We had a small dent the guys could barely see in th pics, but they totally showed me a small dent and reported it while dropping my washer and dryer off! Many would try to keep it quiet and sneak away before you see! He told me I could call in and claim the dent, and I may have a refund coming to me, even if it’s small it’s nice to know!
The guys were really nice and delivery was much sooner than I expected! They managed to squeeze me in today instead of tomorrow and they showed up fairly early!

Had a very nice British man, named Kevin, sell me a good TV for a great price. I was able to get extended warranty based on the low price too. I'm covered for the next 5 yrs. Good customer service and a good price makes my day. Thanks Kevin.

I went into Leon's Collingwood to purchase a bed frame and mattress.
I was greeted by Michael and he dealt with me to the very end of the sale.
He was very friendly and personable, I only deal with Beautyrest and he guided me to Tempurpedic who I have bought pillows and a mattress topper but never steered away from Beautyrest when buying a mattress. I was immediately surprised that I liked the Tempurpedic, Michael seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was picking the best mattress for my health.
I had to choose a payment plan and he guided me through the process easily, making sure that he went over each cost and that the monthly payments were attainable for my budget.
Michael is very friendly, personable, I never felt pressured to buy something that I truly didn't want or need.
I would highly recommend this store and will go back for future purchases when I need something. Make sure you ask for Michael when you enter the store!

Don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received at Leon’s Collingwood was beyond amazing. Dan Smith is the MAN. I was in the market for a new TV and didn’t really know where to start. Dan was very knowledgeable and helped me understand all the different features. He took his time to go through all the different models and was able to answer all my many questions above and beyond of what was expected. Could not have asked for better customer service! Will be coming back to Leon’s Collingwood when I need to upgrade my appliances in the near future!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I cannot say enough about the Leon's Collingwood team! I moved to the area and immediately needed some furnishings for my home. Their store manager (I believe it was Scott), immediately offered to help me with a bed frame purchase and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. He also answered my initial questions about a sofa set and (recognizing that I was in a hurry), invited me to come back during their next VIP event the following week. His approachability, pleasant demeanour and helpfulness are the reasons I decided to return.

When I did, I was introduced to Michael, who made the process of purchasing a Decor-Rest set easy and enjoyable! He was informative, helpful, patient and funny. He allowed me the time to ask questions, take home samples, ask more questions and ultimately make a decision that I felt extremely comfortable with. Never once did I feel rushed or silly for being indecisive or nervous about my choices. He even ensured that my little guy was occupied and having fun during our time there, so that I could focus on my purchase. (To this day, my son still asks if we can go back to Leon's!)

As it got down to choosing between two fabrics for one of my pieces, Morgan was also solicited to offer her opinion and took the time to help me make a decision that I am very happy with.

Moving to a new town is overwhelming enough, but I honestly felt like I was dealing with friends when making a decision to purchase my amazing Decor-Rest set! Michael even followed-up with a call to let me know when my furniture would arrive, and on the day of, I was able to track the delivery team so I could be present exactly when they arrived. The delivery team was also courteous, pleasant and helpful.

All around a very positive experience with Leon's Collingwood. Thank you for making a big purchase, a pleasant one.

I recently dove into the wild world of appliance shopping, thinking I was making a wise investment by splurging a hefty $2000 on a shiny new Whirlpool fridge. But here's the punchline – this fridge's performance is closer to a comedy act than a functional appliance. It's more interested in turning our groceries into room-temperature science experiments than in actually cooling them down. Thanks for nothing, fridge!

Fueled by frustration, I dialed up the Owen Sound Leon's location, hoping for a lifeline. The first round ended with me getting dumped – not by a significant other, mind you, but by a phone call. Refusing to let a mere disconnect crush my spirit, I called back, and this time I managed to convince someone to stay on the line. The outcome? A rollercoaster of emotions when I was told that the only way out of this fridge fiasco is to contact Whirlpool directly. Surprise, surprise!

So, I embarked on the epic quest of reaching the elusive Whirlpool customer service, braving an hour-long hold battle. The result of my valiant efforts? A promise – not a resolution, mind you – that a technician might just grace my doorstep after they're done pondering the meaning of life.

In a stunning plot twist, I've come to realize that the store's grand master plan is to evade accountability like a master escape artist. Their ingenious solution? Push me onto Whirlpool's turf, where the chances of getting an actual resolution are as likely as me finding a snowball in the Sahara.

A round of applause, please, for the unexpected challenge of managing my family's fridge needs without a functioning fridge, all thanks to this masterpiece of comedy and chaos. And to you, Owen Sound Leon's, for proving that a copy-and-paste response might as well be your only trick up the sleeve. Here's looking forward to that promised non-resolution, or should I say, the grand finale of this tragicomedy!

*Quick update* Since I left this review whirlpool, has confirmed they’re sending their own technician tomorrow. Also the store manager was also friendly once I got through to him and mentioned he would do what he could to help, gave me a tip on how to take it out of demo mode (which it wasn’t in) and train his staff better, but up until that point I was left to basically deal with a broken fridge on my own with the manufacturer. Aaaand my family of four is still dealing with a broken brand new fridge 5 days after the fact…

*Update 2* A Whirlpool representative came by and told us that the fridge is defective and cannot be repaired. Whirlpool is sending a fridge to Leons, which will be delivered to my house in 3-4 weeks time. In the meantime Leons has offered a $200 refund for the problems. They've also arranged to have a loaner fridge dropped off middle of next week and are trying to get it to us sooner. It would have been nice to get a loaner fridge sooner but at least this is getting better.

*Update 3* it’s now been over 5 weeks since our broken fridge was delivered. We were given a loaner apartment size fridge about 4.5 weeks ago. Grateful for that. Throughout this time I’ve received no updates. I sent an email to them a few days ago that got ignored. I followed up today over the phone and they said the fridge is out of stock and they still don’t have it… waiting for a resolution.

Michael and Charles and the entire team are a pleasure to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We are outfitting a rental unit and Michael has given us a lot of guidance with respect to durability, the best fabrics to choose and how to create a great experience for our guests. Charles was able to secure a couch and have it delivered to us in less than a week. It was supposed to take 3-4 weeks but he worked his magic to get it to us sooner so we can get the rental up and running. Thank you so much to the Collingwood team for a great experience overall.

We are local business owners who shop locally. We were loyal clients of MacDonalds in Meaford, but when they changed ownership, we switched our business to Leon’s in Collingwood
We have purchased a big screen TV, a top of the line washer/dryer and most recently a $1000 dishwasher.
The dishwasher has been problematic since we purchased it. We did purchase an extended warranty.
After 2 months of use, the sensor (always tricky) did not recognize the dishwasher door being closed. It had been a problem since day one. But worsened over time.
We reached out to Leon’s and were told it was under manufacturer warranty for the first year.
I reached out to Exectrolux who told me I needed a serial number. There was no sticker where they claimed there should been one. I checked my invoice from Leon’s, and nothing there.
We actually took our physical dishwasher to Leon’s so they could see we had no actual sticker on our dishwasher.
Their response was basically; not our problem!
Extremely disappointed.
We would never treat our customers with this level of apathy. We own a fairly large, local business. And we share customers. We used to refer people to Leon’s, but clearly that will cease.

We love Leon's in Collingwood are sales persons Amanda Avery was great she really knows a her appliances she took her time on showing us on how every thing works we purchased fridge stove washers and dryer and a microwave just like to said Thanks you Amanda we are sure to tell are friends about you. We are still waiting to get are pots and pans have been trying for over 3 weeks seem we can not get a answer. IFwhen.we are some frustrated

We just purchased a fridge from Leons in Collingwood. We were treated with respect from time we called in the morning until the moment we left the same day with a floor model fridge. We were in a tough spot when our fridge stopped working and needed replaced immediately. We called many stores and nobody had the size fridge in stock for immediate purchase that would fit into our space. After speaking with Dan Smith from Leons they agreed to sell us a floor model to help us out! Dan saved the day! Thanks again for treating us so well! Much appreciated!
