Loved the place.the person I talked to was really nice and got the sunglasses fixed in no time.

On holiday in Cambridge and needed to get lens put back into my glasses as I had lost the pin. Staff were so helpful and quickly sorted the problem for me without charge.

Lens crafters cambridge was fabulous, from the time I called with an emergency, all the way through to having new glasses made same day. My son shattered his glasses and needed new ones right away. I called around and was lucky to have landed with lenscrafters cambridge mall. My dad happened to travel for a short stay with me. He had missed his prescription but had one of his glasses broken, the best one that he could use. While several places declined to help despite us accepting a risk to a broken frame, Lenscrafter managed to do it. And result with my dad being able to use his glasses again.

Went for an adjustment on my glasses from elsewhere, was immediately sat down and helped. Really pleasant staff

The staff at this LensCrafters location gives above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I went in to pickup my workstation glasses and ended up buying a full pair, with the distance correction, to wear everyday. They worked to find me the best deal on these as they were out of pocket for me. Thank you younto the gentleman that served me that day and the day I ordered my first pair. Great customer service!

Sharing for my father. He purchased the extended warranty and had to use it this past week, after having his glasses fall off and tractor run them over. He was impressed on how good the quality of the glasses were as the damage should have been a lot worse. Glasses are being replaced under warranty as promised and staff was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend LensCrafters Cambridge location.

I didn't even have to leave my house to order new lenses with their protection plan. Also, every single time I've been in a lenscrafters they have been friendly to me.

My husband has just had the worst experience there and we have dealt with them for twenty years. He bought glasses and they were not properly measured or fitted. They did not say oh those frames are too big for the prescription etc. They said oh we can’t measure properly because of the Covid. They also told him they wouldn’t adjust his current glasses for the same reason. He called and spoke to the store and they pretty much told him to move the glasses around his face to see? Seriously that’s there service level. I have the name of the person who did this and she was extremely rude on the phone. Basically $800.00 for glasses that were not even usable. Returned for a refund and went where we received excellent service. He had also asked them to get a frame from another store and they refused. Never again. Terrible way to treat any customer.

I genuinely enjoyed my experience with the staff at the cambridge centre mall location. They were not pushy and also not absent in the process it was very comfortable and easy to find and order the glasses I wanted! And I was stoked with the selection after going to many other optometrists and not finding any glasses I liked!

Hitchel as the optician is very kind, supportive and helpful. I bring also my 3.5 x magnification dental lens for cleaning and her professional advice is very efficient. I highly recommend lenscrafters, ask for Hitchel and feel safe and protected.

Should've done this a week, or two ago, but been busy. I set up an appointment through the OneSight program. I'm in the process of immigrating from the US to here, so can't work yet. It was really simple, really easy. Got an appointment, The ophthalmologist was polite, nice, and steady at the job. Got the prescription, and right over to the store. A little over an hour later, I had a new pair of glasses. They look good, I can see, and they got the fit right off the top. Thank you.

Guys go to pearls vision down the hall.the older woman in there made me miss my eye exam on purpose. Then i went to buy two pairs of glasses anyways from them. I was paying cash. And she tried charging me 1,100 ruffly. It gave me a really bad vibe from as I’ve bin wearing glasses my hole life so I went to pearle vision down the hall. The guy there is as honest as could be.picked out the exact same glasses with the egzact same glasses for 6oo dollars! I couldn’t even believe
Literaally ttried charging me a extra 500! Diillars do yourselfs a favervvand go to pestle vision beside the bay?

I just had cataract surgery and needed a plain lens inserted into one side. I checked with 3 other (companies) and was told that it would be between 2 days to 2 weeks for the plain lens. Lens Crafters staff in Cambridge were awesome and totally helped me out. They made the lens and replaced in "2 hours". Thanks so much for your help!

I bought a large frame prescription sunglasses here a few months ago and every time I wear them, I feel a special kind of hate for this place. There are numerous blurry spots in my sight of vision. Their reason is that every large frame has this issue (should have told me that before I purchased them). Their solution is that I move my head instead of my eyes to look around.
They offered me an exchange to a smaller frame which was nice but I didn’t like the smaller frames. So no refunds (granted it was over a month and the refund warranty expired). Not sure if this counts as an excuse but I mentioned the blurry spots to them as soon as I wore them for the first time but I was told that it will need getting use to. Unfortunately, I wore them once and didn’t wear them until after a month. $350 and glasses full of blurry spots. (Note that these blurry spots are not corner blurry spots (which are normal).
