frames & lens technology. All Staff treated me well and final fit-on was on time. This place has good prices and I had my 2-pairs for 50% off (frames & lenses) during holiday promotions. I have been with LensCrafters US & Canada for 3-decades and STC location is one of the best! I would recommend STC Location for professional service for your eye ware needs - great customer service!

Very nice staff all around! Were fast, easy, and kind! Super happy I chose to come here for my exam and new glasses, other places might be cheaper but the customer service here is wayyy better and worth the extra bit of money to be treated like a human ️ the doctor I had and the people who helped me find my new pair of glasses were super nice and able to answer any question I had and the receptionists were very nice too! Definitely recommend coming here for exams and glasses.

Update: Went back to get my lenses changed but the customer service was subpar. I wish that the person helping me was more attentive and explained things further. I was also interested in getting safety glasses but once again didn’t get much explanation about the different kinds. I went to Pearle Vision instead and they were able to explain things so much better and were much more helpful.

Ms Mojdeh is so kind and professional. We really had a great experience with her in LensCrafters.

Assembly quality of their optical lenses are worst I’ve ever seen. They may leave permanent scratches on your new lenses or frame, carefully check them before delivery if you already made an order here.

We came in to have our frames tightened and Sanober was very helpful and fixed them straight away. We appreciate the friendly and prompt service!

This is for Aida Babapour, Associated of Scarborough Town center, I went to her couple of times to fixed up my new progressive glass. There was some problem regarding measurement and power adjustment. Her service was very passionate and very take carrying attitude. Vert appreciable. I wish her success in every aspect.

The elderly blonde Persian woman in front was rude to us because we looked young, brown, and were wearing sports clothes. She eyes and spoke to us and named prices as if we can’t afford it. We did ended up buying 4 pairs of glasses totalling 4K but she ended up looking at us bitterly so we were glad it’s the younger man who assisted us with our purchases. It was so uncomfortable and I feel so bad for others like us who were just browsing and have to feel so judged by her.
