I've never had an issue in store, but normally I order online but ship to the store for smaller items.

The staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. Not too pushy like at The Brick.

We went here to buy a new dining table. Our experience here was great. Salesperson Dipiksha is professional, friendly and helpful. She particularly helped us get the best deal that we can get. Dipiksha is very patient.excellent service and smooth transaction.our table hopefully will arrive soon. They have an app so you can track it (the tracking app is in real time) Overall, our experienced was good. We will definitely come back and shop here again.

I purchased a bed frame, at the time my daughter also purchased a bed frame. The one I purchased was still sealed in the box. Leons would not take it back and stated Everything purchased at Leons is a final sale.

I was helped at the store and when your purchasing something your helped that's it. I tried to reach out many times after my purchase but no one bothered to help, I was told that the associate would call me but they never did even after 3 follow ups. They never ever deliver on the date committed and keep giving excuses and are very very rude on the phone as well, especially the Richmond hill location should be shut down.

Very unprofessional experience from the Richmond hill Leon’s team. I had high regards for this brand but it was a complete disaster this time.

Got a chair set and a bench from them. After one week of light usage of the bench it developed a crack. I spoke to Dionne from their team and she was quick to respond and sent out a replacement product with a promise of free assembly appointment to compensate for the bad experience. I was really impressed and thankful to them. Lol I think I thanked them much earlier.

After that the nightmare started. I wrote close to 10-15 emails to Dionne and made several calls to their store. These guys NEVER CALLED BACK.

As I am writing the issue is still pending and today when I called, the front desk just told me to get in touch with the technician myself and chase that guy. Lol since I am stuck with this bench which is lying at my doorsteps in a box for a month, I tried calling that guy. Guess what not responding either.

Bought a fridge from leons they took the money in advance and it has been 3 months and i still have not got the fridge they dont pick up my phone call dont go to this company worst company all the money is gone i dont even have fridge they picked up the call once and they sweared at me. Horrible customer service. They always put the blame on the store manger.please do not buy any items from leons they take your money and swear at you

I recently puchased a mattress and Iam Very happy with the quality of customer service I received from Vishnu. The delivery was fast and very convenient. The only complain is when I entered the Leons no one greated us or apptoached to help till I went to the cash register and asked for someone to assist us with mattreses.

Trying to reach them is absolutely impossible. I’ve called 4 times, emailed twice inquiring on a couch I’ve purchased in September 2021. You’ll order the item, sales reps will get their commission but you the customer will never see it.

I understand there are delays with manufacturing but I have not yet heard even an update 3 months later! No one is of any help to me to get the status of my order, I will not be ordering from Leon’s ever again.

It s very poor customer service, special customer sales supervisor is so imploite, after 1 hour waiting for paymeny the bill, their system reject to transaction process, and I ask hold order, whenever system is running well.
Any way, without accepting for delay and apologize,

Same attitude follows by store manager, he watched my delay and not comming front desk to support customer.

Very strange environment. Walked in with my family. Hoping to get some assistance. Sales associate #1 looked at me then looked away on her tablet. She was not with a customer. Sales associate #2 seated on a chair no customers. I walked directly in front of him didn't greet me. Shortly after got up and walked to the back room. Sales associate #3 on the phone with his mask off seated on a couch. Disappointed and walked out.
Called the store 15 minutes later. Was screened multiple times with my first name, last name and purchase. I said just want to speak with a Manager.
Ian Connor General manager came on the phone told him exactly what I wrote in my review said can't be watching his Sales Associates right now and all with customers.
Told him again not in your store now but was there 15 - 20 minutes ago. Still didn't believe me.
Never been ignored or called a liar before.
Found this behavior to be rude and unprofessional.
I will not go back to the Richmond Hill location again!

I bought a fridge and they delivered the wrong one and then refused to take it back after I said it was wrong!

I’m frustrated because I received conflicting information after my initial purchase.
Was told if I buy now there a good chance 1 would receive my furniture in 4-6 weeks.

I called a month later and was told everything is on schedule and don’t see any delays on my order. I followed up the following week and was told yup you should receive a call to arrange delivery time of my liking.

So everything seemed to be fine and no indication of us not getting it on time.
So I never receive a call the next week so I called the store to ask and thought maybe I missed the call. Nope. Apparently no one called and infact I shouldn’t expect a call for at least another month which would lead us into next year.

So no idea how I was mislead for delivery when infact it was not ready, but how could 2 separate people give me the same incorrect info?
Makes me wonder if maybe my order was given to another customer.
I can not blame store if manufacturers are in delay as it’s out of their control but Leon’s dropped the ball on real status updates and built up my expectations when the truth was nothing was ready.

Wasn't very impressed. Went in to look for appliances was in the section for about 45 minutes and no one came by to ask if I needed help even though the section was empty. Very limited selection of appliances at this location would suggest visiting another location if you're looking for appliances and want to consider Leon's.

Thieves.nothing but thieves. They sold us a brand new mattress that turned out to be defective. The product is still under warranty but Leon's refuses to replace it because we're missing tags? ! We have original receipt, proof of purchase and warranty papers but they don't want to honour it. DO NOT buy anything from Leon's Furniture store in Richmond Hill.you will be dealing with thieves. If I could I would give them 0 stars!

Terrible service, they deliver broken stuff, customer service ay zero level, they mostley do not pickup the phone. For evey thing you buy you should ask a few times for exchange and every time hooe you'll get a good one, and it takes months to receive something not broken

Edit: Derrek helped me to resolve the problem. Service technician came and fixed the issue.

I bought a sofa and a Love seat from this branch in March 2020. After they have been delivered I realized that the back pillow of the love seat is hollow and does not have enough stuff in it. I sent an email with pictures to the customer service, but I have not received any reply. I sent the second email and no reply again. I called customer service and they said we will make a work order which they made but they never came after 2 months. I know we are in Covid situation but why in Covid they sell furniture but dont respond to calls and email regarding issues on the sold furniture? Why they make work order which never gets completed? Interestingly when I call customer service for follow-up the phone rings forever then it transfers me to a mail box which is also full and even I cannot leave a message. FYI I bought the protection plan too!

I was looking to buy a fridge and was assisted by Sanjay. He is very kind and patient. I had put a down payment for a fridge and then decided to get a different fridge instead. Sanjay was understanding and very kind. He made the whole process so easy and made sure to answer all our questions and that we had all the right information. When I came back to pay for the fridge I was assisted by Nariman. He was kind, very patient and cute aha. I had trouble with the transaction and he was very patient with me. Thank you Sanjay and Nariman. Will be shopping here again.

I had a agreat experience purchacing furniture and TV with one of the employees (Asad), patiently explaning all the details and offers available. We also encountered some issues which again with his help and assistance the issue was resolved. Definitely recommand this location with their great staff and helpful customer service.

I bought all the furniture, bed, TV, and home accessories from Leon’s and I am really satisfied with the quality and beauty. The only problem with Leon’s is that you always have to wait a long time for delivery! And this is very bad! Because when you buy from one branch, and they say they have this device, you expect them to send it to you soon, but unfortunately they do not always have it in stock, and they have to get it from other branches, which causes You can wait a long time for them to be sent to you!

Disgusting and Terrible Customer service: 0 star
-sales rep had to run back and forth an average twice to answer each question we had and a lot of things she told us were wrong when we spoke to cashier, very confused and ended up not buying anything at all.
-a female manager named gigi was even worse, EXTREMELY rude and talked over to customer with no respect and never listened. She was very mad at us when we tried to explain we had an unsatisfied experience. I saw many complaints over this store and particular staff and wish we could have read these reviews before we shopped here. The corporate level should be aware of this and get rid of people who do not deserve this job and shows no respect to customers.

I wanted to share my experience in this store in September 2020.

I came here after having a very frustrated experience at another big name store and was already fairly stressed out. I was assisted by Jihan, one of the store managers. I explained to her what I wanted (grey couch, bedframe, mattress) and explained that I am not really sure what kind of mattress is best for me.

Jihan spent significant time in the store helping me pick out the perfect mattress and explaining the difference between the different types. I ended up going with a Beautyrest (which I highly recommend) The couch and bedframe was an easy choice as I already knew what I wanted.

The store staff helped me with arranging a fairly quick delivery date which coincided with my elevator booking at my condo. The delivery persons contacted me the day before and day of - they were beyond pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond for me in helping me set up the bed and taking out all of the garbage afterwards.

Overall the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff, both in the store and the delivery men, were beyond helpful and nice. The furniture itself is gorgeous and so comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this store and this location in particular.

Cant say enough good things about the whole experience. Thank you.

I ordered OTTOMAN-TEAL on 6th July. Though it was a special order which they say will take around 8-10 weeks. However, today is 6th Oct, almost 12 weeks and I have not received this small piece of furniture.

On my earlier follow up this store said that it will be received in Oct which was suprisingly late and when I followed it up today they are saying 3rd week of November. This is really frustrating and unacceptable.

Moreover, nobody from this store called me to inform regarding the delay. They are saying that company has made appeal to merchandiser.i do not know their supply chain but it is really ridiculously frustrating.

I came here to find a bed. The show room is beautiful. The matresses are very pricy. The store has a very cool rug section and the price was outstanding. I feel like this store needs more sale representatives as I had a hard time finding someone to talk to.

We bought a Refrigerator at Leon’s Richmond hill 3 months ago and because of the pandemic the delivery date was always delayed. We kept calling the Richmond Hill for the refrigerator and to our disappointment it was always delayed.

As we were so desperate we ended up going to the store and requested to speak to the manager Jihan (jiji)
Who was so kind and patient with us. We explained our concerns to her and requested to get another make to get the Refrigerator faster.she was so kind and made it happen and we got the fridge in 3 days. Jihan went out of her way to make us happy.

Jihan was very friendly and knowledgeable and courteous. Because of the great service Jihan provided us we would definitely go back to Leons Richmond Hill.

I wish I could give them Zero star for costemr services.
I bought my whole kitchen appliances and 2 full bedrooms.
The dishwasher has some manufacturery default and it has been 7 weeks that we are trying to get the leon's to replace it.at first they said over 3 days they don't replace or return anything and I have to call Samsung to get it repaire.when I told them if they don't replace the dishwasher, I am going to return the other purchase of bedrooms and a coffee table. Some one name Ashley started to call me and tell me she is doing her best to get Samsung to do replacement. Here we in 3rd week of that process.
I call and ask why they don't deliver my bedroom and coffee table. It has been over 6 weeks as they promised. They said. 6 weeks after your purchase we get you approved and another 2 weeks for delivery.
I said what approval!
I paid everything by my debit card.
They said these is the policy.
Honestly I don't take this one anymore. Tomorrow I am going to return all remaining items. Before they deliver them.
Their customer service is worst ever.and the most interesting things about them is they just reply on positive reviews.
Not on negative one.

Terrible experience and customer service, first of all, they sent me a product with the wrong color, in the second delivery the drawer was damaged, I call them, and they ask for a picture, no call and response so far. Totally messed up! I will avoid them in the future.

About three months ago we bought a sectional at Leon’s RichmondHill and salesperson Mike helped us very patiently. Now we’re planning to buy a mattress. He helped us again even knowing that we haven’t decided on date yet. He is really professional, patient and knows what is good for who. I want to thank him and the store for having such sales associates.

My parents, who are seniors, purchased a Washer and Dryer on the condition that the old appliances would be removed from the house and placed at the curb by the delivery people. This was put in writing on the receipt and a waiver was signed in case any damage was caused during the removal of the old appliances. When the delivery date arrived the delivery men refused to remove the old appliances stating COVID as the reason. I think that it's a bit of a stretch to use COVID as an excuse not to remove the old appliances if you are willing to walk into a house in the first place but you have to respect their position. My issue is with the salesperson who I feel was dishonest during the transaction in order to make a sale. You can't tell me that they didn't know what their protocol was with respect to the removal of old appliances after all these months dealing with COVID. The salesperson was only concerned about closing the sale and getting the commission. I had to remove the old washer and dryer up a flight of stairs from the basement with my 78 year old father which was not safe. Your word is not worth the paper it is written on Leons.

I recieved my delivery today, the driver installed the legs within 10 minutes and 5 minutes after they left my house one of the legs came out. I called Richmond Hill branch which I bought the sofa from, they passed me to warehouse, I called warehouse they asked me to call Richmond Hill.the broken leg is in my place with my toddler running around it and I am not sure if it is safe to use rest of sofas or not.very very bad customer service for the value I paid and after 4 months of waiting for the sofa to arrive.sooo disappointing.
