Although the store was quite busy with boxing week the staff were really friendly and took their time with us, Jody ordered our glasses for us and was extremely knowledgeable. She gave us lots of space to choose our glasses but checked in on us giving us a lot of helpful tips and advice. One of the best customer service interactions I have ever had.

I went to LensCrafters Cambridge mall because the last 3-4 years that’s where I have gone I got my glasses last August and recently my son rubbed it on the floor and scraped the lenses so I couldn’t see properly from them I went to the location for suggestions and the impression I got is i need to get a whole new glasses no form of suggestion given I asked what could I do can I change the lenses etc the guy said nothing I thought that was it so I looked into getting a whole new glasses but my insurance wasn’t pass the time for a new one so I left feeling hopeless that I will have to struggle with this glasses for a while …… today I thought let me try another location and this woman I am so upset I didn’t take her name she helped me suggest I just change the lenses and I can have it in an hour I was sooooooo happy and my insurance covered the lenses ……. I am beyond happy for the service I got and this will be my new go to, thank you LensCrafters Fairview and to the sweet lady that helped me

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to recommend me frames and lenses based on my preferences and provide me with quotes. The entire process was very quick.

After getting 2 quotes for glasses that exceeded my benefit plan by far, I challenged LensCrafters to find me a pair of glasses that fit my budget. The price I was quoted was almost $200 cheaper than what I could find elsewhere.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! In the store they were friendly, personable and so informative! They worked outside store hours to deal with my insurance for me. This store has all the brands and there are great options to choose from. One of the best Optometrists I have ever been to. Me and my husband got 3 pairs of glasses from them in a very reasonable price. We got assistance from very wonderful staff especially Jody and Kelly. We visited the store twice to make a purchase and both times we visited during closing hours but we were never asked to rush. They made us take our time during our purchase and made it one of the greatest experience that I can ever imagine. I would definitely recommend this store for any kind of sunglasses/eyeglasses purchase. I am 100% satisfied with the type of customer service provided. We ordered prescription sports glasses for kids from this location and had them ready by the next day for the big game! It took a little bit for my kid to feel comfortable with them, but they work really well. I would recommend this location as well as a purchase of sports glasses for all kids to protect their eyes! It's worth the investment and the staff helped answer all our questions.

Awesome staff. I made a same day eye exam, purchased my lenses and frames, came back 45 minutes later to see if they were ready and they were. Sooo many fun frames to pick from I feel bad for whoever had to put back all the glasses I tried on.

I just moved to the KW area and was recommended to this location by a friend. I was told to ask for Sherry, and she did not disappoint. It is clear that she knows what she’s doing and I felt comfortable taking advice from her on what would work and look best on me. Her customer service is unbeatable and I truly felt valued!

I was extremely happy with my experience at LensCrafters today. The Sales Associate, Miriam, was very helpful, explaining in detail all my options, so that I could take full advantage of the sale they had on. She answered my questions thoroughly and wan't at all pushy, just focused on making sure my purchase was tailored to my needs. In the end, I walked out extremely satisfied with two pairs of glasses, for much less than I expected to pay.

First impression is the last impression. Not a great experience at all. You have to exam the patient properly so would recommend to others but was not that case at all. Within minutes exam that's all. I would not go there again.

We waited so long, and they didn't even care to respond to our small question, and kept ignoring us. And when we felt like now it's our turn, they took care of a lady who came after us! That is so discrimination. Would never suggest to go here.

DO NOT BUY FROM LENSCRAFTERS! As if the lenses get scratched, and all you did was to clean them, they do not stand behind their products, even though you paid more than $600.00, unless of course you buy their protection plan, which again, what quality they offer that they have to sell you a protection plan?

If I could give negative stars, I would. I smashed my last pair of glasses from them at work. Went in, in mid March to pick out and get my prescription into a new pair I picked out. Picked a pair I liked, but was scolded as to their Covid procedures and not explained them.then of course was told by prescription glasses would be ready in six days. After a month of no word I called them and was told, don't call us, we'll call you.so I waited another month and called. Same response.don't call us we'll call you.
Waited another month and called. APPARENTLY the place filling the prescription lost mu glasses. The manager wanted to know if I still wanted them. I replied. YES OF COURSE. I DRIVE TRUCK FOR A LIVING AS I EXPLAINED EHEN I FILLED THEM. AND IM USING AN OLDER PERSCRIPTION.no cares truly given, and no true resolve except the offer to drive to guelph (Apparantly) to get my same glasses with the perscription filled. September sixth I get the call my glasses are finally ready! Amazing customer service. 7 months to get glasses to the customer.so much for same day service like when they started. I am taking my future business elsewhere and recommend everyone do the same.you can only feed a man garbage and smile and say it's good garbage for so long.my purchase was a $500 pair of Ray Bans.so not a $20 I don't care purchase.sickening what these places get away with and use Covid19 as an excuse for incompetence.

Just ordered glasses at this location and am very happy with the experience. Nathalie (the person helping us) was super helpful and had some great suggestions. Even though it was busy, she didn't rush us and wasn't short with us. My wife and I really appreciated the great customer service.

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION WERE GREAT! VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS SOME ISSUES BUT WAS QUICKLY SOLVED. WE PURCHASED MY HUSBANDS REPLACEMENT GLASSES WITH EASE AND THEY WERE DONE IN A VERY QUICK MANNER. ALSO ORDERED MY SONS GLASSES HERE WHICH WERE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AS WELL.

I don't really have much to say on the selection and pricing, it is what it is. Unfortunately nothing was really grabbing my attention for frames, but what really bothered me was a sales associate who literally was hovering over my every move and staring at me every time I tried on a pair of glasses and looked in the mirror. It honestly ruined my experience and made me feel really self-conscious, so I left and moved onto the next place. If I need help or want your opinion, I'll ask.

Katherine provided very good customer service from start to finish. When my initial pair of glasses was not working for me, it was extremely easy to switch them out for another style. I love my new glasses. They were done in good time. LensCrafters has a good choice of frames which appealed to me. There was a good discount too. Altogether a great shopping experience.

My wife had to buy a new pair of sunglasses, Peter provided us with excellent customer service. He Listened to us and answered all of our questions patiently. Very few stores now a days provide their customers with such good customer service, LensCrafters is one of them. Will be going back again.

Couldn't believe how one staff passed through us to ask the people behind us if they needed service. Then he walked past us 3 times and never once acknowledged us to say "be with you in a sec" not one person asked us to wait or said hello. We took our money elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. The assistant manager Kelly was awful. I asked if I could buy new lenses and have them put in my frames she barely looked at the frames I had (which I bought their previously) and said no the frames would break. Okay.then she gave me a bogus sales line that she’s allowed to give one lucky person a day $50 off the price but can only do it once and nobody’s used it yet. Please save me the b.s. Quote came to over $600 with upsells I didn’t want! I have gone somewhere else with far better service, and better frames price etc! Also the place I went pointed out that the glasses from Lens crafters I currently have, are so damaged because of poor quality lenses. Awesome never ever going to Lens crafters again!

Sherry the manager does not know how to speak with customers. I really don't know how a seemingly professional organization like Lenscrafters can tolerate this behaviour
She billed me one amount and billed my insurance company another amount as a result of which I have not got my dues completely from insurance and wasting my time calling them
I am sure there are definitely better lens and glasses makers than lenscrafters who train their employees in customer service
Very bad experience at lenscrafters fairview Park mall

I needed an eye exam and new glasses and walked in at 10: 45am. Carolyn was my service provider and helped me out quickly. She asked if i had a new prescription and told her I was waiting for Dr. Johal's practice (next door) to open to book an appointment. She told me she could do that for me and got an appointment for 11: 15! When I got back from the optometrist she was there to help me with my prescription and order. Carolyn was friendly and I was done in about 15 minutes complete with electronic posting to my help provider. I highly recommend them!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went in to get my glasses adjusted and was told they appreciate donations. The lady named Sherry told me she refused to adjust my glasses because she did not want to take responsibility if she ruined the frames. She then gave me back my glasses and straight up told me to go somewhere else and walked away. As I'm looking up where I can find another location she says "so how much are you going to donate? " I tell her I'm still trying to fix my problem and then she says she should have taken the donation before talking to me. I ask her why she's being so dismissive, I'm still worried about my glasses! She then says that I need to donate but if not I can leave. Who would want to donate after being treated so poorly? I will donate somewhere else!

Sherry was the most dismissive and disrespectful person I have encountered in customer service. I will never go to Lenscrafters!

I came in looking to replace my existing glasses. All the staff were friendly. Heleen was professional and very helpful. She explained all of my options thoroughly and was happy to answer my questions. I will definitely be returning to this location, customer service like that can't be beat.
