I would like to thank the following staff dr Ahmed, Ocean and Sue at the LensCrafters (Kingston Mall) While paddle boarding at our family’s cottage i lost my eyeglasses. They were close to closing on the Friday night of the long weekend. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me I actually got a new pair of glasses I like. Thank you everyone

I had a really positive experience purchasing new glasses. The sales person assisted me in finding a frame that I love that was also on sale! She very kindly fixed my old glasses that had a piece broken off so that I could wear them more comfortably until my new ones arrive.

I love these guys i came to them when i needed my first pair of glasses and they were so nice and the costumer service is incredible

I have received an excellent service over the years. The staff are very helpful and willing to meet your needs. There is a variety of selection in the store, and some brand name frames are available as well.

I am extremely disappointed to be writing this review. Today July 31st, at 3pm my wife and I had picked out the glasses that we wanted and were waiting to be helped. The store was quite busy at the time, all the chairs were taken and there were 2 people ahead of us. An elderly woman came in with a complaint and a member from the lab came out to assist her. She ended up being seated and helped before those of us who had been waiting our turn. To make matters worse a gentleman was taken next also out of turn. At this point we had been waiting for at least 45 mins. My patience at this point had run out. We were splurging today and are saddened that we left behind the frames we fell in love with. We ended up just leaving the tray on the table by the chairs and walked out. We expected more from lens crafters today. On a side note the Dr who performed our examinations was lovely. LensCrafters has lost our business forever.

Excellent service for picking out my frames but the store was very understaffed when I brought in my prescription with people being taken care of out of the order in which they arrived. Do better.

Sue helped me out in store, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Helped me find the best deals and the perfect glasses for me.

Came in as an emergency repair from cottage and they did it in a few minutes with no charge. Deeply grateful and seriously potential new customer. Fast friendly service
