I highly recommend going to this location; very friendly and accommodating. The nose pad on my glasses fell off due to old age. I originally bought my Michael Kors glasses from a LensCrafter in Pickering, however, I was conveniently in this location. A kind staff, named William/Will, was nice enough to reassure us that they could fix it at any location and even cleaned the green rust off of my rose gold glasses. Today I walked in Vaughan mills in a panic because I broke my glasses and was in desperate need of a new pair. Shadan, a sale representative, came up to me and helped me to the best of her abilities. I told her I was not looking to spend a lot under the circumstances that I always spend a lot on designer glasses. She was able to find and assist me on finding a good pair of glasses as well as it being prepared within the hour. I was very pleased with my experience today!

The screw fell out of my glass while walking in the mall and the lens popped out. I could not see anything. Someone guided me to LensCrafters in Vaughan Mills Mall where Shadan helped to put my glasses back together. Thanks to LensCrafters and their excellent staff, I was able to get back home safely.

I had to say the staffs offer considerable service as I have popped in the shop for a missing screw of the nose pad. She helped me fixed it without charge even. I will definitely come back if I have any glasses demand.

I bought my aviators from Lens Crafters Vaughan Mills and they adjusted it perfectly to back to its original status when it got twisted by my fault. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I will recommend this store 100%.

Update:
Did Ray-Ban frame that I purchased last November were damaged after several uses, which was suggestive of poor quality of the frames. While I did contact Ray-Bans to get them fixed, they passed the issue down to LensCrafters (who really wasn't at fault here). Despite that, a representative named Anna followed up with me and got me replacement frames. Anna was so helpful and looked into the matter with great care to ensure that the issue was resolved. In fact, she went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would be going back to the same LensCrafters store in the future for sure.

I got good advice from the associate who was helping me.it's nice to make a purchase and know that's it's not all about making profit. At other stores, I feel like I'm being pushed to make a purchase that I don't need.

I went there with an issues I had with my glass (wanted premium ar / better tinting and not what I had, the standard ar / lowest tint option). The team there were really nice, helpful, and informative. They made sure I had my issue resolved and that I was satisfied. The Vaughn Mills location is the best location in my opinion, I’ve been to Three different locations.

The customer service was amazing, Rana helped me find my favourite sunglasses. She also provided additional information about the product that was really helpful. The overall experience was great, I highly recommend.

Hello, I really enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff was very helpful. As a senior I was delighted to be helped by such kind people. The staff was so patient and let me take as long as I needed. The sales associated walked me through all my options, pricing and even helped me set up my FaceTime so I could call my daughter to feel secure in my purchase.

This location is my favourite by far! They are so patient and friendly. With my language barrier (Spanish is my first language) sometimes communication can be very difficult, but this location is so open and takes their time to explain things multiple times to make it clear and simple. They do not make me feel any different for speaking a different language. I will defiantly be bringing more family members here! Gracias!

Good service, but $440 for glasses after the 50% off promo? Given I can buy $99 glasses at my normal place right now and given my old glasses from there lasted four years after being bought as part of a '$235 glasses, sunglasses and eye exam' promo, it's way too expensive.

The variety and quality we're good, but the sales associates kept adding warranties and lens coatings without explaining what they were and quoted prices with them in. I never asked for them and had to explicitly ask if there were extra costs for them. I had to tell them to remove a warranty that I didn't ask for and ended up paying extra for a coating I didn't know they were charging me more for. Be careful if shopping here and make sure to ask for an itemized list with costs before completing your purchase.

The staffs are really helpful, specially Khalid and Shirley. But Shahnaz is not a good one. She does not listen to you, does not want to help you and always says " she has been working for 27 years and all other doctors and technicians are her students! " we purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses and there were no sign of Ray-Ban on lenses.we told her they are not Ray-Ban lenses and she told that no they were! After 2 days we asked Shirley to take a look at them and she said they were not Ray-Ban lenses! Shahnaz just wastes your time and your money. She does not tend to listen to you, but talks a lot. Just that

This is a review from earlier this year. Customer service is good here from Tal, but I can't really endorse their workmanship anymore. I don't know where they make their glasses, but after spending $800 on a couple of pair of glasses. One of them squeaks when I slightly bend the frame. I also don't like the inconsistency of adjustments. But maybe that's me as I am very particular about having them feel right. For customer service, I give them 4/5, for making glasses 2/5.3 overall. Not an indictment on this location, but Lenscrafters in general. I think it may be time to try other places.

I highly recommend Lenscrafters Vaughan Mills to anyone needing glasses! I was a first time glasses wearer so I searched endless stores for the right pair.for the right price and Lenscrafters came out on top!
Vlad and Shirley at this location were absolutely the most incredible people to help me through this process. They were so helpful in ensuring I was happy with my glasses. I had to go back a few times as the prescription the optometrist gave me (not from Lenscrafters) did not work for me. They changed the lens at no cost and they were so welcoming and helpful every time! I will never go anywhere else!

The WORST quality ever.received my glasses with FAULTY lenses and they refused to return it as i don't have the receipt! I couldn't believe that instead of apologizing, they refused to return it! Don't waste your time and money here!

POOR SERVICE, UN PROFESSIONALS and don't understand what customer service is. Glasses were supposed to be delivered in 10 days, 3rd week is going on and still they don't have any updates. They have lied to me as well on the update and said they have shipped but when i called after the expected shipment date they said its yet to be shipped.
They don't give you clear updates on your order, lie to you and then feel no remorse for it, first time I am having such a pathetic customer service.

I had an appointment booked for today. I drove 40 minutes on my day off from work to go there for an eye test.when finally I got there, they told me my appointment is booked for Sept. The receptionist made a mistake. Anyway the entire team including the doctor and two employees handled the situation very poorly. Especially the Sr.administration employee has Zero customer service and conflict resolution skills. They did not even bother themselves to apologize.
They threaten to call the security, and I said go ahead?
The security guard was extremely polite and professional. I wrote a complain with the customer service at the mall too.very disappointed. NEVER go back there.and I will write a complain to the head office as well. ZERO customer service.

Exceptionally poor service. All the frames that you purchase are the display items that goes through hundreds of hands. You can spend thousands of dollars but you don't get a new pair. I don't recommend Lenscrafters to anyone. I will in the future go to a non-franchised business.

Worst place ever. Lost the glasses we had already paid for and took over a week to reconcile the issue. Will not be returning.

Low rating for this place is justified. I just came in because a screw fell out of glasses frame. Was told they didnt have short screws and to buy new glasses. They were maybe 2 months old at this point.

I purchased scratch resistant lenses and after just 2 months, my vision was blurred due to excessive scratching. The glasses never suffered heavy damage and were treated with the utmost care and gentleness as these were my first pair, yet there supposed "scratch resistance" was a complete scam and I played extra for no reason.
