I've purchased almost my entire apt from this store and the people and service are amazing. I'll always stick to Leon's.

I just moved to Chatham and was looking for a bedroom set. Had 3 stores in town to choose from and settled on Leon's. One had no service staff to talk to, so left pretty quickly. Another one had great customer service but the set I selected had a hefty delivery charge. Actually, Leon's was the first store I visited and was immediately approached by a wonderful young lady and after I explained to her my needs, she immediately showed me several sets that checked all my boxes and even included delivery. My good fortune was meeting Meghan Pettipiece. Her great attitude and friendly demeanor made me realize I would probably buy from her after I checked the other two stores. She understood completely and prepared a quote for me. The next morning I visited the two stores mentioned above and returned to Meg by the early afternoon. She came right over and we placed an order for delivery within a few days. The next day she called and advised that I had missed one piece of the set. Silly me. She added that to the order. A few days later, the store called and gave me a 3 hour window to expect delivery. The truck showed up on time, the crew brought in the set, assembled it, cleaned up and left all within a half hour.

I was completely satisfied by Meg, the staff, the crew and the bedroom set.

Top notch service, and I highly recommend Leon's, especially this store and definitely Meg.

Had a delivery from the Chatham store the the delivery team works hard they were very accommodating with everything the red head that works for them really busted his balls carrying all of my order in I asked them if they know wear I can get the hoses for my washing machine they told me the Leon’s store carries them as well they were really nice and respectful of the whole time they were at my house doing the delivery the older gentleman Joe I believe his name worked really had on putting my items together well he was bulding my table he was just talking to me well the red head brought my chair in I would love to continue doing business with the Chatham leans

Recently purchased my 4th couch from Leon’s as they have always offered great prices for each stage of my life as I’ve moved and purchased new properties, Michelle at the Chatham location has helped me in 3 of those purchases, she is very knowledgeable about products and offers. Will continue to shop at Leon’s.

The delivery of my new sofa was early in the morning and the 2 men who brought the sofa were very nice and thorough.they were very professional and fast.

We have bought many things over the years, and the delivery crews are always on time, courteous, and clean up when done. We always seem to go back to Leon's for new furniture and appliances.

Everything went as it should. Delivery was quick, professional and the product was as specified.

We love the dresser. It had to be ordered, which took about 6 wks, but it was worth waiting for. Lots of drawer space.

I dealt with Chris at this location and he was fantastic. Very patient with me as a tried numerous recliners before deciding on the perfect fit for me.

I was not personally home for delivery, but my friend who did me the favour of being here said they were prompt, polite, respectful, and professional on delivery and she recommended that I fill out this review as such. The couch was in as expected condition and placed well in my livingroom. The rest of my home was treated with respect as they moved it in through narrow openings.

Leon’s was great! The staff (Janice) were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The team (Geoff & Kohl) who delivered my washer and dryer were courteous and respectful of my home. They were able to level the appliances and hook up in a short time frame so they are ready to go! Good experince overall!

If you must shop here or deal with staff, make sure you ask for Old Chris. Everyone else, including the sales manager (who I won't name publicly), will just lie to and scam you. This has been the worst experience and we are still trying to get one of our charges refunded when they shouldn't have even made a second charge. It's been almost 2 weeks.

Absolutely fantastic staff. The one fella Jeff was super helpful and put up with our antics throughout our shop. A great selection at fair prices.

Bought a full set of house appliances from Leon's without too much trouble. I ran into issues with delivery due to Covid delays but they worked very closely with the distributors to get them out ASAP. My overall experience with Leon's was great and will continue to shop there.
