The service was amazing and the selection was great too! They had lots of selection for petite frames.

From the moment I walked into your store, I was met by a smiling sales person and was shown the various types of frames available. I suggested to her that I would like to stick with the same fame manufacturer because a wrap around arm cause's me issues. She actually found the same frames I currently have and promptly got me set up with the fitting. The point that I found most interesting in the whole purchasing experience was that your people made it clear that my satisfaction and happiness with the product and service was all they wanted to supply. I must admit it was a great experience and I will make sure to recommend your store to my friends.

I visited the location at Erin Town Centre to replace the nose padding as one of my broke off before Christmas. Wonderful, prompt service. I was pleasently greeted immediately once I had walked in and was in a range to be heard. I do need to get new frames in the New Year and I will be considering this location for it's services.

My glasses needed to be repaired and im so grateful to have met Gurman at this location. Amazing customer service, he was helpful and understanding of my situation. Cannot recommend this location enough!

My first time with LensCrafters was a really good experience. I was able to find a glasses that I really like. The doctor was very knowledgeable during the eye exam. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking to get their eyes tested and to find new glasses

I got the glasses online and they were a bit loose. Went in person asked them to adjust it, and the staff was super sweet! Adjusted it right away. Gurman was the gentleman that served me and made my experience a smooth one!

Chona is the best! She is very efficient, welcoming and very helpful.
This is the reason we only go to this branch and only deal with her for over 12 years now. The rest of the staff are also very friendly but Chona is our number one go to person.

I spent over $1000 on a pair of glasses here and they got my size completely wrong. I have to come every week to LensCrafters to get my glasses tightened so I can wear them. It is very inconvenient and problematic. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else for your optometry needs.

Absolutely one of my best customer service experiences I walked in and was instantly greeted by Ashish who helped me out with the repair of my sunglasses with no issues or questions he took care of the repair quick and was kind and caring through the whole interaction couldn’t be more pleased with the impeccable service from this location and Ashish specifically. Bought dad glasses from LensCrafters Kelowna 2.5 years ago. Last week he dropped them and knocked a lens out. Trish at Erin Mills LensCrafters arranged to have the lens reinstalled and it didn’t cost anything. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back

After $400+ and waiting 2 weeks to receive my glasses, I found that the lenses are of very poor quality compared to my experience with another small shop I used in the past. Don't be fooled by the big name choose a store that use high quality materials in their lenses instead. Shame on you LensCrafters.

With my recent visit at this location, I was very pleased by the service Arsel was able to provide. He was very thorough in explaining to me the options on the various selections of sunglasses the store had. He was very informative on the types of add-ons that were available with the shades I was interested in buying. He provided me with sound opinions on which sunnies suited me best and was very honest in his choices. Overall a lovely young lad that obviously takes pride in his work and his customers!

I was looking for a a pair of prescription glasses and Sunglasses. The whole staff was very friendly. They helped me in a very professional manner. I was not able to find anything at my own but I really thankful for the staff that they took time for me and helped me to choose the perfect pairs for me. The sales clerk repaired two pair of burbury glasses at $600 a pair. She didn't charge us for the repair and she was quite pleasant, hoping up the mirror for me. The next time I need new glasses, I certainly will go to Lens Crafters

Was helped by Ripan today. It was the first time my mom was picking out glasses for herself and it was all new. She was very nervous because it was new change. But Ripan helped by making the transition to glasses so much easier, with stress free. The service was amazing!
