I bought a mattress around a week ago at Leon’s and the customer service was really nice. Specifically Khandaker, he was really helpful when selecting my mattress. After purchasing and using the mattress for about a week, it was causing me a lot of issues and pain. So I went back knowing Khandaker had let me know about the exchange policy. He was a big help with letting the front desk know I can exchange the mattress for a different one since the people at the desk weren’t aware of this policy and were going to send me home after saying there wasn’t an exchange policy. I found a better fit mattress for myself with the help of Khandaker, and exchanged my mattress, he was a great help. Thank you.

I have been customer with Leon’s for over 20 years. I recently purchased a mattress Leno’s recommended to buy the mattress cover perhaps I won’t like the mattress I can exchange. I came today to exchange I meet Sharon Lombardi sale representative who very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful helped me to choose the a mattress which is very comfortable and high quality. I truly appreciate their help. I recommend everyone to purchase from Leon’s not only you get good quality also receive excellent service.

I recently visited Leons Vaughan Furniture Store and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of customer satisfaction I received from Akshay the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable Akshay who was eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

The store itself was impeccably organized and stocked with a wide selection of high-quality furniture. I was able to find the perfect pieces for my home, and the Akshay was more than happy to answer any questions I had and provide helpful recommendations.

But the best part of my experience at Leon Vaughan Furniture Store was the excellent customer service. Not only did Akshay go above and beyond to help me, but he followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new furniture.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Leon Vaughan Furniture Store. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in search of stylish and well-made furniture, as well as top-notch customer satisfaction.

Very poor customer service. Having made purchases of over $2,500 and also for delivery, no calls even after failing to deliver on promised date. I had to be calling after due time of delivery. Still yet to get my items. I wonder what the compensation would be? Very poor service delivery

We recently bought office furniture for our new location and were pleased with the quality of service we got. Our procurement representative dealt with Wasim and was extremely happy with how professionally he handled the entire process. We will definitely be buying again from this location and working with Wasim in the future.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! I have been waiting for a table set that I bought. I called in one day just to get an update. I was told I would be getting it within a couple weeks, they were just waiting to give me my delivery date. So I sold my table that was in my house, so I could be ready for the new one. I then I called back to find out if they had a delivery date yet. I was told that I was given the wrong information, that they do not have a date of when I will receive it. So now I have no table, till October! I then spoke to a manager, who then told me he would compensate me because I was given the wrong information. He said he would call me back, yet he has not! I will NEVER AGAIN DEAL WITH LEONS, nor will and family or friends of mine. This is the worst experience I have had buying furniture from a place. I have been waiting since March 31/2022. I was told sometime in August, then September, and now October smh! The people at customer service are rude and clearly don’t know what they are doing, based on giving me the wrong information!

Amazing experience with Faizen. He was extremely kind, helpful but very relaxed and not pushy at all. He helped us choose the best furniture set for us and was so patient as we took so long choosing.

Furniture is awesome so far, delivery guys were fast, extrmely personable and were very careful. They cleaned everything up after the delivery and made some suggestions of equipment to get to optimize my room.

If you go yo Leons vaughan ask for Faizen! Imo he should be the store manager.

The store is conveniently located with a fine selection of items. The staff at the customer service desk sometimes smile and are sometimes prompt. A rating of 4 reflects generally on the sales agents and in particular on Karen. She is personable, attentive, and knowledgable, always ready to help.

Worst experience ever. Simply purchased a motion bed frame and mattress, and have had to call and follow up with them a dozen times. Delivery was promised in May, and arrived in late July. The motion frame was to be installed, and I had to argue with the delivery team, as they didn’t want to do it. Everybody confirmed that model needs to be installed, except the actually people that had to do it. They left in such a hurry and didn’t leave the contents of the box. I have to now track down the leg extensions and clips. Do not use this location. I have been waiting for a manager to call me for 2 months. After sales support is non existent. I get promised a phone call on a certain day, and get a call a week later. I don’t think they are performing surgeries at this location. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Their lack of customer service is setting a new standard.

Excellent customer service. Sharon was especially helpful and so kind and the quality of the furniture was exceptional. The couch I purchased was so comfortable and the staff was with me every step of the way which really helped me in making a decision. All my questions were answered promptly and they always treat their customers like family. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I did not give a five only because we were interested in getting a queen size Pineridge bedroom set plus the entire set and accessories that were on display. The sales person gave us a price for the total with all pieces. We asked about a package deal for everything and were told no.

I got a new dishwasher from this place.
All they have to do is to mention that "additional supplies are needed to connect it" - perhaps to suggest googling, sell it, or provide me the manual upfront.
I've disconnected an old one, but can't connect the new one. The kitchen is a mess, dishes are dirty, and I got little kids running around dangerous equipment. Thank you! Great customer service.

Really bad customer support. They constantly hang up when you call to try and speak with someone. They push your delivery date many times without giving any proper reason or any follow up. Don't waste your time here.

In this store, I paid the full amount according to the label of a table, and picking it up at the warehouse only gave me four legs.
The seller's supervisor didn't even say sorry and felt that the wrong price was the customer's fault.
The next day I asked for a match price, but the store supervisor refused. I won't go to leo's to buy anything again given the treatment that many customers have encountered online.
If any of you want to buy something, think for yourself.

I bought a couch and ottoman from this location. When they arrived the ottoman did not match the couch color. When I returned it the same day hours later I was told I would be charged a restocking fee of 80$. I was told the ottoman would match as the sales associate even admitted to using that word, but the sales managers reply was "match could mean a lot of things". Lol it's not even about the money, it's about poor business practice. This was 100% this stores fault and having just bought a new home that needs to be furnished, extremely poor business practices by not refunding me my 80$ just cost them another few thousand as I will be going elsewhere for my kitchen table and bed. To top it off the movers put a hole in my brand new kitchen floor.

Very bad customer service experience. I bought a dining table set. First the chairs are defective and i report a defect they are not calling to fix the problem. I called and give me a week. After a week if i want return i can't return then they have price match policy, the item that i bought if that item is on sale in 90 days, they will price match. So went there for rice match i also had discount on it. They are refusing to give me discount on sale price.

Stuff a bit expensive and not enough selection. Could have been more variety for king size beds. Most of the designs are ment for old people and are not very nice looking for prices they sell. Otherwise an OK furniture store.

We had a terrible situation turn into a helpful one. There is an employee who had given us misleading information that would’ve ended up costing us hundred of dollars. However after a long enough process, the manager Ritesh was able to help correct the mistake of this employee. It was unfortunate to have gone through because we haven’t had anything to sleep on for a few nights, but at least it has been rectified and for that we’re grateful. Just make sure you’re asking all of the questions possible because it seems as though this person would do anything to make a sale regardless of a thorough explanation not having been made…

July 18 Update: 3 weeks with a defective TV.went into the store, spoke to Diva (customer service manager) absolutely useless and did nothing to help. Posted my review on Facebook and sent am email to head office.will keep updating this post

Warning: go to ny other store. NEVER again will I buy electronics from Leons and especially the Bass Pro Mills location. Very disappointing experience. Purchased a new TV and was so excited to turn on and watch the games.mounted it 3 days after got the TV delivered and it's a LEMON. Didn't turn on. Have spent an entire week and at least 5 hours on calls between, the store (at least 5 calls), SAMSUNG service, and SAMSUNG 3rd part service centre. Have been getting the runaround for a week. No repeat to my time and the store did nothing for me except to say "We will get back to you", "we will get back to you", "Call Samsung". Save your money and shop elsewhere

I've purchased appliance many times before (from the Brick, The Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) - This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
I visited this store to purchase a full set of new (special order) appliances for my house.
The entire process was frustrating, from dealing with the Sales associate, to speaking with the store manager via phone a number of days later where he mentioned he would "get right back to us" but where we never heard back, and last but not least their '60-day price match guarantee' which they refused to honor even though a written quote from a major local competitor (CAS, Canadian Appliance Source, Woodbridge) was provided.
I ended up cancelling my order with Leon's and purchased from the above mentioned CAS store. The sales associate at CAS was extremely helpful and revised the quote numerous time based on our change requests, and provided helpful guidance & feedback along the way based on his 20 years of experience.
Long story short- I will never purchase from Leon's again, and strongly advise any potential customers shop elsewhere wherever possible.

Purchased a beautiful couch a year ago.after only a few months noticed the under bar to the sectional was breaking. Contacted their warranty like the sales person told us. We were told it would be fixed in June (3 months after my initial complaint) Now into July and we are told they have no date for us as to when it will be fixed and we are stuck with a broken couch. Will never buy a leons product again and will never shop at this location again.

Might just be this particular location but considering the lockdown restrictions, the service should be far better. Called numerous times over a span of 48 hours and just had multiple flakey receptionists telling me they'd call back or that their internet was down.

Seriously consider a different Leons location if you're looking to make a purchase.

She is hands down the very best customer service representative we have ever encountered. Leon’s Corporation would be doing themselves a huge favour by putting her into a management position. She takes the time to find out your needs, gives many options, and solutions. She takes the time to educate her clients on the benefits of the extended warranty and various extras to extend the life of your furnishings. Thank you Simin for your extraordinary service. Our experience with Leon Vaughan mill very bad, we brought tv, microwave and laundry set. When we brought the laundry set they said the dryer available but washer need two weeks to deliver (should be end of March), end of march they said not available and waiting to come from US. They gave me 10% discount to laundry set. They delivered the dryer and still waiting the washer. We called many times they said we should wait end of April and gave us 75$ discount to wait until end April. Beginning of May they said we should wait middle or end of May. Our agent (Caren) never pick phone or call back. Many times let us go to store to speak with them instead waiting and no one call back. Last call with manager (man) told me to look another washer from another place and will cancel this order. We found another one on costco more expensive and canceled Leon order but they refused to give us any credit for letting us wait more than two months. I told them from beginning that I don’t have laundry and have two little kids. But they just want to sell items.

I have ordered a 7-PC Gathering Table set from this store on 28th March 2021. The items arrived late (after 5 weeks) and not as originally committed, hardware's to assemble the barstools are missing, some parts are wrong and wont fit. There is no Quality control. I have been calling the customer service for the past 4 days and sent emails and no resolution yet. Customer service rep tells me there are no managers. I am not sure how they are running the store.

The barstool package that has wrong items and missing hardware looked like someone already opened it up and sent back and it was sent to me without a QC. No proper packaging.

I had a great experience when I purchased a mattress at Leon’s Vaughan Mills.
The sales person (Simin) was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, which made my shopping experience pleasant.
I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quick and easy shopping with a peace of mind.

@ this location the employees didn't seem friendly, no friendly greetings and they weren't much help. Not alot of information on the products. I don't think I'll be purchasing at this location again. I was told if I wanted my sofa customized, it would take 5-6 months, like seriously!? If Leon's service is that backed up, they'll be losing customers and lots of $$$$. I bought a TV stand, while I was assembling the table the parts were defective. YOU CANT RETURN IT.
If you have to chose, IKEA or Walmart are better quality and cheaper option.

September 13th rolls around no delivery they didn't even bother to contact me, I had to call them to find out they changed my date to the 17th. Absolutely horrible customer service. First and the last time I will be dealing with Leon's.

Sales reps have zero ethics here. An older gentleman with glasses lied to me about the pricing of a bed, saying the price will be valid only until end of day to get me to buy the furniture I was looking at. 4 days later the price hasn’t changed.

We waited over 40 min for customer service on a weekday. There were about 5-6 staff behind the customer service desk, but only 2 customers were being helped at a time. There were at least 3-4 groups of people waiting in line to be serviced.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LEONS. I purchased a mattress online due to COVID. The mattress name was Serta Munroe FIRM. The mattress was delivered at 9am and by 11am once we installed it, I called to complain that the mattress was anything but firm. My 35lb daughter sank in when she sat on it. The manager at the Vaughan location Diva, said that I could not exchange it because I didn't purchase a mattress cover even though online I was not prompted to purchase one. She offered to have a technician come to my house to examine the mattress. He did come, walked into my house without wearing a mask, even though masks are required in all indoor establishments. Diva did not get back to me as she said she would. After having to call back the store twice to follow up and sending emails to both Leons and Serta someone finally got back to me and said that
'upon reviewing the information provided, it has been determined that the issue you are having with your bedding is not the result of a defect in workmanship or materials. It appears that improper use (inadequate support) has occured that has damaged the product and we will be unable to offer any service under its Limited warranty' Erik Sonstenes

Again, the mattress was delivered at 9am and by 11am I had called to complain so i am not sure when I could have damaged the mattress with my improper use. The mattress was advertised as FIRM and was not. End of story.

Purchase from any other store that will stand behind their product.

Their price guarantee is not real.
We purchased a sectional from this location and the sales associate assured us that if we find the same product somewhere else we will get refunded the difference.
We found the exact same sectional cheaper by 400 dollars and the manager wasn’t “convinced” to do the price adjustment. Luckily their delivery was delayed at that time so we asked to cancel the order, got our money back and went to the competitive store to buy the exact same sectional that was delivered even faster than the promised time by Leon’s.
They’re so eager to get your business but once they get your money they don’t care anymore. I sent an email to head office about the issue months back and no body even bothered to reply.

The salespeople at this Leon's (I don't know about other but I imagine it's the same) are very sleazy and they purposely lie. My parents (seniors) bought a new bed, and were very clear with the salesperson that they needed the delivery people to take the old mattress away because it's very heavy and on a second floor. The guy assured my parents that this was included with the service and guess what? The delivery guys said that not only would they not take the old mattress (or even bring it downstairs with a tip), that it is a very common complain from the customers because apparently the sales people promise a lot of things including this, but it is not actually true. If you do end up buying a mattress from these people, get it in writing or just go somewhere else.

I bought almost all of our furnitures from Leons furniture including appliances. They are perfect until you make payment. After that they don’t care about you or your products. I had tons of issues with them. This is the most horrible company I have seen ever. I will never buy something from them.

Honestly, leon's is low key.they got some great furniture and tv's.make a put stop here check it out.its not the leon's you're thinking of.its better.i ended up buying a pull out couch here a few years ago and i still have it to this day.works the same as when i bought it.holding up well.
