The service and care received was top notch. Selection was impressive as well! Turnaround time for delivery was quick. This was at least my second purchase in last few years and I'll return.

The Optician, Luchie Bunag goes above and beyond everytime I go into this store. She provides me excellent customer service and would highly recommend her. Next time you are looking for a new pair of glasses I highly recommend going to LensCrafters Optique and ask for Luchie.

David was the man, went out of his way to help us and swapped my lenses in record time, complete professional and friendly people, Lucci coming in hot with the jokes and expertise

Lucci was fantastic! I had damaged my pair of expensive glasses (frame was bent after I accidently ran them over in a golf cart), and she promptly and perfectly bent them back into shape for free. Also sweetly reminded me to go for my regular eye exam and get a back pair for potential future mishaps.

Visiting Toronto, I stupidly stepped on my sunglasses. I went in and Luci was incredibly helpful. She warned there could be an issue, must gently, with strength, fixed them! I recently had the most wonderful experience at the shop, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Luba. I had the unfortunate mishap of accidentally breaking the frame of my glasses, and Luba went above and beyond to assist me and fix the issue. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for her assistance and the exceptional service she provided!

The team at this LensCrafters location was very helpful. I came in with a pair of glasses in which one of the screws in the frame came loose and a lens fell out. The nose pads were also loose. The team swiftly fixed it without question and did a great job. Outstanding service, thank you so much!

I cannot believe that first of all that Lenscrafter in the Manulife centre is open on Sundays. I did fall asleep on my glasses, and when I saw two staff members at this location bend them into shape they look better than what they were when I bought them.
Luba & David were the opticians that turned a bent piece of wire into a beautiful pair of eyeglasses.

I had to go into location downtown last week when my glasses were falling off my head due to being badly fitted by another company! I asked if they could help me for a small fee. They said no.to the fee and totally helped me! What a great team. Everyone was so nice and it was such a good experience that I'm going there for my next pair. Been here to pair glasses since five or seven years ago and quite enjoy the most perfect services! A must-go place if one needs to have a widely ranged selections of glasses and professional services or advice.

Luba, particularly the licensed optician in store, provides accurate and thoughtful measurement to customers, which is not a common thing to find from other optique stores. Should you need professional help or should you not know what and how to choose a pair, they can definitely, patiently assist you in all ways.

Also, price here is competitive and available many selections from large or luxury brands too.

To me, not only a place to pair glasses but to build a long-term relationship with professionalism for the rest of my life.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! It was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend everyone to go here.

The staff here are lovely to work with, they are friendly and very patient and supportive with selecting the frame style most suitable for my look and needs. It’s helpful that they have an optometrist right next door and can pull up my prescription without any fuss. They have great discounts and fairly quick turnover for lens and frame delivery. Highly recommend.

So last week I came here to get my first pair of glasses. The staff were very friendly to help me choses the right fit of frames for me. When I found the frames I wanted I had they make my lenses. They first told my it can take just over 2 weeks.but it only took less then a week for them to be made and ready to pick.them up. When I tried them on I was like wow there perfect. I can see plus everything is so clear. Thank you so much with helping me with my first pair of glasses. I will return in the future.

I purchased a Ray ban sunglasses and a lady named Lisa insisted me to buy their sunglass protection insurance. I wasn’t interested to get an extra add on insurance. But she convinced me that it can cover broken or damaged sunglasses, moreover i was told that i can exchange my Ray ban and get a brand new different model and i just need to pay the difference and extra 50$ for frame and lens. As a customer i was convinced with that deal and paid extra $$ to get the insurance. I throughly made sure with Lisa that i can exchange this and get new model sunglasses. But it was just sale tactics. I was being fooled as a customer. Today i went again thinking I could exchange my sunglasses and get a new different model. I walked in told that i am here to exchange my sunglasses. They asked me to wait and I almost waited for more than half hour. It wasn’t busy this guys avoided me and look after people who came after me. They know that i am here for after sale service and not to buy a new pair of sunglasses so they didn’t even took time to solve my issues instead just avoided me! Will never buy sunglasses from here! Worst experience ever had! Its basically giving false information to meet target sales.

I love Liyuba. I've been coming to this location for years because of her and her patience, knowledge and professionalism. I also liked in the past that I could replace the product within the month of purchase when my eyes couldn't adjust to the certain type of lenses.

I just finished going into your store (50 floor west), pretty disappointing. I needed only 2 things to happen, a quick adjustment to my glasses and 2nd a quick check of new styles and pricing, as it's time to upgrade glasses plus lens.
She was in such a rush to get me out of the store, the adjustment is all wrong, because she wasn't paying attention!
And as for checking out new glasses, it didn't happen, she didn't have time for customers.
All in all, this sale would have been worth 900 dollars, lens and frames. I'm not one to normally complain but this, disgraceful, I will definitely take my business some place else.

It was a real pleasure to visit this location of Lenscrafters. Optician Lucee was very helpful and professional. The store was smaller than normal, but they had a good selection of good looking frames, and Lucee was knowledgeable in knowing her stuff! The optometrist next door had great service as well!

The employees are not welcoming at all. I wanted to clarify something about the prescription quote again.to which the lady replied I think he already told you!
For the past 3 years I have been visiting LensCrafters eaton and I think they are much better. My business will go someplace else.

Not very friendly at all. The tone of voice when you get greeted makes you run out of the store. It feels like they are doing you a favour, and not you providing them with business.

These are the best opticians in the world. They offer the best lenses, state-of-the-art coatings and the most precise fitting you will find anywhere. Other opticians use "hit or miss" techniques, but Lenscrafters use computer-aided equipment to make sure your lenses are designed optimally for your eyes. They have a great selection of frames-and you can get genuine Rayban lenses for your sunglasses. Lucci was especially helpful during my last visit. I had an extremely disappointing experience with another optician in the States, but Lenscrafters never disappoints. I will now never go to any other optician!

I always had bad experiences with Lensecrafters. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, however, this store specifically disappoints me. Their customer service is atrocious.

In addition to the fact that they are slow, one of the staffs over there was so rude. I recommend you to stay away from this place unless you're really desperate.

My suggestion, if you go there, enjoy their organised selection and then after selecting the model either order online or ask one of the retailers (like Hakim optical) to purchase it for you.

Very helpful staff, gave great advice on eyecare and glasses maintenance. Friendly environment, not too busy! Decent selection. Recommended!
