I don't give out many 10's but I dealt with both the optometrist and the retail section of the store and both were top notch. The retail manager was working there 14 years she told me and was charming and more than helpful. She sure didn't seem stale from so many years in retail. Very impressive.

Fairly straightforward upgrade but had a solid hour in store of attention, service, choice, opinion and deals without realizing the time sped by. And that was after I had studied website and thought I had prepicked some 'suspects'. Got more clarity and choice and help at store. Excellent customer service by Rachel at White Oaks Mall in London, ON when I purchased my glasses and when I picked them up.

My family and I had a phenomenal experience at Lens Crafters in White Oaks mall today! We worked with Rachael and she was beyond amazing. All of the staff was so pleasant and we will definitely recommend our friends and family to shop at this location for any of their glasses needs!

We went into Lens Crafters today and had an AMAZING experience with Rachel! She took the time to work with us, suggest the best frames that matched our face shape and skin tone and had so much knowledge with all of the frames in the store. The whole staff was also so kind and stepped in to help each other out for our whole visit. This was a 10/10 experience and we will for sure be back to this location for any future needs!

Shy was absolutely amazing. I was in a month ago and Shy helped me pick glasses and sunglasses, spending a lot of time with me and checking different frames and really showed an interest in helping me find something I liked and was an amazing second opinion to help me since I was so indecisive. Fast forward 30days later as I wanted to really think about this big purchase and Shy even coordinated with me to ensure she was working (at my request to have her there) and was willing to even change her shift around to accommodate me and my very limited availability. Today Shy and I went over my choices for glasses and sunglasses and made a switch in the choice for f glasses that I had picked as I was iffy about one pair. Shy took time to make sure the transaction was comfortable, make sure the prices didn’t change as they have a 30day price guarantee and that the process went smoothly. Shy is your “go to”, I will return to have Shy help me in the future. Thank you so much for all the help, I was not rushed or pushed to purchase anything and they found the deal that saved me the most since it was my birthday month.

And believe me, I know staffing is hit and miss and sometimes it’s extremely busy, but I actually called and set up a time so I didn’t show up disappointed and requested Shy, so do remember things are super busy and it doesn’t hurt to try and make an appointment to ensure satisfaction.

I truly hope Shy’s manager realizes what an asset she is to this location and how hard of a worker she is to ensure the customer is happy.

When my glasses come in I will be making sure Shy is working to fully complete the process and have no doubt it will be a great experience, she is amazing with customer service and this is something that is truly hard to find these days.

Also, I do wish that customers could submit reviews to LensCrafters even if a purchase isn’t made, as I do realize with staffing it can be hit and miss with customer service and sometimes people just come in for a quick adjustment and such and it would be nice to be allowed to leave reviews for that as well. Having a customer leave and be happy is great, but having a customer return for things here and there and continue to receive the same satisfactory service is key!

Wonderful customer service. I went in today to have the lense put back into my favourite pair of sunglasses and despite the store being very busy, they made the time. Would absolutely recommend.

Customer Service in this store is exceptional. Very friendly. They take the time to explain the different frames and what to look for with the type of prescription I have. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend this store.

The store was busy but the staff took the time necessary to make sure I got the most for my vision needs.

The Staff understand customer service! Tonight I stoped by with a strange “outside the box request” They took the time to understand what I was looking for and took great care of me. During my time in their store I witnessed the staff dealing with a busy end of day with a positive attitude. Each interaction was professional and friendly. At one point They needed to take measurements and went out of their way to ask permission and sanitize their hands before they began. Again, the entire staff take the time to put customers first. I could buy glasses from many places closer to home. But it’s people that make a difference and you clearly rise above the rest.

First time at this location and super happy with the service and staff here. The friendly asked people to wear masks as the store is considered a medical place and right next to a doctor's office and offered a mask when people don't have it. GORDON my guy! Gordon is an optician here and he is super nice and funny. He helped me to find a great pair of glasses and find the best eyewear solution to fit my budget. Although I didn't buy the glasses here before, he still helped me to adjust the glasses and glasses. I will definitely come back here again.

The best optician shop in London and staff Gordon has been very knowledgeable and kind enough to help me pick the lenses and frames. I received my sunglasses within a week, and I am delighted! Jennifer is also really nice, answer questions patiently, is careful and severe, the key is excellent quality, and they ship my glasses fast, discreet packaging, trustworthy! It’s just my third time in this LensCrafters I had gone to get my glasses and to pick up and though a bit slow the service was amazing. Today I stopped in just to get my glasses adjusted and the service was terrible. I waited in line for about 25 minutes then was ushered into a chair and soon realized that they had no system because people coming in after me and getting helped. If they did not have time to help me at least let me know instead of wasting 45 minutes. They are definitely understaffed and they are understaffed and the person who was letting people in surely had no customer service skills because when I said I was leaving she was so rude. Zero stars

I visited this location about 20 years ago and then more recently I just had an eye exam and ordered new glasses and I was very impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the staff.

Both Dr. Cendrowski and Jason were fantastic!

Dr. Cendrowski was direct and to the point with a good sense of humour and took the time to explain things succinctly. Without a doubt one of the best eye docs I've had to date.

I hate shopping for glasses, and Jason found two sets of frames that were close to my current ones (which I like) and was very familiar with the product lines and options.

I have shopped for glasses many times in many shopps while receiving help from countless store attendants to my adequate expectations. This time however, I was pleasantly surprised at how Marie handled our requests all while seamlessly transitioning between us and another shopper.

I really appreciated that I was not oversold/upsold. I came in wanting the least expensive, yet comfortable frames because I am in transition with my glasses situation and just need a pair to get me through for a while. The representative showed me affordable options and made the purchase process really easy.

I went to LensCrafters on White Oak mall today and I'm so impressive with the customer service here. They are friendly and help me with my new eye glasses. Especially Marie Brown, she's so awesome and she gave people the best customer service. Highly recommend!

They’re glasses. Pretty straight forward. Personally, I didn’t want anyone helping me choosing frames so it was basically a matter of finding what I liked. Which I did. Lens were a little more costly than I was expecting thus the 4/5.

Really poor customer service especially when dealing with any warranty claims. They were unable to print my original receipt for my manufacturer warranty claim. When I finally did get my defective glasses replaced (with no help from them) I went back in to get a price on new lenses on two separate occasions, only to stand around for 30-45 minutes without being assisted. Gave up and went elsewhere, would not recommend.

The staff here are GREAT we've been going here for a few years for my sons glasses and we've always dealt with Marie, shes friendly, encouraging and really knows her stock well, she has helped us pick out good durable styles, pumps my boys tires when he's trying them on and makes the whole experience really pleasant.
This year we used the on site optometrist too and they were lovely too.
Definately would recommend.
(side note Marie is also a badass and I'd think twice before stealing from here after seeing her fly out the store after the shoplifter who tried his luck Friday while we were in!)

I'll start this review by thanking the staff members at LensCrafters. Thank you for being friendly and kind to every person who walks through your doors. I believe I speak for many people when I say, we all appreaciate the service you provide. I've NEVER walked through LensCrafters doors and felt hounded by staff to make a purchase. Not once, not ever. With that being said, the choices in frames is much more significant here compared to other locations in London. I have noticed the frame quality to be 100% sturdy at LensCrafters compared to other optometry locations, where I could snap the frames in half just by touching it. LensCrafters is by far the best place to shop for glasses.

Worst store ever staff are rude and lie about the cost of stuff will never go here again not worth it for the lack of help and wast of time
