This is my third time at this location.
Always a great selection of designer frames and type of lenses to choose from. Always have an excellent customer service from the staff especially Munira who’s been there each time. She went through and compared different frames specialized for me. Will definitely be coming back for the great service she provides and stores options.

Zahra provided fabulous customer service and told us about an offer that made it a no brainer to buy a new pair of glasses versus replacing the lens on an existing pair. In doing this she suggested the old pair could be a backup pair. This was done at minimal additional cost. Thanks Zahra.

Still waiting for my glasses.it's been 1 month.they told me my glasses would be ready in 10 days.after 2 weeks passed I called them to ask about my glasses.they told me it will take another week due to delays. 1 more week passes by I called them again. They now tell me my glasses are being shipped and will have them the next day. I called again 2 days later.they now tell me my glasses were lost in the mail? Lost a pair of 600$+ glasses? Really? That they will now put a rush order on my glasses and will have them at the end of the week.soo we are coming to week 5.they told me that will call me back SAME DAY to let me know what was going on. Of course they did not call me.surprise surprise! This place is absolutely terrible. Even when I went to pick out my frames they did not help me at all.they just let me browse on my own.i think i was there for like an hour before someone finally said hi to me.will I ever shop here again. NEVER! Please think twice before shopping here.

The experience at the store was fantastic as usual. My go to location for all needs glasses, lenses and sunglasses. I was assisted by Shahyar, who went above and beyond in providing great advice and impeccable service. Will definitely be coming back for my vision needs in the future.

DO NOT BUY YOUR GLASSES HERE.
Nothing but a disaster since the day I ordered them. First they lost them but lied about for an entire week with no apologize or anything. Never have been able to adjust them to fit properly. Now they have a scratch and won't stand behind the scratch resistance. Claim it's the way I clean them. Yeah, cleaning them with the cloth that was provided with the glasses shouldn't scratch them.

Plus. My partner is on his 3rd pair of glasses in 6 months.

They do not stand behind their product and once they have your money they don't have the time of day for you. Staff needs a lesson in customer service.

Never ever again will I purchase classes from them.

Zahra was extremely knowledgeable about the various manufacturers, frames and lenses as I was selecting both reading glasses and sun glasses from Ray Ban. Overall it was a great experience and first rate service would highly recommend going to lens crafters at shops of don mills!

I met Zahra first time in February 2021 and I went to store again after 9 months. She greeted me with my name, I was surprised. More surprised when she asked me about my Newfoundland holidays. Gave excellent service with concern.

I went to this location to get my glasses adjusted. They have skilled and knowledgeable opticians. They were so friendly and answered all my questions about their products. I’m going to go back to LensCrafters at Shops at Don mills for my next eyeglasses purchase.

This location has a great selection of eyewear options at different price ranges to choose from. The associate Zahra, was very helpful to me when selecting my frames for my prescription glasses. She was very attentive and informative. Great customer service all around!

Worst pair of glasses I have ever purchased. I was a couple of days past the one month return policy. I have gone back to my old glasses from 3.5 years ago.

I was here today for adjustment and repair for my 2 frames. Special thank to lady who kindly helped my. I will definitely come back to this location to have my new glasses.

I came to this location 4 years ago and then moved out of Toronto! After my last interaction with a eye glasses store I swore my next purchase would be the Lens Crafters at Shops at Don Mills.
The customer service and gentle sales approach is so appreciated from the staff at this location. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision and the reps on hand were very helpful with what worked for the shape of my face!
I will never go to another location as the experience is always pleasant and friendly!

Horrible experience! I rushed from work to get 2 pair of glasses at this location, when I got there this women in her mid 40, dark hair, up to her shoulder, opens the door not to say hello, but: "what do you want? ". I was shocked and speechless.she asked me again, same question, plus if I have a prescription. I couldn't believe! Yes I have a prescription, and I want glasses.isn't this what you are selling? She's telling me there is no browsing.so how am I supposed to buy glasses if I can't look at them. Again she's telling me there is no browsing, because of the virus. I'm sorry.why are you open? There is nobody inside, u don't say hello, u don't want my money.why u are open? Who gives you the right to talk like that? If u do not want to work go home.

I was at shops at don mills on Monday, October 26,2020. I chose shops at don mills because it's outdoors and i had to return a pair of shoes at soft moc at don mills. There were plenty of parking to park the car. I was greeted by their amazing staff.i love lenscrafters.the boutique is very clean and covid-19 friendly.i already have recommended shops at don mills to my cousin as well as his wife Jin.

My friend and I went by the store last weekend hoping to donate some of our old, lightly used eyeglasses. The woman who greeted us at the door said that they don't take donations and that we should bring them to an "optometry school". The Lenscrafters' website says otherwise. The employees should be aware of the partnership Lenscrafters has with OneSight's donation program. It was a waste of time to show up at the store, only for our donations to be refused.

Amazing customer service and help with picking out frames! The manager and her staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and helped me pick out my frames while giving me extremely great advice and guiding me in the right direction to find the perfect frames! This store also takes there time carefully sanitizing each frame and around the store making it extremely clean and comfortable to shop in. Safe to say they are taking the COVID-19 regulations very seriously and are enforcing all polices.

Will be coming back for my next set of frames. Thank you again!

I wanted to write about my personal experience with this location. During my visit I was helped by Zahra. She had an injury and was still able to help me out with getting my eyes tested And my glasses done in the same day. She was very nice and I felt she was really genuine with wanting to help me find the right pair of glasses and take care of me as a customer. When I had questions about prices and things about the order details and specs she was very easy going with what was in my price range and what wasn’t I had a very nice positive experience during my visit and will most likely be looking for her the next time I visit for a new pair of glasses.

My first time ever purchasing prescription glasses. Parviz was an immense amount of help. He is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, incredible service and amazing price!

The customer service is lacking, I had to actually leave the store because I was so upset with the way I was treated. I went to go in the store and the door was locked, but a sales associate ended up coming to the door she opened the door gave me a dirty look and just said “yeah? ” I was super confused and asked if they were open she says yes but you can’t just come in and think you can just browse, do you even have a prescription? She rolls her eyes at me and turns her back I said yes I have a prescription, so she moved just gave me a look and kind of nodded and moved her hand basically saying move you can come in. There was two people behind me, she went and talked to them and brought them in the store and completely ignored me and just gave me dirty looks. I stood their for 5 minutes in disbelief, And left because I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to me.

HORRIBLE customer service at this location, they are so many bad reviews that it seems like no one in the management cares about. I would suggest you spend your money somewhere else.

I’ve gone to this location for the last few years, and it’s been a good experience each time. However, my last purchase (and it will definitely be my last purchase there!) has been very poor. Terrible customer service and attitude from the manager. The other staff were helpful, but she (the manager) is consistently rude. The lab messed up my order and it’s been 5 weeks (!) wait for a pair of sunglasses. No apology from them at any time, or offer of a discount. I won’t go there again, and would warn you to avoid them as well.

See I'm buddies with the manager, but this place can be a bit awkward at times. Some of the attendants can seem standoffish and rude but to be honest, there's only 2 people running this store really. I won't lie it's also a weird layout for the store too, it's fine if you're in the neighbourhood.

I have mixed reviews. I normally do not go to this particular location, but the two times I've been there customer service was lacking. There is this one lady that works in the retail section who is standoffish. I went there yesterday and the door was locked. She looked annoyed when she had to open it. We had a tough time finding my glasses and she openly rolled her eyes and shook her head. The gentleman that works in retail dept seems nice. I won't go to this particular location after this.

The employee who assisted me at the time, Parviz was very professional. He knew his stuff and made excellent recommendations to assist me. Even though it was closing time, he made sure to stay long and make sure my needs were met. I came to LensCrafters with friends recommendation and now I know why. Keep it up!

Terrible customer service. Walked in.no one acknowledged me as a customer for a whole 15 min. I walked back out. They lost a customer that day but honestly I dont think they cared.

My Husband bought a pair of bi-focals and got served by a nice gentleman, about a week later we received a call his glasses were ready for pick up. We arrived the next day, 26-7-2019 to pick up the glasses. There was only one employee in the store and could not find the order amongst the mess of trays and glasses. She told my husband to sit down and proceeded to serve another customer. When my husband complained about being ignored and set aside for another customer she told him that she was alone and was unable to find the order. After 15 mins another employee arrived and the order was found. The Lady was rude and told my husband to be more respectful of their situation. It took almost an hour to serve him and find the order. Upon arriving home we discovered the glasses were put in a case that was too small and the pieces that go behind the ears were protruding outside the case. My husband and I have been clients of Lens Crafters for decades. One thing for sure, we will not be back to that store or to any of your stores.

I've returned close to $1200 of purchases and will not be returning to Lenscrafters. They are simply rude and couldn't care less about their customers.

Be wary of the glasses you buy here. 3 times I've gotten glasses from them that cause headaches because they were improperly made (centre of focus was misaligned with my eyes).

Absolute shameful display in behavior. I simply asked the cost of an eye exam, once I mentioned how steep I thought that was for a simple eye exam and wanted to call other optometrist to price compare, I was greeted by extreme sarcasm followed by a hung up. Just an FYI, this place charges $130.00, although most places charge $95.00. Do your comparison and research and avoid ridiculous attitude. I ended up having a wonderful interaction at Pearl vision, so thank you kindly for messing up Lens Crappers.
