Sales Associate Nick Biamonte very friendly and helpful. There should be more people like Nick.

The sales guy greeted us when we came in. We said we were just looking. He proceeded to follow us throughout the store. We went to NOTL Leons instead when we left.

Service department is the worst to deal with. Has taken many phone calls to them to have an issue with a defective chair resolved. Reported the same problem time and time again. The rep.stated that they would have to discuss it with the manager and promised a call back. Call backs have never come. I also called and asked to speak to the manager directly, was put on hold then told the manager would call me back! Still waiting. Will never purchase from them again!

I saw an item posted from Leon’s and when I tapped on the item it brings me to the catalogue. No name of the item, description, item number or any way of identifying this item?
While on the phone, It was as if he couldn't wait for me to end the conversation without making any effort to make me feel valued as a customer.
In addition to the lack of professionalism his product knowledge and customer service skills were sorely lacking. He displayed no willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It was evident that he wasn't interested in providing a positive experience.
So I called the store and asked for their help and all they would suggest is for me to come to the store and show them the picture. A inconsiderate suggestion as I’m on the other side of town and it might not even be an item they carry in store. It could be a waste of time and gas if it’s an online item only.
Not helpful and tried to tell me they don’t accept emails as I suggested sending a picture to a sales associate to look at but he gave me this story that they only have landlines in the building? I guess they are not updated and have no computers in the store?

We have to say a big thanks to Brevin and Jerome! We were completely impressed with the amazing service and helpfulness. Their friendly, respectful, and calm demeanour made our purchase a fun and happy experience! They went well above and beyond to ensure we received the best deal possible. We were extremely happy with our experience at this location and will return for future purchases.

Dan Parsons was the sales rep for my purchase. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. He took the time necessary to answer my many questions, and in this case, his patience was a virtue! During the final sale, all transactions were handled smoothly and efficiently. Dan will definitely be my Leon's go-to guy for my future shopping requirements.

Brevin is the best Leon’s employee in the whole world I could only give him a 5 star review but if I could give him a 10 star review I would pice out homie

I recently came in just browsing, not too sure what I wanted and Chris was awesome! Super friendly and helpful and answered any and all questions I had. I didn't buy anything this visit but i will definitely be back to this Leon's.

Josh expedited delivery of our stove and French door refrigerator during a time of no stock and many back orders. The delivery men were friendly, polite and careful with delivery and removal of our stove. The refrigerator comes next week.

Dealt with Patrick to buy a table/chairs.he was helpful and not pushy. Highly recommended!

Today my husband Jesse and I purchased a washer and dryer combo with Patrick Kirby! Amazing customer service, highly recommend and was very informative, can’t wait for them to come in!

We dealt with Patrick Kirby on Saturday Dec 3rd to purchase our sectional sofa and two side chairs. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly deal with Pat again for future furniture/appliance needs.

Sofa was delivered but legs for chaise is missing. I had to visit Leon’s and gave me a used legs and promised to call us for new ones. It’s been more than 5 months now and no word from them. Also, the sofa ia not comfortable.

We had a fantastic experience yesterday at Leon's. We came in after seeing the Save The Tax commercial looking for a new mattress. We were greeted by Dan who helped us find a model that suited our needs. He was very thorough and knew every mattress in the store and it's features. He's been there for years and the knowledge shows! After we made our purchase, I casually mentioned that our couch from the living room set We bought here last year had two broken legs (design flaw, not Leons' fault on that one), and he was kind enough to take us to customer service where we were helped by two fantastic ladies - they helped us locate some replacement legs. We had tried everywhere to find furniture legs so this was a big help and super appreciated. I have been a customer of Leon's for years, and yesterday is just another reason why!

Nick Biamonte was amazing! Great service, super professional and got us a rock bottom discount.

Nick was fantastic. He immediately helped us both times we've came in and found us an amazing table.

I wish I could take back the decision that I made 3 months ago to purchase appliances from this Welland branch of Leon's. Then I could have save myself months of hassle to deal with their customer service and their manager George.

-Followup-: After more than 40 days of frustration of no washing machine, finally I got my replacement washing machine on June 10. Now everyday I pray for the washing machine: Dont Breaking My Heart. I Don't Think I Can Take It Anymore.

Terrible customer service. Delivery procedures are frustrating and unprofessional. Waiting for a warranty replacement for our broken sectional that was ordered in November 2021. Delivery day scheduled for Saturday. Missed a call from the store at 10: 07 am (no message left) called the store back at 10: 25am and was told the delivery is scheduled for between 12: 30pm and 3: 30pm. Wait at home all day and finally call at 3: 35pm. The warehouse manager says the truck broke down and all deliveries were cancelled and he tried to call but there was no answer (apparently you only get 1 chance to answer to tell you your delivery is cancelled) Store manager no help either. It is a shame, we have purchased multiple couches/sectionals, tv's, appliances from Leon's in the past, but I will NEVER buy from Leon's again

My husband and I needed to purchase kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and a new TV. Nick was such a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to every detail we had communicated and was transparent about his knowledge of each product. We felt at ease and comfortable working with him. He displayed immense care and concern for us and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. If you a want 5-star experience, request Nick! I will continue to use Leon’s for all of our furniture needs. We especially look forward to working with Nick in the future!

Had a great experience with the team at Leons in welland. If you need help or have any questions ask for Thomas, not pushy, very honest with delivery times and was able to make sure the move into our new house was seamless.

Incredible shopping experience, because of a salesman named Josh. Unmatched knowledge, coupled with no-pressure sales, meant my family could browse with ease knowing that Josh had our best interests at heart. Recently, I shopped at Leon's but went in with some hesitation because it is not a furniture store I frequent. To my surprise, I was met with a very helpful staff member by the name of Cameron. Another salesman by the name of Mark was a kind gentleman, great help as well. I felt compelled to write a review commending the honest and knowledgeable information he had given and thank you for the products that he sold me. If all your staff were like Cameron, I would easily make Leon's my number one furniture store. 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

I walked in to the store at 11: 05 this morning. Knowing exactly what I was after, I was prepared. I don't think Roweena was that early in the day, but she was wonderful, and I would go back to the store strictly to deal with her. I went in to find a chair just an accent chair and the gentleman that was helping me was wonderful! Had a great smile and dressed well. I had to ask him how old he was because he seemed so mature. I actually didn't find what I was looking for and I felt bad as I wouldnt want to waste anyones time but I felt I could help by saying if you are interested in a wellmannered not pushy young fella go see Cameron Mills! He will help you out I am sure he has a bright future in sales ahead!

We initially went to the furniture store in Seaway Mall.big mistake.it cost us 1300 for a sofa we could not use.and one they would not take back or exchange.ended up giving it away. Went to Leons and it was the difference between night and day. Salesperson Rowena was fantastic, we didn't hesitate to purchase a sofa on our first visit. Sue in the office price matched the new couch we ordered a week later to save us an additional 100 dollars and was even able to move up the delivery date. Incredible customer service. I won't shop anywhere else now. Kuddos Leon's.

The manager needs a customer service course and another very intensive course on how to know how to sell without having an attitude of superiority.he's arrogant and pathetic. Today, me and my wife went to the store to buy all the furniture for our New home, but for his arrogance this store lose a big purchase!

Cameron was extremely helpful and helped me buy a brand new mattress. Could tell it was very busy but Cameron handled it incredibly well and was very patient with me. Highly recommend

Do not purchase anything from Leon's and do not bother paying for their extended warranty I have been 4 weeks without a refrigerator. I paid for my extended warranty I jump through every hoop that there are 3 different people you have to go through to even get your warranty is rwanti and I have literally been without a fridge for 4 weeks and the issues still not resolved. I am utterly disgusted with the service from Leon's, and with the service from their warranty people it's disgusting.

Jeff Ballin is an awesome salesperson. Great mix of professionalism and personable. Also just had a refrigerator delivered and the delivery people were fantastic!

I was not too impressed with Leon's. First was the sales manager telling me 4 times that he was doing me a favor by having the delivery guys remove my old couch when they delivered the new one. He kept saying how this isn't something they normally do but because he was their "friend", they would do it for him. Second, I took the protective coating offer they have on couches. What they don't tell you is that they actually do this AFTER they deliver your furniture, which means a tech has to come to your house and do it. This is another appointment and more time out of your schedule to accommodate. If they would have told me this I never would have taken that option; hence that's why they don't tell you. This is real grease-ball sales tactics. Live and learn and I have just learned. 3rd? The delivery guys were in a real hurry and there was quite a few extra screws available after they set everything up. One of the legs was crooked and I have to do some heavy lifting to see where other things need adjusting. I will use another store as I have more purchases to make, but I think I can safely say that Leon's left a sour taste.

I totally enjoy making purchase at Leons Welland, it feels like a little store yet it is big. It feels so simply because they have a very good customer service personnel.
Our experience particularly with Thomas is amazing. He makes you feel at home in such a big environment.

An employee came up to me with a mask in her hand and without saying a word handed me the mask. I replied "no thank you". She tried to hand it to me 3 times and all 3 times i repeated no thank you. She then stomped away yelling about a sign at the door. Had she checked at the front desk I gave my contact information to them. I was shopping for a livingroom chair but no one approached me after witnessing the confrontation I was having with an employee. DID NOT BUY MY CHAIR THERE!

***Edited - after I posted this the manager of this location contacted me and had the issue rectified within a week.

Deplorable customer service. We purchased a fridge from them in June which was delivered damaged and stopped working within a month. We had a warranty so we thought a repair or replacement would be an easy fix. NOT with Leon's. We've been getting the run around for almost a month. Still no fridge and they keep displacing responsibility. Don't bother with warranties as they don't honor them. We purchase a lot of appliances for our rental properties and we will never buy through Leon's again.

Leon’s delivered my fridge in the time window that was promised. Nick and James were courteous and efficient. They went above and beyond. Leon’s has 2 great ambassadors of they’re company working for them.

We ordered our couch 4 MONTHS ago and still only have half of it. (And the half we did get took nearly 3 months) We’ve tried to be patient. When we ordered it we were told a max of 8-10 weeks. I understand that manufacturers were closed due to COVID 19 but this is insane. Leon’s should not be taking orders for items that they have absolutely no idea when they will come in. We’ve been offered zero compensation for our ridiculous wait. We’re first time home owners that need a lot of furniture in the near future, none of which will be purchased from Leon’s.

If you get the right sales person it will be a great experience. Ask for Jeffery B.and he'll take good care of you.

Yesterday our Leon's Representative Thomas helped us with the purchase of a three piece sofa set. He was very courteous and helpful. He did not push us while we took the time to look around. This is the type of Customer Service we appreciate and which draws us back to the store. In our opinion, he should be the Role Model for other CSR's. We have written negative reviews for improvements for various companies however, it is important that this message be communicated to him to encourage good customer service.

Went here with my mother to help order her a new wall oven. We had Thomas (Joshua) help us. He walked her through her purchase, delivery details and the protection plan. When she called the store again, he was nice enough to tell her about the new special, and she was able to save more money. Would recommend him to other people.

My sister Grace just posted a review, however since we both made the purchase; I need to put in my voice as well. First of all "EVERYTHING" is better in Welland. We bought beds and other things several times at the NOTL Leon's and customer service and knowledge is definitely lacking there. Not a good experience. Yesterday, at the Leon's in Welland, when we bought our sofa set and a couple of other pieces of furniture, the experience was excellent with Joseph Thomas (CSR). He was knowledgeable, polite, attentive but most of all.patient. He let us take our time to choose the right pieces and researched the pieces we were interested in. Thomas was detail oriented as well. I will go back to that store and hope the Customer Service is just as good next time around.

Amazing experience today with Brevin and the Leon's team! We got a whole living room set under our budget! Brevin carried furniture around for us to help us color match everything! Wonderful team and great customer service!

Very good experience every time i go to this store. Staff is very honest with expected arrival time, and gave me the best price that they could at the time. Sales staff gave me my space, and made sure i was comfortable before i made my decision to buy.

Ordered 2 sofas May 27 didnt receive them untill today July 14! Unacceptable, they don't keep you in the loop on the status either.
