He was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and explained everything with a lot of detail and care. We've purchased from Leons for about 6 yrs now. We were initially working with Nick at the Queensway location. After he left, we had the good fortune to find Francesco at the Miss S location. Both gentlemen were professional with personable customer service skills. Francesco was quite helpful with our recent W/D purchase. He was very knowledgeable with the product, process and added insight on braided water lines for condo installations. We would highly recommend him!

Absolutely love Francisco. We have come back to buy furniture with him 3 times this month alone because of how amazing his customer service skills are. He really cares about his customers getting the best quality stuff. We are so happy to have found a person we can trust at Leon’s. Aside from that the entire team at this store is such great energy which makes for a great shopping experience!

If I were to rate based on the experience of purchasing I would probably rate this store and the service 5 stars (I think that’s where most of the 5-stars for this place come from). However, once you’ve purchased, everything drops to a zero. Don’t expect any customer service or any updates on your order. Our order that was supposed to take a month took 5 months. I understand with COVID and manufacturing/ transportation delays this is expected but their estimates are WAY off. I ordered from other furniture stores after and none of them took that long. Also beware of the lighting in this store. They use yellow lights and you cannot see the true colour of the furniture which is probably one big reason why most of us go in person to furniture stores instead of ordering online. Leons used to be really good but unfortunately not anymore.

I went into Leon's on Dundas St in Mississauga and Francisco welcomed my family in by shouting, "you are my VIP customer! " After we discussed what I was looking for, he was very helpful and helped me through the process of purchasing a couch and a new fridge. He went above and beyond he he listened to my needs and was able to deliver. Highly recommend everyone to visit Francisco when visiting Leon's. Also would like to thank I believe he was the manager who was also very helping in answering questions and suggestions. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Thank you for the excellent customer service I got with these big life decisions.

Angela Zhang has provided us with an amazing customer service experience! She was very welcoming and guided us through various options and told us upfront that chairs might come with few months of wait time. We have liked the furniture and price and decided that we can wait for delivery.
I have called after 2 months to ask for an update and Angela has come back quickly with the exact date of delivery.
I would definitely recommend her to others!

Our very ill neighbour had one more problem she didn’t need: her fridge was conking out and frozen food was thawing. We went to Leon’s and had the good fortune to be greeted by Prateek. He found a perfect replacement for the flakey fridge at a great price to boot. He even approached his manager to accelerate delivery which was extremely important. Energetic, professional and completely customer focussed - Prateek’s success in this business is guaranteed!

I am not sure if this is how all Leon’s are, but this is the worst one. Worst customer services, worst experience of buying any kind of furniture.

We bought 2 chairs and a couch on Black Friday, they messed up our order and payment while we were there and had to wait for over an extra hour to get it resolved.not to mention the rude employees that barely answer questions regarding their mistakes in setting up the order and payment.

The couch was supposed to reach in 15 days, meaning some time in December and the two chairs some time in January. December passed, and they said that the couch will reach in January as well. We understood that delays can happen due to many reasons including COVID.that’s okay. January came and only the two chairs arrived. We called them to ask about the couch and now they’re saying it will be some time in March… Now this is unacceptable! They estimated arrival went from 15 days to 4 months? And no one was calling to apologize and give an update.

What kind of fraud is this? Selling inventory that they don’t even have? !

Nice friendly staff and quality furniture. Purchased lots of home furniture here, sofas, beds, mattresses, dresser etc.going good from a long time. Just had issues with a night lamp that was not fixed.

We order sofas and a dining set, and everything was delivered on time. The operators delivering the furniture were very helpful! The associate helping us was Mantasha; she was attentive to all the changes we made before delivery. I highly recommend purchasing at this location.

Tried the on line ordering approach and had some questions about the washer l was considering buying. An awful experience, just going in repetitive circles of misleading and ambiguous information that had nothing to do with the questions l had. After a frustrating hour or so l gave up and called a local store directly. Got excellent efficient service. Answered all the questions l had, and l placed my order within a few minutes or so. My advice, forget the online approach. Call your local store directly, get a real live person and customer service is excellent. In relation to the experience with the store directly, l would have rated 5 stars. But the online experience would have rated zero.

I bought a bed set from here it was a bed where the headboard lit up and had drawers on the bottom in April 2019. I loved the bed and the lights were the selling point. Well after like maybe 3 uses of the lights they stopped working. I was covered under warranty but have been ignored since then its now been almost 2 years and i have left e-mails, called left messages and continued to be ignored. At first i gave them the benefit of the doubt being busy so i waited then covid hit so i was even more understanding now im just annoyed. They have no problem spam calling my phone leaving emails daily for me to buy stuff but noone can contact me back for a problem.

Cheaters!
When i purchased my 3 sofas they said you have 60 days price adjustment, when i called today for this offer they said okay you will get 20$ refund lol!
I bought each sofa for 799$ "regular price" now they increased the price to 899$ and they apply the offer on today's price. Thats why im getting 20$ refund
I actually kept it for them to buy their coffee lol!

This is very disappointing will never ever go back to this store or recommend it to anyone!

This was our first visit and purchase from Leons and we are really glad with the service and our purchase of full bedroom Set from 2070 Dundas St E, Mississauga location.we received an exceptional service and credit goes to Mantasha (A Big Thank you), who went above and beyond to help us to choose right product and made sure that everything goes smooth till the delivery.she kept us in loop throw out the process and kept us well informed about the timelines.due to Pandemic it took a month and change to receive it.everything was fine with the purchase but the night stand.we got it replaced with just a phone call to customer care.

Thank you Leons for having wonderful staff like Mantasha. She is definitely an asset to the team. Kudos to service.

Surely visiting this store again in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales persons have the IQ of a goldfish and keep changing their statements. My 5 year old niece could do a better job than them. Plus Nobody picks up the phone. Drove all the way to deal with their incompetence

Purchased a sofa from them back in 2016 and just discovered today that the "Platinum 5 year protection plan" that I paid a fortune for ONLY covers fabric for god's sake. The handle on the side that lifts the leg rest broke and now I'm all on my own to fix it. Whatever you do, don't buy from them.

Natasha was great! She’s friendsly, gave service with a smile, and a cool calm approach. She gave me time to think about my purchase, she wasn’t pushy at all. I ended up going back to the store within two days from the original day I first went in and purchased my item! I will be coming back again soon to buy some other furnishings and especially asking for Natasha.

They have very poor customer service, delivered my sofas with no legs, I had to call the store like a million times with no response, went into the store, I was told to wait another 6to 8 weeks to order legs, I disagree and was told someone will call me to discuss a better solution in the next 24hrs, nobody called to give update, they care less about customers, am full of regrets getting my sofa at leons.please don't fall for there trick, once you place you order to deliver is trouble.

There service was decent at the store but the delivery service was a nightmare. The two gentlemen that they call movers did not no how to move furniture properly. They scuffed up my walls, they didn't even take there boots off. I was so frustrated that I had to direct and help them manouver the furniture upstairs. This will be my last time buying furniture from Leon's. If I could give a 0 star I would. You should train your employees properly. Please be aware

I’ve been to other locations and none compare to his knowledge, from buying couch and chairs to washer and dryer.he knows it all!
Joe goes above and beyond and always greets me when I walk through the door!

NO star.for BAD, LOUSY service

We are so upset with LEON'S BAD and LOUSY service. The staff don't even care and were very inconsiderate and incompetent. We ordered for a chocolate brown sofa and they delivered a different colored one. So many promises but until now, the sofa has not been delivered.

We went to the store to cancel and get a refund but unfortunately we couldn't until the wrong item is picked up by their delivery people.

We demanded to refund the money but the Manager (Jessica) said "if you want to get the refund today, bring the sofa to our warehouse". It is so unprofessional with the way they treated us.

I purchased a sofa and dinner table from this store. The sales person is very nice until you place the order; they also say the delivery staff will call you 1 hr before they arrive. BUT it’s all a sham and delivery people are really uncourteous bunch, who have zero interest in client’s needs. They did not deliver it and took off saying they have 11 more deliveries for the day and they will deliver it ONLY if there is a spacious loading zone RIGHT in front of the building.
The store IS TOO BUSY attending other customers, so they won’t answer the phones as well. And I am wondering when the sofa and dinner table will be delivered; until then I have floor to sit on and eat dinner. Thank you Leon for this great experience.

It’s not the only instance. I called other store whose name was somehow showing in the old delivery notification. I told him the whole story and all he had to say was “as far as I am concerned it will be delivered today between 2 and 5”. It was almost 4 when I spoke to him.
Not even an apology for namesake. He didn’t even share the managers contact information.

Earlier today we went to Badboys and the other Leon's near Sherway Gardens. Both places had pushy salespeople; they were clearly interested in making a sale today. However we felt very comfortable at this particular Leon's. Amaninder (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) and Angela were helpful to answer our questions and left us alone right after, assuring us he was around the corner. He was also honest and highly knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely come back to this location to purchase appliances, just due to the customer service. Thank you.

One of the worst places to buy a couch. Sales people are douche bags and have no knowledge whatsoever about the products. Probably most of em end up taking these jobs as they are not able to get job anywhere else. I asked a sales guy about a sofa which was super soft and if he could show me something firm that can support my back. He replied: that's how sofas are supposed to be "soft" and walked away.

Disgusting behaviour! Specifically the manager.purchased a $200.00 MIRROR. Plus tax & came delivered to our home BROKEN! I called to have them pick it up to bring us a NEW one as that is what I bought! A NEW ONE! They came THREE weeks later to take the broken one only to leave us with ANOTHER BROKEN MIRROR! I called minutes after the driver left, as long as it took to open the box, and guess what I was told! Sorry mate we CANT come back to get the BROKEN MIRROR we just dumped at your house! I said, not accepting that! Are you guys SERIOUS? I didn’t want to buy a BROKEN MORROR! I wanted a NEW ONE! The manager then proceeded to tell me they don’t have anymore of these mirrors in stock and it would be 3-4 week before they got more! Excuse me! I told them come Collect it I DONT want it! The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to remove the cost of the BROKEN MIRROR! Which may I add was part of a $4500.00 order! Month after month I check the bill and see still no discount removed! Nothing! Listen carefully I’ve had my Leons card for 15 years and I have easily spent $15,000 in the store. You don’t deserve anyone’s money! And all they could say to me over the phone was sorry we don’t have any “notes” about this and our manager doesn’t know about the incident! Oh how nice of the shady manager not to know & make a note in my file or how about CORRECT the problem like you said you where doing... Will be cancelling all my Leons cards today! You people make me sick! ! ! They deserve Zero star!

Just left a one star for the Mississauga location as well. I was at this location getting pricing, and after they said they can’t do anything, I told them I was going to call another store and see if I get a better deal. He said go ahead. I did and I got $82 off (nothing I know, but I felt they were trying to earn my business). In order to respect the guys time at this location, I said they offered me this, if you can match it we can wrap it up. The store manager here asked me which store and which sales consultant, I told him it’s the Missisauga location, but the consultant is irrelevant. He said they won’t do it unless they give me the information, I said you can either do it, or don’t. He said they can’t. No problem, I drove to the other store, and as I’m driving there, I get a call from the location I was going to, saying the other store called and told them not to give me that price? What kind of BS is Leon’s on wasting my damn time.
