I had the best experience on Saturday January 06,2024. I had made the mistake of going to a local competitor prior to stopping in because of an amazing sale that was on. I learned once again that cheapest price is never the best product or experience.
I went into Leons appliance section and was greeted by Renee M within seconds. Awesome service right away. She asked what I needed, patiently waited for me to send pics to my husband, checked the competitors pricing to see if a lower price could be found on the item. Explained that this washer and dryer were a higher model and nicer colour. Explained the extended warranty thoroughly. Checked delivery date and set it up. I paid and was out the door in 20 minutes. Renee is truly an amazing sales person and I greatly appreciate her professionalism. I will be back. Thanks again Renee.
*****Edit**** the two delivery guys were the best! They were ahead of schedule, happy and very nice and professional. My laundry unit was super heavy and they were able to move it in. No muss no fuss! Great job Leons!

We were going to spend probably around 4-5k here. But because the guy on the phone today, couldn't allow us delivery within a 8am to 2pm slot, that's "6 weeks away". We're going to give our money elsewhere! Sad! Lost business $$$

Lisa was like a fun mom or aunt who helped us out without being overbearing. She checked in as we browsed and gave us time with no pressure. We ended up purchasing a sofa and love seat at a great price with free delivery.

We can’t speak to delivery yet as we are a month away - will update my review accordingly if there are any major delays or issues.

Update: Delivery was fine on August 4th. However, getting the price match/refund was unreal. I called to price match on July 21st, then called a week later to follow up. They said it takes a few days. I pointed out it had been over a week and they said they'd call me back the next day and never did. Then I called multiple times after that for an update. I had to call them about 5 times, then they told me no refund would be issued.because they were looking at the wrong order. Finally they had the correct order and we got our refund.

We were told that our furniture would be sprayed the week after delivery and it cost about $200. The company reached out and told me 6 weeks (September 16th) was the earliest they could do. Leon's manager followed up and told me they could do August 16th earliest. We have pets and children around so.we can't wait that long. Now I have to keep calling to follow up on that refund, which they said they had the wrong card number and couldn't issue. Hopefully we get that refund soon for that. Couches delivered August 4th and it's not settled as of August 14th.

So.furniture, mattress and box spring was good. Just a lot of follow up to get their price match if you want it. I don't recommend the spraying unless you don't want to use your couches for weeks.

My sister-in-law and I were shopping at Leon’s for her new retirement suite. She purchased a bed snd a beautiful Italian leather love seat. Leo was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in directing us and assisting us. The store is well lit making it easy to view colour of furniture better.

Purchased a refrigerator and range for my mother from sales associate Leo Gens and had the best experience! Leo was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very patient. He followed up to ensure all went smoothly. Highly recommend Leo! The delivery was made by Steve and Patrick and they are also exceptional! They were very professional, patient and quickly solved the problems encountered with the small doorways. Overall great experience as a result of these 3 individuals! My husband and I recently visited Leon's after travelling all over Windsor to each of the furniture stores. We were looking for a new sectional and a coffee table. Leon's had the best selection, a great "save the tax" offer, and while we were there we were greeted and helped by Lisa B. Lisa was very helpful without being overbearing, she gave us ample time to browse and was available whenever we had questions. Lisa made our buying experience a breeze, we'd highly recommend visiting Lisa at Leon's if you have any furniture needs!

My wife and I just dropped into Leon’s Furniture to look at furnishing our home with a few items. It has been awhile since we’ve been out shopping for an anything like this. I personally am not a fan of shopping for things in furniture stores because I usually find sales agents somewhat pushy and as much as I kind of hate to write this here, sometimes I don’t find them very knowledgeable which makes purchasing a item that you’re hoping to have in your home for years really tough.

Upon entering Leon’s we met a sales woman named “Hiam Najjar” who kindly guided us through our sales experience. Her approach was with just enough mix of funny and kindness that she made both of us feel like we’ve been friends for sometime. I know that this may sound like a line but let me say that she did indeed made us feel very, very comfortable. Not only did we find her to be very knowledgeable on all of the products lines that we looked at but more importantly to us, we LOVED the fact that she actually didn’t try to up-sell us on each product that we looked at. In some cases she helped us confirm that a higher priced product wasn’t necessary for us.

As we left the store discussing how good of an experience it was for us, we both felt it imperative to write a review about this store because people need to know things like this. If we had to describe Hiam in two words those words would be “loyal” & “honesty”. We would easily ask for her again. The rating scale above is for only 5 stars but if we could change that rating scale we’d easily say 11 stars. Because both Hiam and her manager (Gary) went above and beyond to make us happy. And how can you go wrong with that!

Don't lose your money and time for a bad quality place. When I went to the branch, the CS are not willing to help just asking about the warranty. If more than a year no one will be helping you. Throw your furniture in the garabage. It's a piece of furniture not an electronic device. Furniture are made to be lasting long not to be damaged in a year time. And CS will make you feel like you worth nothing.

I bought a queen size Kingstown mattress one year ago and it sag on two sides 1inch and 7/8 the warranty said if it's grater than 1.5 inch they will peplace it. Both Leon's and Kingstown do not want to honor the warranty. I spent 1700.00 for a peace of junk.

Have veen here 3 times in last 2 months to check for Dining table, Sofa etc. All the times they said waiting time was atleast 3 months. All the times I went to Ashley and Teppermans and they gave delivery within a week! Skip Leon's and Bricks and look for other stores as MOST of the things are simply OUT OF STOCK! And the 'easily recognisable' old lady executive was not happy when I asked about options of Dining table. I won't return to Leons. Waste of time.

157 days and counting since I bought a dining room set and still no dining chairs. Table was delivered in late November 2021 only after I called for an update. I received a call a couple days from someone from Leons that could barely speak English giving me the standard covid delay excuse (funny, the same manufacturer that delivered the table, never sent the chars). No offer of compensation, no offer of temporary chairs etc. Nothing. When I purchased the set I paid up front and was told to expect delivery of everything by Christmas and New Years. It's now the middle of February. Do not shop here unless the item you want is in stock because they will forget about you once your order is made and they take payment.

My review will go by the only staff that helped me, and Unfortunately the sale rep.that helped did not make me feel welcome and excited to buy furniture from here. If anyone is looking for a better spot to shop for furniture in Windsor, definitely have a look at Tepperman’s. You’ll for sure have a much better experience.

I have ordered a table since September and until now I haven't received it, I asked them six times about when I will receive it they don't have an answer to my question everytime they say that they don't know when I will receive my order.

Steve and Wayne did an exceptional job delivering our furniture. We just painted the interior of the house and they were very careful not to damage the house or the furniture. Very courteous and polite. They used rugs and runners as to not walk on the carpet. Could not have better delivery personnel. 10 stars.

Waited 6 months for our couch, and it was the wrong color and size (had to order through our warranty during lockdown!) And now having a hard time exchanging it even though I was told I would be able to! Don't bother with the warranties.they force you to make quick decisions and then take their time getting it to you! Great customer service when your looking to buy but terrible service once they get your money

Ordered a sofa online. Took almost 3 months to be delivered and it was scratched. Then was promised a replacement but given no expected delivery date. We ended up unhappy with the couch that they were replacing so i ordered a different sofa and loveseat set instead and cancelled the replacement. Was given a delivery date of 2 wks later. Manager called me the next morning to inform me i would only be getting the sofa as the loveseat will take another 2 months! Will never go back!

I recently purchased a television from Leon's Furniture in Windsor, ON. This TV was going in my living room for everyone to enjoy. After unboxing my new Sharp TV, I plugged it in and received a lemon. There was a quality/electrical issue with the screen. After speaking with customer service I found out that there was only a 72 hour window to return the television, and that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly. The customer service representative from Sharp-Hisense informed me that someone would get back to me in 24 hrs. After a follow up 4 days later I still had received no communication, another email follow up was sent 2 days after that, has now gone unresponded.

I decided to take my losses after 2 weeks. I chose to go to Best Buy on Walker Road in Windsor, I was greeted by not 1 but 2 wonderful sales representatives. I explained my situation with their competitor, they went over their return policy in detail - 30 day open box policy. Mind you I had bought another TV from Best Buy just two weeks prior that I wasn’t as happy with as I wanted to be, I ended up returning that TV the same day no questions asked or having to go through any lengthy process! Because of their customer service I purchased two new TV’s and a few other items I needed for my new home.

The lesson here is always know who you are buying from. Make sure you look into the return policies so if you do have to make a return you are going to be taken care of. I want to thank the wonderful people at Best Buy on Walker Road for making my experience so amazing

Wow Eryn the store manager of this location. AMAZING customer service. My Danby stove caught fire internally and nearly burned the kitchen to the ground. Danby shut their customer lines during COVID and she was able to ensure they were contacted and will follow up with me in a day to make sure they have. Please recognize her corporately this was excellent professionalism. John as well - not making me repeat the incident twice and bringing me to Eryn - very professional. Thank you

Super easy to get furniture, even during the lockdown. You can call in, and they have lots of items available to choose from. Terry is fantastic to work with, and Jon makes sure everything goes off smooth, Thankyou again Leons ; loving my new sectional and mattress.
Overall; very satisfied and will shop there again.

Leon's was great! We needed a new couch and coffee table. Ali was a fantaastic salesman. We ended up getting a couch, coffee table AND a new tv for the same price as what a comparable couch was at Tepperman's. Plus, free delivery to Essex, a lower processing fee, cheaper warranty on the power couch (and a nicer one too).

Always have a great experience with the staff at the Windsor location, especially Natalie, who goes above and beyond, and never makes us feel like we are a bother to adjust a price or call with a question. She is an asset to the team and makes us return shoppers!

Extremely disappointed with this store. Firstly I was told that my sectional would arrive on December 17th in time for the Christmas holiday. It was only when I called to confirm delivery on December 14th that I was told the item was in BC and they had no idea when it was gong to be shipped. I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic but a little communication would have been good, that way I could have opted to cancel my order and gone elsewhere. I was subsequently asked to return to the store to select a different item. I returned the next day and spoke with the Sales Manager who informed me that they did not have ANY sectionals in stock! He apologized for the inconvenience and promised that once the item arrived he would arrange an in-store credit. The sectional finally arrived at the end of January when I contacted the store to discuss the instore credit. I emailed and called several times leaving messages for the Sales Manager, who has not returned any of my calls. Leon's clear lack of customer care means that I will not be ordering from them again and will have no hesitation in deterring family and friends from doing the same. Thanks Leon's.way to go!

Erin - You have clearly been misinformed of the facts relating to my purchase. Allow me to correct you:

1. I was categorically NOT told at the time of purchase that my sectional was not in stock. FACT: In November when I purchased the sectional, I was informed it would be delivered on December 17th as Leon's deliver to the Belle River area on Thursdays and that was the next available date (I didn't dream that, that was exactly what I was told)!
2. There were NO other sectionals on the floor, in the same price range, in stock to choose from!
3. There was absolutely NO telephone conversation with your Sales Manager where he offered me a credit! FACT: He emailed me on Jan 18th and offered me $150 in store credit which I declined due to the fact that when I was in the store on December 15th, the sales associate offered me a $200 instore credit, subsequently your manager advised me at that time to wait and see when the sectional actually arrived and then an instore credit could be discussed! Hence my follow up emails and calls that went unanswered!
4. Your allegation that I "hung up the phone on him" is Unequivocally INCORRECT! There was NO telephone conversation and I do not appreciate your deceitful comment!

Clearly, your understanding of the actual events are misconstrued, I would suggest before responding to a disappointed review in future, you do a little research into the facts!

Your response only serves to reaffirm my belief that Leon's has zero interest in providing good Customer Care! Furthermore, I have absolutely no intention of contacting you to discuss this further!

Bought appliances here almost 2 months ago. I was told the dishwasher would be delivered in a week, the stove 3 weeks top and the fridge 4 weeks at most. I have not received anything. I bought these bc my appliances were on their last leg. Had i not been LIED to when purchasing them id have taken my business elsewhere that couldve delivered earlier or atleast within the time frame i was given. I have called to find out my delivery status and am always told "we dont know when itll come" and "you can always cancel your order" Great cutomer service Leons smh
On the plus side, the store was clean, there was lots of selection on the floor (next to nothing in stock for appliances) and they had a great Black Friday sale. The salesman was really nice but didnt know much about what i was looking for and wasnt very helpful, so do your research beforehand. If you need your purchases ASAP, this is not the place to purchase from! 2 months and still waiting is NOT acceptable customer service imo.

Bought a stove months ago finally got it and installed it and cooked my first meal on Christmas in it after a long renovation. We will up to a gas leak in our house. The gas company came and said it wasn’t a problem with the hookup it was the stove that was broken. Leon’s does not have a return policy for appliances. I should have read the small print. My fault. But not in my wildest dreams would I think if you got a broken stove delivered to your house on day one, they wouldn’t replace it or at least try to solve the problem. Leon’s sells stuff and washes their hands of it. I am extremely disappointed and feel sick that I spent close to 9000 dollars on appliance with return policy. NEVER AGAIN!

If I can give leon's on 700 Division Rd, Windsor, ON N8X 0A7 a rating of 0 stars I would. I recently bought Two couches from this store and bought the Diamond protection package on one of them. I was told that it would be sprayed with a solution to protect the furniture from any damage. I requested that this be done in store. On the day of the delivery because the action of one honest man that work at Leons Delivery team, I was informed the couch was not sprayed. I called the store multiple times and was told that they would have someone call me today to schedule an appointment to have someone come to my house and spray it. I have still not been able to speak with the so-called warehouse manager. The customer services employees and the supervisor which at this time I cannot recall where both extremely indifferent to their own mistake. I wanted it sprayed at the warehouse because I want to minimize people coming to my place due to the reason, I have high risk seniors living here. This is the first and last time I buy anything from this store that does honor or even fulfill its end of the deal. All I am asking for is to get what I paid for. If someone at corporates reads this you need have someone come and review the practices and lack of customer service your store in Windsor is offering.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a bedroom set in late September and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It was finally delivered in December, over 10 weeks later. I can understand that, we're in a pandemic and things are delayed. What I can't understand is why the product was delivered to me completely damaged to the point it's unusable both inside and out - the box was caved in and someone had taped it, presumably thinking this would solve the problem? When I called the store to report the problem I was told it would be on back order and they had no idea when a replacement piece would be delivered because they apparently have no communication with their suppliers. So now I have a damaged king-sized bedframe just sitting in my living room for who knows how long. Two days? Two years? No idea. Absolutely horrible customer service. Save your time and money.
