I bought a bed frame and mattress from here. I had a great experience. I came back after a year and a half for the original invoice and Masoom tried her best to get it for me which was incredibly difficult given the time from the original purchase. She is very friendly and professional. I would recommend any to come see her if they need help.

We bought a sofa, it is supposed to be treated with sofa protection, but we find it not treated. So, is it our job to call and arrange with the protection company? Why nobody told us about what should we do, so when I called the branch a lady answered why you waited so long to call us! What A profesional answer!

Is there something wrong on the store? I canceled my order because it delayed three months and no message on how long it will be available. After canceled the order I couldn’t get my money back. I contact through online chat and they said the store has not changed the status of the order. I sent email to the store several times and no response. I tried to call the store and no one picked up the phone and the message box was full that I even can’t leave message. I can’t understand how the business Is running.

Save yourself from misery, agony and frustration by not buying any furniture from this dreadful store. We ordered a sofa in early-July 2021; as it was labelled as "Special Order", the store provided us 16 weeks of lead time on that. It's been 20 weeks and still haven't received the item. They tried to be too polite and called us twice to give "expected" delivery timeline; however, they missed both timelines miserably. In October-2021, they said we would get the sofa in early November; however, when we called in November 2021, they are saying the sofa will arrive in January-2022. It's been almost 5 months and we haven't received our sofa.
They label our product as a "Special Order" but when we did a small survey, we found out that ~80% of their products are labelled as special order. I don't understand why they are selling these products in their shop if they can't promise a realistic delivery date of the product.
I would pay a little bit more to the local Canadian furniture stores rather buying from this store.

A purchase was made in this store 10 Sept 2021, after delivery a breakdown was found on the TV cabinet and a dirty spot on the armchair, called the service several times, wrote email and attachment photos, as a result a specialist came, said everything will be fixed, since then 3 months have passed and nothing has been done, it is not possible to get through to the customer service, I am very upset with such a service and I regret that I made a purchase in this store. The main thing for the store is to get money, and it does not matter that they gave the buyer a bad product.

Good Variety of Furniture, I like it very much. But I suggest do not buy any furniture insurance from them, it is waste of money. They don’t take care of your furniture has any problems after couple of years, they say they cover upto 5 years but they won’t. Simply they will tell some reasons, for me they dint fix my sofa issues.

I recently bought bedroom set from Leon’s & it was refreshingly good experience. There was no pressure from sales folks. No one following around and letting us browse through their collection. Prices and discounts where straightforward and didn’t need to haggle with sales rep.
Waheeda was our sales agent who helped us pick furniture that suit my family needs. She was honest and didn’t push to buy right there and then.

Ahmad was super helpful. We visited Leon’s twice this month and both the times, he was proactively suggesting us the best options without being pushy. When the system was down, he thought out of the box to help us make payments for the beautiful sofa pillows we picked from the Heartland Location store. The store is good but we were really pleased with the efforts this employee made to help the customers in the best possible pay.

Poor Quality and Lack of credibility:

I bought all home furniture from Leon's and two sets of living room furniture, one leather and the other one is fabric, and at that time they convinced us to take an extra warranty on the leather and colour that they would not be affected against about 2000$ as an extra warranty.but both of them have damaged after 3 years. We presented a complaint more than 3 times during18 months, but the issue has not been resolved so far and they sent me a Quality control inspector twice but in each time, he says: "It won't be repaired.need to replace it". There are only about 4 months left from the warranty, but we did not take advantage of this warranty.even so, they haven't take any action yet. They're waiting for the warranty to end.

DON'T TRUST THEM.

Floor full of sales reps and was not greeted by a single one. Stood for a long time and had to stare and then ask for the sales person staring at me to assist us. Unimpressed. Would not spend my hard earned dollars at this location.

I Bought bedroom set and fire place few months before. I happen to meet sales person Mr. Azhar Amin. He is wonderful, lot of patience, helping person. He explained everything such a way that I could not resist myself buying my requirements from Leon's. Great person and great sales person. If i could give zero stars, I would. I strongly suggest buying from elsewhere. Avoid Leon’s if you can. It was my first and LAST time buying furniture from Leon’s. The sales team comes on very strong, and act friendly and caring towards your needs but obviously they’re running after sales. Once you purchase you furniture they no longer care about you.

The bedroom dresser arrived damaged upon unboxing. I had to call the customer service. They said they would call me back to me at the end of the but never did. This went on for 2 days before they offered to replace the dresser.

One and a half weeks later, the delivery team arrived with a new dresser, which I unpackaged and noticed was also damaged. I sent the dresser back and contacted customer service again. I had to call multiple times again to get to a resolution. Each time I called, they would respond by saying that they were looking into the matter and would call me back by the end of the day after asking their manager - but never called me back. I called every morning for 3 days before I finally asked to speak to the manger. The manager offered to replace the dresser for a new one but said it would take an extra 2 weeks.

So I waited 2 weeks (took time off work for this delivery because I really need the dresser at this point), finally on delivery day when the delivery team arrived at my place, I missed their call because I was in the washroom. I called them back but they said they could not come back once a delivery was missed. I called customer service again and they said that the next delivery truck would go out at 5PM the same day - but they had to wait to confirm with the delivery team. I called back the same day and a different customer service lady told me that there were no more deliveries going out that day and the truck for Saturday deliveries was full, but the next possible delivery would be Monday. I agreed for Monday. 4 hours later the lady calls me back and says that don’t do exchanges on Mondays and would have to reschedule for another day.

I asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and didn’t believe me when I told him that his customer service agents informed me about the delivery at 5PM and the delivery on Monday, saying they were experienced and did not say that. Why would I lie about being misinformed? !
He was unhelpful and didn’t even provide me with a proper resolution or even prioritize my order - but instead delayed the delivery one more week. Its been 6 weeks since I purchased the dresser and I still don’t have it. For the past 6 weeks the contents of my dresser have been sitting out in the open in my room.

This whole experience has been horrible and frustrating for me. I wish I never went to Leons to begin with. They call themselves the “best" but they don’t know how to satisfy and look after their clients.

Leon gave us a good experience of buying living room furniture. Especially the help and advice given by the Sales Associate Syeda Hasanain gave us good insight into what will suit our house and our budget.
Please look for her to get advice on furnitures at Leon’s.

*EDIT* I got a call from Leons that the GC was issued on 24th and mailed and shall be received within a week or 2.

I updated the score to 4 stars as it seems its getting resolved, however 1 star for the bad follow up and customer service I faced. Sales folks should take full accountability and responsibility of teh after sales process too.like gift card, warranty etc etc.

Usually its seller who do follow up with customer regarding order confirmation, or to confirm sales or delivery etc etc.however at Leons Britannia's location, its other way around. Its customer who will follow up for order confirmation, delivery, Out of stock product etc etc.

I was promised a GC for $150 mailed within 7-10 working days after delivery and its been 20 days already and no Mail from Leons yest. I called the store and they just transfer and dont even tell you where they have transferred.its a loop you get into.

Now i am getting news that my GC was used in bill adjustments whereas i already paid everything in full price at the time of billing.

Dont know how the upper management let folks run this place like a circus.

If my GC issue is not sorted out by tomorrow, I am planning to write a strong feedback to Mike Walsh.
