Hi! It was great experience having business with Leon’s Furniture. Kudos to Ms. Juliet Hadler who personally assisted us from choosing and closing of the sales all what we wanted to buy to our liking. She even go beyond expectations coordinating with the deliveries and keep on updating us what‘s going on with all our orders. She even made sure that the technicians, assemblers will definitely arrived on the said appointments. Thank you everyone. She did an excellent job going extra mile. Excellent customer service. Hello just want to thank Juliet Halder for her great customer service n respect, helping me to find the sectional that I wanted, n I was so lucky to have her as my sales rep for Leon’s furniture store on the danfofth, there wasn’t any sectional on the store, it was discontinued, n I really liked the sectional cause I was in the store couple months before, n I took the pic of the 2 pcs sectional color n price, so I told juliet n show her the pic n sku of the sectional, cause I wasn’t seeing it on the floor as display, then Juliet search for the sectional on the website n there it was n I was so lucky that I got the last one in the warehouse, n also the price was also discounted, so I got a great buy, thanks to Juliet Halder for taking her time effort n service for me, great service so far, now I am just waiting for the scotch guard n water proof then delivery can’t wait n I hope everything goes well with the delivery n scotch guarding, waiting on the date for delivery thank u so much juliet Halder god blessings keep up u good work

Felt welcoming in here! The team was amazing and kind. I remember meeting Juliet there and she was absolutely wonderful! She listened carefully to our detail requirements, gave us much helpful tips, and walked us through several excellent options in the store. We fell in love with Leon’s after meeting Juliet.

I had an extraordinary experience with Juliet at Leons. It was a challenging transfer sale/ purchase which means I was buying the items from Leons at Danforth while the items would be delivered to me in another location and from another store of the northern part of Ontario with a different time zone. The way Juliet maintained patience and became creative in finding resolutions for me by communicating with the other store and me at the same time was amazing. She understood what I was actually in need. I appreciate the team work Juliet and others did in the last minute prior to the closing of the store was also tremendous. My experience was great. Juliet was very helpful in guiding us to select what we came for, great customer service! The furniture had a good variety and was very well built and priced.

If there was zero stars I would give it. Terrible Terrible Customer service and very poor and unprofessional staff. I have purchased a Serta Prefect Sleeper Advanced Queen mattress from Leon's for $790.44 on March 9,2022. When I received the bed mattress it was fine no issues. After four months went by my mattress was sagging very uncomfortable and back pain for me to sleep in which makes no sense considering I only had it for 4 months. So, I decided to contact the Leon’s customer service to help my situation with this mattress. I was talking to one representative about the mattress. Before I purchased There was a 10-year warranty on the mattress and since I only had this mattress 4 months, I could at least get a warranty. The representative refused to help me and would not change my mattress and said I quote “unfortunately denied approval for exchange” EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS 10 YEAR MATTRESS WARRANTY. For anyone who is interested in buying mattress or any products ESPICALLY MATTRESS I recommend not to buy it on Leon's this location Please find a different store with nice customer service and willing to help you with any issues. I would definitely not recommend to buy from Leon's.

We bought a loveseat online and got cancelled without a reason. We called and asked but no one knew what happened. We went to Danforth shop and Juliet helped to check and we purchased it at the store successfully. Delivery service was good too.

Made us wait for 30 mins. Such a huge store with only 1 salesman on the floor. What made it worse was that the product was available online but they refused to order it for us. Total waste of time.

Went to get a dresser and a queen bed. Was surprised at the amazing service and help that I received. Special shout out to Ali for going out of his way and suggesting us the best deal and furniture.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service.
I bought a $1800 mattress that got very uncomfortable within just 2 months. I contacted the customer service and salesperson who recommended this to me to return it but they were so much uncooperative even though I had 200 nights guarantee. The salesperson said Leon’s can not take responsibility for the other brands’ poor quality, what the heck!
I would never ever recommend Leon’s to my friends. They are thugs!

Sanjay @leons on the danforth was amazing. He got me to purchase warranty and I'm happy he did because I got a brand new couch under warranty and will be coming back again.

We are good customers of Leons, at least we used to be, we find that they are more interested in selling insurance than their products. When we were ready to pay the price of the insurance package it suddenly changed to that of a higher price, totally unacceptable once the price has been set. Then they say they will honour the price but change the duration of the warranty. Do they not realize that there are many other stores selling the same product, very short sighted with regards to customers coming back to their store.

Juliet Halder, great friendly experienced sale Person, she will be highly recommend to others and I will only purchase from her from this location, love Leon's Funiture.

I had a really great experience at Leon's Danforth. They have a very helping staff and they delivered my order on time.

They could get a five star from me if their customer service desk staffs knew what they are doing. I am a customer of this place since 2013 and everytime it seemed to me that the customer service desk people are not confident. I like Leons Furnitures and if you want to buy something from here.look for Juliet. She is the best with her customer service and product knowledge.

I went to this location a month ago saw a couch i like, so Black friday on sale i went back met the same Sales Rep Nency and this time bought my couch. She made mistake ordered my 2 seats loveseat into 3 seats sofa, she was day dreaming at work indeed!
The most unacceptable is the courier they use are so dam rude, yes, not just one rude but both are rude! Made me more upset than the mistake the sales rep made. Courier put the couch in living room wanted to leave asap without unpack and not willing to do that either. I told them why so big and why not open so i can check. They did so then i found out was wrong size told back to bring it back. Oh my gosh they then so dam rude insisted i ordered this its 2 seats and its opened they cant take it back in their truck and accused me i yelled at them, that giant couch is at my living room i cant walk anywhere till they come to exchange! I need to wait for Leon to make decision.
Their courier do not see themselve is Leon! What the HELL are you then? Courier Cigo Tracker is the name! This is my feedback for survey. These 2 go find another job should be fired with causes!
Last they fled the scene as fast as they could without puting the 4 feets on the couch. Covid19 i really dont wanted any of them to ce in my house but once is ok now make it double or even tripple times for exchange and brought in right one. I needed to wipe amd disinfect the living room 3 TIMES so much uneccessary works for me. Disgusting! Wont go back to Leons again! Extremely DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER THOUGHT THIS IS leon

I want to share with you my shopping experiences. First of all I will start with the fact that I went into the store and most of the things I wanted was not available I wanted the furniture so quickly I moved to New apartment and had only a week.and they have the nicest seller I met she just turned worlds In order to get me a thing, the manager was also very nice. Usually when you enter the store, the sellers attack you, but Juliet made me feel good about my choices and went above and beyond to make me happy.
She gets 1000 stars from me for excellent service?

Leons danforth store is a great place to shop furniture in Toronto, very nice collection and sales person Ehan was very professional and knowledgeable. He has very good product knowledge. Highly recommended to shop here in leons

We recently purchased a Sectional Sofa @Leons Danforth Store but unfortunately we had to change our mind due to personal reasons and called Leon's to cancel the product, I would really appreciate and thank Mr. Sonnet Paul who works as a Customer Support Associate for being very polite, friendly and also helped us in convincing his manager to get the refund irrespective of the special order.

Terrible customer service! I have accent on English but front desk lady name with A *** she smiled and waching me in the face Very embarrassing. I'm very disappointed from sofas from staff from delivery. They lying for delivery date. They are wants just your money and nobody cares after. Menager Z.looking you on the face and lying to you. I had a good experience earlier in the year, bought a couch I like a lot, but the last two times the staff obviously didn't think I had money or something because they were borderline rude and certainly didn't make me want to spend any money there.
Just because a customer isn't dressed to the nines doesn't mean he's broke.

My husband and I recently purchased a dining set at Leon’s Danforth. Our agent, Sanjay Dam was most professional, courteous and respectful. He was aware of our needs and helped us with the appropriate purchase. The delivery was very streamlined and punctual. We would highly recommend Sanjay and the staff.

I bought a queen sized mattress and box spring at the 2872 Danforth Ave, ON M4C 1M1 location about 2 weeks ago. I was pretty impressed by the service provided by the frontline sales person, Erik Caparas.

I visited this store twice, first to check out the options at the store and the second visit to make the purchase. During both my visits Erik was very pleasant and helped me understand the varying types of mattresses. He was patient and candidly answered all my (numerous) questions. But what really impressed me the most was the thoughtful customer service he provided after the sale was made. The mattress that was delivered to me (from a different warehouse) was dirty and the packaging was ripped-off. When I reached out to Erik during the labour day weekend, he was immediately on my case and ensured I was provided an exchange in a timely fashion. He coordinated all the paper work for the exchange and even called warehouse to confirm the second delivery day/time.

Clearly, Erik C went above and beyond to rectify this mistake (even though this mishap was not of his doing). I was very impressed by the level of customer service he provided. Thank you, Erik!

I bought LG wash tower it’s so fantastic and very good deal from LEON’S furniture store for sure I am recommend this Landry machine for everybody by the way sales person Juliet she is fantastic person and very kind of person

Terrible customer service. Had to call 6 times before someone answered and no answer from emails. I won't be shopping at this location again.

Ordered a sectional couch in July. Was told we would be receiving the couch at the end of August.

Emailed customer service mid August asking the status of our delivery and what exact date we would get at the end of August. Through emailing them I had found out that PO delivery date changed to November, I called our sales rep (Sanjay) to ask what was going on and why he didn't provide us an update to this. He said he knew for a week but didn't provide an update until I myself had to send an email. - he didn't provide an answer.

The most useless customer service I have ever experienced. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

Went to the store as they had a sofabed I was interested in. Website said there was stock available. I even called to ask and they confirmed availability. Got to the store and they said that they only have the floor piece but stock is arriving next day. After unloading, it should take maximum till end of the following week to deliver. I asked several times what the maximum delay will be and the showroom staff ensured me that it would be next week and he would 100% call me the following day with an update. I paid and left. Once they got the money, they absolutely did not care. I got no call the next day or the following week. I had to call them a week later and they very rudely told me that the stock will come in the following month. Not a single apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience". Typical north american. Money minded only. Staff only wanted to make the sale and once he got the sale, he couldn't care less. My advice, pay a little more and go somwhere else!

I would of given 0 stars if it was possible. I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service in my life. Poor delivery they don’t even know when will they deliver to you. Don’t even trust the sales person they all are lairs from my experience I would advise people not to shop at Leon's.

Had requested a delivery for bed on move in date. The delivery was successful and the guys were very friendly. Very happy with the bed.

This Danforth location has the worst customer service ever. I've been a Leon's customer for more than 12 years. Never once experienced what I went through today. Went in to buy a Mattress and met with sales person with a name tag Ali S.long story short that man had no knowledge of the products he was promoting. False information led me to buy a mattresses. Once the transaction is done and my payment went through he gave me documents which I'm glad I took a second look at. It was not the same mattress that he sold me. I kept telling him I'm looking for a soft top mattress with a memory form for a pregnant lady. He convinced me that mattress was a soft top one, but clearly on the document it showed that infact the mattress is firmed. During the sale he was on the phone talking to some rather than focusing on my needs or concern about the product. I should've left the store then and there. Anyway Although I did get the refund back, I'm not recommending this Leon's location to anyone. Wasted good two hours of my time today. The man did not even had the decency to say Sorry. Super disappointed.

I always want to leave a positive review when I receive a positive experience, and this is no exception. There was a mix-up with our order between what was confirmed by the website and what was in stock at this particular Leon's location, and after speaking with the manager he was very understanding of the situation and helped resolve it respectfully and professionally. I spoke with a sale rep called Ehan who was very knowledgeable and very polite. He shared a very jovial experience which even made me make up my decision to get a warranty for my product. The customer service at this store was exceptional. The Sales Associate, Sanjay Dam, was extremely helpful in showing me around the store, giving recommendations and responding to all my questions. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The store also carries a great selection of good quality sofas. Overall the experience was a good one.

I was very happy with the service and how quick my furniture came I just have a small little problem with my couch it had a tear in it other than that everything else is good

Will not answer phone.
Did not call back when promised numerous times.
Small parts took over 9 months to get in.
Very stressfull and hard to keep composure when always ignored and no answers on parts.
Finally Manager offered instore credit and when we made another purchase we were told it wouldn't be honored, the Lady selling the TV said I had to go find a Manager and they were the same guys who would not deal with our missing cord or even call back after many many hours and days off spent on trying to get answers.
In the 9 months trying to get parts for the motion bed purchase.
They amazingly came up with the part after I offered the resolution of sending over a new bed free of charge like Amazon or the Reputable Companies would do!
When I called Head Office in Ontario to try to get Resolution the Lady was Rude and she Hung up 2 days in a Row.
All we wanted was someone from Ontario to ask the Edmonton manager to call us as he would not return any calls!
This store is expensive and would not deal with our missing parts even though we made many purchases.
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for us.

I was looking to buy a fridge and was helped by Sanjay at the Richmond Hill location (he also works at this location). He was such a great help. Very patient and understanding. I ended up switching the brand of fridge I wanted to buy and he made the whole process very easy. Answered all our questions and made sure we had all the right information. I bought 1 sectional sofa and 1 mattress. When I buy and talk the sales agent I told him about elevator time in the building which is available 2-5 pm. So delivery day comes and they came 8: 30 a.m in the morning. They called me and and I was just 15 mins away. They didn’t wait 15 mins. Nobody told me about early morning delivery time also they said “ delivery team will call you 1 day before about delivery time “ but nobody called me. Just they came random time and didn’t wait and gone. Never ever again! If you don’t have 15 min for customer why you guys doing this job? I waited in the store 45 mins for complete my order because your system did not work and now you don’t wait for 15 mins!

Sanjay provides superior and friendly service. Quick and easy transaction. Very knowledgeable with a wide range of products. Sanjay is a true ambassador of Leon’s!

Never never sign payment terms contract.
Leon's will trap u even if u want to pay early.all their devil deals are for them

My wife and I always shop at Leons. In 2003 we bought a sectional that lasted for 12 years and three kids. Twice in the 12 years we called up leons as the beading on the cushions had worn out. Both times they picked it up and returned it like new. I find that the service is good and the sales people (Juiet) remembers us and there is never any pressure. I really like the Danforth location.

Do not fall for their warranties, they are incredibly rude when thy find that you are calling regarding a claim and brush you off and provide minimal instructions. Their warranty company is no help, I had a slight tear in the leather look couch but instead of trying to fix it they marked it as not fixable when it is an easy fix and I can spend money to fix it myself but then why did I pay warranty? They have discontinued the couch I want replaced since they can't fix it so now my option is to spend more money to get something similar since the store credit I got is not enough. I got my couch on a decent sale but they refuse to give me something similar unless I spend more money here. Noooooo thank you! Would highly recommend against Leon and their warranty. Never shopping with them again.

I understand the policy very well but I do not appreciate the snub service I received when I called in about the store credit. Or that I have less than 30 days to use the store credit. A little compassion goes a long way:) and your snobby response to this review isn't going to make me speak to you or come in to give you further business either or change my opinion or review.

Worst experience and unprofessional service. I bought 2 mattresses at Danforth location, I asked specifically the sales associate if I'll get an exchange and he said yes. I unpacked only one mattress and it is not the same quality as the one displayed in their store. It is an firm mattress and I never had the intention to buy one, but again the sales associate was not honest. I went back to the store next day and asked for an exchange, they said I cannot. Also there is a big hole in the mattress from the manufacturing. I asked to speak with the manager or be called back by manager.and off course.no manager called me back. This is the worst customer service. Once they got your money.the quality and service.not there. But I won't stop here.

Went looking for a couch and a mattress and were happy with what we purchased. The quality of the furniture was quite good. Sanjay was quite helpful and helped us find the right fit. He gave us enough time to think and relevant information to help us decide without being too pushy.

In Toronto, our family went to the Danforth and Main store looking for ideas.several years ago. We didn't expect to meet a sales person as pleasant, knowledgeable, hard working and honest as Juliet is.since then, we've returned several times to buy new sofas, chairs, mattresses, bed frames, accessories and electronics and rugs from this location because of her quality service.in fact, our home is starting to look like a Leon's showcase. Juliet listens to your needs, connects you with the right purchase, looks out not just for one sale but for a customer relationship.and is the best in Toronto. Looking for furniture - and a good sale - go to Juliet at Leon's at Danforth and Main.

Took my mom (86 years young) here (Danforth Ave) and dealt with the salesperson, Summer.
Summer was fantastic. She took the time to make sure my mom received all the details she needed to make sure she purchased the fridge that would work for her.
