Nikku was really patient and took me through all the choices I have and helped a lot in making a satisfactory choice without hurrying. Lots of great choice and very friendly staff. I recommend taking a look at lensecrafters website make some choices before you visit, otherwise you will end up with so many choices and get yourself confuse and feel like you missed the other frame lol.

I've been shopping at this Lenscrafters for a few years now and the service is always great. I've had very good experiences with both Nick and Nikku and they always help me get into a new pair of glasses, sunglasses, or safety glasses. As a lifelong glasses wearer, they made the process painless every time.

While I think Lenscrafters the company needs to make it as cost effective to buy just lenses for existing frames that are perfectly good rather than a whole new pair of frame+lenses, this crew always lets me air my complaints for a minute before continuing to give great customer service.

Yes, the prescription glasses are expensive but if you have to spend that kind of money, spend here. The quality of frames and lenses is awesome and staff at the Conestoga mall location is super helpful. Several staff members helped me in my two visits and professionally answered all my concerns and guided me to get the best glasses so far.

I had a nose piece break, I entered the store and they were very busy. A wonderful associate instantly came to my rescue. I cannot say enough about the great people and service I received. I will 100% be back for my next pair of glasses.

I have a pretty strong prescription so buying glasses can be a tiresome and frustrating experience. After having gone here for my last 3 or 4 pairs, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Forgot her name, Japanese eye doctor she was so good accurate to pick right lens. People very helpful to pick and very organize how to pick and wow! They have high technology measuring glasses to fit on your face So impressed great doctor, and great stuffs and store is beautiful Finally found great doctor and great price with very helpful stuffs. Nick provided me with excellent service in taking care of my out of warranty damaged frames. He quickly found me the same frame, replaced the lenses and I was on my way quickly. I had purchase the frame protection plan from Lenscrafters, so the whole process was hassle free and a very minimum expense. Very pleased.

The staff at the mall in Waterloo were so sweet. I'm not even a customer and they fixed the arm of my glasses for me, no charge. Such a relief.
