Went in today to look at mattresses and recliners. Tyler was phenomenal he was very helpful and was able to show us what we wanted even though we had only a basic idea of what we wanted. We got a mattress and a beautiful recliner. We were quite pleased with our visit today and will definitely go back again in the future.

Overall Impression of Our Experience
The store was clean and they had a good selection of items. The sales rep was helpful and though it was the end of the day and the store was closing soon we did not feel rushed. The sales rep was diligent and contacted us the next morning as promised to follow up on how much he could discount a damaged item. Though we were impressed with their artwork selection we were hesitant about purchasing a piece of artwork after learning about the store's no return policy. It is difficult to buy something like that without being able to take it home to see how it looks in the space.

I MaryAnn went into the store today to pick out some living room furniture and a new mattress. I had a gentleman David Sherlock to help me decide on which one was best suited for me. He was an excellent and an amazing salesman. I highly recommend asking for his help. Thank you so much again David you have a very satisfied customer.

Experience has been great for the last 7 years we have been dealing with them, but definitely a let down once it comes down to a problem with a product. My parents had purchased a bedroom set plus 2 “ultra hard” mattresses and after delivery and we set everything up the mattresses were definitely not hard, they felt ultra soft and your back literally sinks down, they sent someone to take measurements and the measurements and they turned out within spec, in my opinion though the measurements are spec that does NOT prove that the inside of the mattress is fine, they just take measurements but they do not lay on the mattress to see how it reacts to weight which is the main concern here, so further due I also understand that The Leon’s store has a protocol to follow, but when I spoke to customer services, the lady would not answer my specific questions like “if it’s described a ultra firm mattress should the mattress sink down? ” She just circles around my questions as I’m sure she is trained to do, not once she made me feel that she understands what I’m trying to explain to her. I’m not against the protocol she has to follow,
but I’m totally against her not making me feel that what I’m trying to explain and say is also justifiable. Out of the 7 years and the thousands me and my family has spent, this was the first time we had a problem and though we were confident that At least the store them selfs would help they have left us stranded and to deal with the company of the mattress on our own. It was less than a month we started the claim with Leon’s.

Wow amazing service with Leon's Woodstock! We purchased a gas range and microwave a week ago and today the matching fridge and dishwasher. Jaz is an excellent sales person, polite, kind, knowledgeable and the delivery team (that delivered the gas range and microwave) were also polite and respectful of Covid safety measures. In fact, Jaz assisted us with our purchase of adjustable beds a few months ago. We have made several purchases over the years with Leon's Woodstock and will continue to do so in the coming years. Well done team!

The customer service was amazing! Carlos went above and beyond. We purchased a reclining sofa and it arrived damaged. But due to covid nobody could come in and repair it and the parts never arrived but a year later Carlos replaced it with a brand new sofa!

Professional, respectful, caring employee's. I had an encouraging experience with all aspects in my purchase. Delivery was unexpectedly earlier than was first programmed. This early delivery date was welcomed by my convalescing wife from an operation. As I write this review, she is enjoying her rest peacefully on her new recliner.

I reluctantly bought a Whirlpool dishwasher that was in stock last week to avoid months of waiting for delivery on the Bosch we actually wanted. It was installed a week ago. The installation was muddled up, but hey nobody is perfect. As of yesterday it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve trouble shot it, called for service, been told by you to call the 800 # because you have no service people. They’re not open on the weekends. Thanks for the lesson…always by appliances from a reputable appliance dealer with its own service technicians.

We came in July 2021 just 10 days before we were moving. Before even coming to Leon’s Woodstock, we went to two other locations. Although the staff at the two other locations were nice, it couldn’t compare to the warm welcome we got at Leon’s Woodstock.
Jaz is probably one of the nicest people we have a pleasure of meeting. He was honest, patient and knowledgeable. I’m pretty certain he spent roughly 3 hours with us trying to find a couch that both my husband and I liked, a bed frame and washer/dryer! We will definitely be coming back for our basement project next year!

I purchased a fridge and stove at this location recently. The salesperson (Shawn) was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Addendum: ended up having a lot of trouble with the fridge delivery. Miscommunication between sales, delivery personnel (and myself?) The stove was fine but the fridge would not fit through the kitchen doorway despite measuring the opening ahead of time. It wasn’t even brought into my home. The delivery staff measured it in the truck/parking lot. Subsequently, the salesman told me it would indeed fit if they had removed the fridge door. The delivery that were in disagreement as to the measurements that the salesman provided. I also had a family member come over and remove the frame to the doorway as well. They came back same day to try it a second time. It ended up that the fridge was returned to the store. They did not have a smaller one to match the stove and couldn’t order one with any certainty of a delivery date. I was refunded but had to pay a re-packing fee (I believe it was $60) for the fridge even though they only removed a portion of the plastic to measure the fridge “in their truck”. It never did even make it into my home. That’s when I went to Home Depot in Woodstock and without any difficulty ordered and received what I needed.
That’s not to say I wouldn’t shop at Leon’s again, just not for anything with any potential delivery issues.

I Ordered a couch online shortly after I received a call from the store confirming my order and delivery date. Now the day has come and gone with no delivery, no email or phone call. Utterly ridiculous and very unprofessional.

(update) After talking to the customer care employee things are now sorted out. I have since received my couch.

The person I talked to at the store was amazing. If I need to make another furniture I will consider Leon's just because of her.

Came in to pay my bill off lady that works there took my money said its paid off and I'm all good 6 mouths later Dejardin calls me saying I'm late on payments and I owe now over a $100 don't FinanceI they make it hard to take your money they want you not to pay it off they make more in late fees won't go back nothing but headaches

Purchased a Mattress with sales person Sean Smith, who was easy to chat with and was patient with our questions. With COVID protocols, this transaction was simple and easy. I recommend asking for Sean when shopping at Leon’s Woodstock.

After a long and drawn out process of attempting to get a damaged coffee replaced, which you would suspect to be simple task. I determined it's not worthy of anymore of my time and accepted a refund. I'm looking forward to furnishing my new home with furniture purchased anywhere but Leon's.

I've bought so many things for my home from Leon's and it's lasted years and years. Their finance options are great and I just saved HUGE on a mattress. Bir and Tyler are great salesmen, I've dealt with both of them, but being the most recent. He's knowledgeable on pricing, finance options, show room selection and accessories for your purchase. Will continue to do business here without a doubt. Keep up the great work.

I found Leon's very disappointing. They advertised these chairs for sale and didn't have any and the salesman told us he didn't know about them and then contradicted himself when he told someone else that they weren't getting anymore in. Then he said that the same kind of chair which read $349 was the $149one so not only confusing its making me want to do my business elsewhere as we did want a TV and a bed and mattress and bowstring.

The experience at the store was awesome. First of all a very well done layout easy to find. What I loved was the customer service though. I had ordered for a mattress and the entire process just took me 5 minutes. The only possible drawback is that the warehouse is not situated at the same area. Good news it's just a few blocks away. All in all a very easy experience.

The showroom was clean and the customer service was excellent! We purchased a couch for a good price and they even honoured a deal that we had missed by a day! Would recommend them for sure. Great that they deliver as well.

I fell in love with a couch set from this store, but was struggling to find both pieces in stock, in my local delivery area, and for a good price; however Bir worked with me for several days and made it so I was able to have both pieces in a timely manner, for a good price, and ensured they would deliver to me despite being in a different city. Furniture shopping can be difficult but Bir made it easy and enjoyable, it is very appreciated.

They take 4 days to issue a refund on a cash purchase and handle complaints like grown children.

My husband and I were in the store last night to purchase two recliners. The gentleman that helped us (BIR S) was wonderful - he was close by to answer any questions and check stock details but was not pushy in the slightest. It made a nice change to be able to walk through the store without feeling pressured. He also went through the various extended protection plans Leon's offered but again was not pushy about either. This is the second purchase we have made at Leon's Woodstock since moving to town two years ago and we have been impressed both times! Wonderful selection and excellent customer service!

I bought my couch just after the lockdown the customer service was very nice and helpful even after purchasing it went on sale and i got a really good deal with a store credit. Then i bought a sleigh bed very happy with my experience and the service.

I bought and paid for my furniture in london whete service was superb but it was delivered from Woodstock. The woodstock delivery guys were okay. Not friendly but not rude.however they tore up my door way and wall from moving a sectional. I signed the paper saying they did a good job before I fully inspected the walls and doorway. Very disappointed. They must've known what they did and didn't even point it out.
Displeased barely covers my emotion from this sloppy move job.

The sales staff was great. No pressure. They helped us pick out a fantastic new washer and dryer. They gave us an extra 10% off.

I took a chance an bought a new couch.
I'm beyond satisfied with the product, an the whole over all experience.
From the minute I started my in store order, to the end of signing for confirmation was great/quick AND stress free. From the beginning the manager Kyle an the women who put my order in were amazing, helping us with anything needed as well as making sure we got the best deal. Both staff were very friendly an made sure we were still satisfied with our purchase as the process went on. The delivery wait was not long at all, The delivery men were business appropriate an friendly. They were amazingly careful when moving the couch through the house. They were quick but sufficient with getting it put together in a timely manner an right. They Answered any and all questions I had. Over all this was a great hassle free experience with an amazing out come.
