Went in and had an amazing experience with Jason. He went above and beyond to make sure the things we selected were right for us. He had us set up and ready to leave with the exact date for delivery we needed. Brandon, the sales manager, also stopped by my house and helped me hook the TV up because he was available and I needed the help. I highly recommend dealing with their sales team. The delivery men were also amazing!

I ordered a couch back in september. I did alot of research so i knew what i was looking for. The salesman at the time was great, however they didnt have my model that i was looking for on the floor so he showed me sometime of similar quality. I paid almost $2000 for it. I placed my order, and paid in full. I was advised delivery would be january 2023.

I waited around till about the end of january and no call. I had to call 3 times and leave voicemails with absolutely no returned calls. I just got lucky and got through. They advised me that it wasnt going to come till sometime in april, and delivery would be a few weeks likely.so now im looking at may pr june to get it. The woman i spoke to advised me that "they run reports weekly" so its frustrating that they run the reports weekly but couldnt advise me that ill be sitting on my floor for another 4 months?

When i called back to ask how it will come because my house is torn apart due to renovations which is the reason i ordered it, she gave me a vague answer that "its a 3 piece so it comes in 3 pieces and the delivery guys will put the legs on. " I stated that i was aware but wanted to know the dimensions of the pieces as i would like to get my house back in order and need to make sure it will fit (building a wall cabinet) the woman advised me she would check and call back. Never recieved a call back.

The impression i am getting is they are great at making a sale but have no follow up and really dont care after they have your money. Glad i didnt get the extended warranty cause i can just imagine the service on that one

UPDATE
After 9 months I was hoping maybe Santa could pull some strings and get me my bedroom furniture or at least an update but that would be like asking for a Christmas miracle.

Relocated to Brockville and got rid of most of our existing furniture. We went to Leon's Brockville furniture shopping, bedroom furniture was not on our list but we saw a set we liked and decided to purchase it along with a coffee table and end tables. After 4 1/2 months I called the store and asked to speak to the sales associate to find out where our furniture was and was told she no longer worked there but our furniture, except the coffee table, had arrived and they would check to find out where our table was. After a few days they located our coffee table and a delivery date was scheduled. Delivery guys were great but the furniture was not. Every piece of the bedroom furniture except one night stand was damaged/defective. Delivery guys took pictures and I received a call from Leon's the next day saying that they would have to send someone to repair it. After 2 weeks and no word I called and a date was set for the following week. It was determined that it was unrepairable and a new set would have to be ordered. Spoke to Leon's and was told they had to source each piece of furniture from different locations, I asked to return the furniture because we were tired of living out of boxes for almost 6 months and I was going for knee surgery and trying to find clothes in boxes or on the floor would be difficult so we would just use the furniture we brought with us. I was told that all Leon's sales are Final and even if they took it back I would be charged a 50% restocking fee. I wasn't willing to pay that much money and have nothing to show for it except our inconvenience. A few more weeks passed and again no update. I called last week to get an update and was told they would look into it and call me back later that day, 1 more week has passed and no call back yet. I think I've been more than patient but this can't even be considered bad customer service as there has not been any service. We are beyond frustrated.

Ordered a couch Feb 13th 2022. Was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks max. Been told 3 different dates its expected to be in and its now been 14 weeks and I still do not have my couch. Do not reccomend leons brockville.

The drivers for leons are phenomenal, one of the employees at leons, not so much. I went in January to place an order (nearly 8k worth of stuff) bedroom set, 2 night stands long and tall dresser, another long dresser, a 4 piece dinning set, and a computer desk,

Went in every month and kept getting told end of next month, so went in again in May and was told everything but my dinning room sets is in. Come to find out none of the dressers are in, and the sales person I dealt with put in the WRONG SKU! So I waited 6 months just to get the wrong product, not to mention almost certain they gave me a floor model for my computer desk as it has dings on it, extremely dusty, and has the sticky from the price still on it, it came fully assembled which even the drivers said it must be a floor model as it wasn't in a box like they usually are. So I waited 6 months just to get a floor model.

They are "Investigating" the issue.

If they deal with this the right way and give me compensation for all this headaches and issues, I'll gladly update my review. But I'm extremely unhappy with this certain sales person and can see why everyone I talk to avoids him

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. My kids ran around like heathens and the sales people were very patient and kind even though they likely wanted to tell me to put my savage children on leashes LOL

I bought a few different items and the whole process was very smooth. The delivery was on time and the delivery workers were clean and professional. I will definitely be buying more items from this location.

Teigan is the best, hands down! Shopping for my first apartment, I’m young, very nervous about what I am buying and teigan put my mind at ease, no pressure, very patient and gives great advice to a first time furniture buyer!

Oh man, where do I even start.so as soon as I walked into Leon’s I was greeted how everyone should be greeted in a sales place like this. I had a lady named Tracey, very happy, bubbly and wanted to sell me something but more importantly wanted to make me feel comfortable and help me with what I needed. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, let me say she can be a handful but Tracey handled it so professionally like she was in my shoes. My daughter instantly clicked with her and was literally her assistant for the hour or so we were there lol. I walked in wanting a double bed for a good price and actually walked out with a queen. This lady sold it to me, she called around she did her due diligence and worked her a** off to make me happy. We need more Tracey’s in this world! Thank you girl from the bottom of my heart for what you did for me and my daughter today! I will be back to shop there!

We bought a stove and absolutely love it. Jason was fantastic and recommended the air fry setting with our new stove and it is now my favorite setting to cook with. Great customer service, product knowledge and prices. Very helpful

Wonderful experience shopping at Leon's. Tracy H.on the floor and Mark at the loading dock were both excellent and super friendly. Could not ask for more from a shopping experience. Also got some good quality furniture at a great price.

Ordered a brand new couch, service was fast officiant and an amazing experince. Didn't feel pressured or rushed, sales person was excellent to work with. Delivery drivers were amazing as well!

I was unable to place an order online so I was told to call the store. Once I did and was almost ready to finally.place an order only to have them tell me they don't accept VISA DEBIT? Leons has proven to be a massive disappointment. I'll never recommend or purchase anything from them in the future. Extremely unhelpful. I manage a very busy store and we obviously have ways to process a VISA DEBIT over the phone. It may be time to update your systems. The response to my review is not helpful. I've ordered from the Brick as they accept VISA debit and their website was also very easy to use. Leons website won't allow you to place any orders online. You're forced to call and then you can't place an order anyways so what's the point? Ridiculous.

I was looking for a power recliner that had been advertised online. I was planning on purchasing two, one for my wife and one for myself. Cheryl K was very helpful. That particular model wasn't in stock but Cheryl was able to order them for us. She explained the delivery times and we don't mind waiting. The price of the chairs had been reduced and we took advantage of the pay no tax event to save even more. I used part of the savings to purchase extended warranties so the chairs are covered for pretty much everything for 5 years. An enjoyable no-nonsense experience. I'd definitely go there again. Leon's Brockville went above and beyond for my parents. My parents needed a bed badly and Reyanne went out of her way to make sure that not only did they find something comfortable but it was in stock. And even when they called back with questions the store manger Mark took time to speak to us and answer all questions about delivery and removal.

Thank you Leon's for helping my parents.

A huge thank you to Tracy H.at Leon's in Brockville! Our washing machine needed to be replaced. I searched online, and found a lot of machines were special order and it would be two to four months, which I understand. After speaking with Tracy she recommended a washer that was on sale. The washer was delivered within four days, it's hooked up, we've put two loads through and couldn't be happier and relieved we will not need to wait. Thank you for your help, advice and making our purchase so easy.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM LEONS! Waited 5 months for my t.v before covid from the location in Kingston.gave them a second chance and ordered a stove from them online which was sent to the Brockville location last July.gave it about 2 months even though it said 2-3 weeks.was told I'm 7th out of 22 orders.called next month.told I'm next to get one.called in January told there was never a line and that they have just been waiting for it.called once a month after and got a new excuse every time! Was told its covid, its lg's fault, and their not making special orders right now. I was told each time by the manager they would look into it and call me within two days. THEY LITERALLY NEVER CALLED ME BACK ONCE! NOT ONE TIME! Meanwhile everywhere else has it in stock. I was then told they buy it from a purchaser who buys it from lg.after 9 MONTHS! I finally had enough! I called Canadian appliance source last Friday.they gave me 55$ off even though they were already the cheapest and I now got my new stove in today! Only 5 days after ordering! Never ever buying from leons again! They should pay me interest for keeping my money so long!

Tracy Haarbosch from Leon's Furniture in Brockville deserves not 5 but 7 stars: 5 five stars for excellent customer service, an additional star for dedicated attention to our personal needs and another star for handling our stress during these Covid-19 times. From the day we walked in the shop to ask about the dining table that we had seen online, she took charge of us, gave us a few other options, and was fully dedicated to assist us, as if we were long time customers while we were new to Brockville. Indeed, we have met many friendly people in Brockville, and Tracy is on top of the list. It was therefore logical that we went back to her when we needed to buy a sofa set. She excelled in the same way and again and exceeded our expectations. Professionalism, honesty, warmth, humanity, dedication, enthusiasm, positive energy: those are some of the many attributes we found in Tracy. Because of her, we will be happy to return shopping to Leon's. In the meantime, all our furniture has been delivered and we are enjoying it.

Needed a dining table fast! Cheryl sold me a floor model table, discounted all in one day. I went to pick it up and Josh disassembled the table so it would fit and then helped load it up. It was not a quick or easy job for him but he did it with a smile. Lovely folks here! I have also ordered a couch with the help of Jason and am waiting for it's arrival in the next few weeks.

We recently moved to Brockville from Burlington. We ordered 4 appliances from the Burlington store and they were to transfer the sale to the Brockville store.pretty simple! Nope. The order was never placed nor sent to Brockville despite us having paid for the appliances. Josh of the Leons Brockville store picked up the ball and got us the honest answers we needed and were unable to get elsewhere. Even though we inevitably had to buy elsewhere, Josh handled the situation very professionally and chased down our refund successfully.

Josh was very helpful. Our couch was way behind schedule, like everything during covid, but these guys were great to deal with. They let me know how many weeks out it was, and on the day of delivery they were very accurate with the time to expect them.

Absolute dumpster fire of an experience. Still waiting for our stove that we bought in October. They do not return our calls and the corporate customer service refuses to help even check the status of our order. We've been stuck using a toaster oven for the last 4 months because of this terrible company, can't even cancel our order and get our money back to buy one somewhere else. Worthless company, worthless franchise, useless employees. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Edit: they've finally replied after this review, I will take it down wherever we get our stove

Over the past few years we purchased most of our furniture from Leon's. Our past experience has always been positive, however that opinion is now changing.
In September of last year we purchased a fridge, paid for it in full with warranty and delivery and still have not received it. We have been told on several different occasions that it was on it's way, however at this point I'm not sure if it was sold to someone else or if it is still in transit. Maybe in future full payment should not be expected if a product can not be delivered on time or within a reasonable amount of time.

Placed an order online for new appliances. One was special order.josh used his own vehicle on a sunday to bring the laundry appliances to my house after another rep cancelled my delivery without notice. Hats off to Josh and his amazing customer service!

I waited almost 8 weeks for my mattress/boxspring and protector. I gave 5 stars because of the folks at Brockville Leon's. When I ended up frustrated with no answers Tegan from the brockville location stepped up and went to the manager and asked what they could do for me. The manager upgraded my mattress protector (which was the cause of the delay in the first place) at no extra charge and had my purchase delivered within a week. The delivery guys were polite and courteous, gave me advice to wash the protector before using and wished me well on their way out. Over all I would order from this location again.

Just moved into my new home that I purchased for myself and my 2 children. Life already being crazy and the stress of moving, I couldn’t deal with any obstacles. Well, turns out my newly purchased home is old and doesn’t allow my queen size box spring to go upstairs. URGH! Cutting it wasn’t an option because of the metal coils so having to purchase a split queen size box springs was my only option.
Thank-You to Jason Allard for going out of his way, on a Saturday during Covid Crazy to insure I had a box spring that evening for well a deserved rest.
I have future plans of dealing with him again.
