I’ve had many deliveries in the past with other companies and by far this was the easiest experience I’ve ever had. When it came to having to change my original delivery date, they did it within minutes without any issues. The tracking information that was sent was always updated and the movers were great with communication as well. Fabian and Lewis are the BEST movers I’ve ever met. They were nothing but kind throughout the entire process. They were also super quick and efficient when both moving and building my furniture. I would absolutely rate this location and the service received 5/5!:)

We placed a sofa order on 18Aug, and were informed the delivery to be available in Oct-Nov, its okay as we knew covid delayed things.

Lately, I have texted the salesperson some times to ask about the stock. He was kind of not so responsive, okay, I sympathized since every salesperson is super busy.

Today he called me and said he had no idea on the delivery date. Im so frustrated and upset. The retailer should know exactly the date when stock is available. I immediately went on the website and asked an online staff to check. He informed my sofa to be available in the middle of Jan. 2022. TOO MUCH!
The salesperson should have been honest with his client from the beginning so that we had another plan. We are also super busy like him, it is such a waste of time!

Really great service from Mike. Had a difficult time waiting for a couch from a different company, and helped us find a couch in stock we can get soon. Very efficient, knows his stuff- and knows how to find exactly what you need, in your price range.

Ordered pillows back in september and till this day I have not received it. Get no calls on any updates, I have to keep calling constantly only to keep being told they'll come in the next 1-2 weeks. Its now been over 2 months.
This is the second time Leon's has done something like this (first time with couch order), quick to charge you for products, only to make you wait months on end with no proper estimate or follow up. Decided to cancel the order now, as its looking like i wont ever get them any time soon.

Jaspreet Sembi was a good customer service rep and processed my order with courtesy and efficiency, but the problem was the wait for my pickup. The warehouse staff seem totally disorganized. I waited half an hour to officially pick up my night stand. Meanwhile guys who came after me to pick up larger items were served first! I wasn't too happy about that. Perhaps it was because it was almost closing time on the Sunday of Thanksgiving, but I still didn't appreciate not being helped first, considering I was there first! I'm not sure I'll go back to that location. I've had way better service when ordering a delivery from Leon's.

Ignore this location if you are buying appliances, the representative told me Dishwasher will come within 3-4 weeks, it’s been more than 2.5 months every time they tell it will be coming in a week, but as usual not arriving. Worst ever service, and their Manager is also bad, instead of apologizing saying go ahead and cancel it. If this is what u manage with extreme proud, then I am better off cancelling the order.

Stay away from such store who have no idea about delivery of products.

Leon's doesn't care after the sale and also are rip off artists at the 535 steels location, after contacting too learn more about the defective product they left me hanging by not calling back! In addiction they sell you a product on sale and don't tell you the product you've purchased is blemished! Please be weary at this location because your experience will be disheartening!

This is my third time shopping at leons. I recently moved to a new town home and had to give away my furnitures. After visiting two big name furniture stores and receiving cold customer service I came back to leons and purchased my living room set and my dining set. Lana helped me through the entire process. I will be coming back for my bedroom set.

We purchased the Torano Stone sofa and chair as floor models. The store was closed and we did it over the phone. We asked Javed salesperson to inspect the merchandise to make sure there weren't any defects. When we received the merchandise one of the leg's on the sofa was completely loose. When cleaning under the chair I noticed the lining underneath the chair was all ripped. I phoned Tiffany service representative who was completely incompetent. She claimed that since I received $100 gift certificate I wasn't entitled to any service. The manager sent me $100 to change the review. I told Tiffany l never used the gift certificate, and it could be return and I never asked for it. Why does a company as big as Leon"s hire incapable staff like Tiffany. If I could give them less then a one I would.

We are new to Toronto and came to Leon's to find our furniture. We came into Tony and he's so helpful in finding stocks and explaining details to us. All products and logistics are fantastic. We are so lucky to have the scratch card discount of 20% ultimately. Leon's definitely would be in our shopping list in future.

I would like to thank Luis in warehouse. Luis helped us when I was there two months ago to exchange a chair with missing parts. When he repacked the chair in the warehouse and brought it to us (the chair originally came in a box as two), we asked him to open it again to make sure that this time all the small parts were included. Even though he had to unbox what he just packed, he gladly helped us counting. Later he even offered to load it to our car. We went to the store feeling upset due to the exchange (it was our second exchange regarding the same item - first with a defect from manufacturer, second with missing items). However, Luis provided great customer service that by the time we left the store, we even forgot that we were upset.

Finance department has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called on behalf of my grandmother who doesn’t speak or read English. Sales associate at the time of purchase, who spoke my grandmother’s native tongue, assured her that she could pay for her items in a year with zero price difference. Final bill has $400 of added insurance charges. Customer services’ response to me was that my grandmother shouldn’t go to the store and purchase items if she doesn’t know how to read English when signing forms. How equitable and sensitive right? I can’t believe a major store like this would respond in such a discriminatory manner. Clearly this brand only caters to the “privileged. ” THEN when I asked to speak the manager, the manager claimed to be on a call and wouldn’t talk to me. Avoid this store. I will never purchase from a brand who has the audacity to have employees repeating such insensitive and ignorant remarks. Not equitable or courteous at all.

We found the quality products we are looking for for bed frames and matresses. But what made our experience more satisfying was the assistance given to us by Andrew A. He truly understood what we wanted. He knew exactly what we needed. We got the financing we thought impossible to have. He did everything he could. As new immigrants, now we got the chance to start building our own line of credit. All these happened because of him. "A" for effort Andrew! Expect us to be loyal to Leon's and mor epurchases in the future. Leon's is lucky to have you.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. My landlord bought a new dishwasher and they cannot give me any idea of when in the day it will be delivered and they will not install the dishwasher. Therefore I need an installation person to come twice, once to detach the old dishwasher (since they won't do that either) and then to install the new dishwasher. They are only interested in selling you stuff they aren't interested in anything that comes after the sale.

PRO:
STAFF IS GREAT AND KNOWABLE, WILLING TO DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE SALE AND COMMISSION.
ANN IN APPLIANCES WAS JUST A GEM TO WORK WITH!
LANA WAS GOOD WITH ASSISTING AND I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

CONS:

COMPANY FAILED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR FURNITURE IS COMING.
INSTEAD OFF A CALL, I GOT A CALL DAY OF DELIVERY, FEW MINUTES BEFORE DELIVERY TO LET YOU KNOW ITS COMING.

WHEN CALLING TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND NO ONE IS RESPONDING.

ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS, ON TOP OF IT I GOT SOME RUDE DRIVER WHO PRETTY MUCH SAID I AM CANCELING YOUR DELIVERY AND HUNG UP.

UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO 0 STAR THAT I COULD GIVE THEM.

This is the worst customer service I have ever been. We bought some furniture from there and they made an insurance which we even did not ask for it futhermore they even did not ask to us that too. We have gone there several time for the insurance suppose to be cancel, but they just do nothing. We won't pay that many if they keep being stubborn, it goes court.

NOTE: PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY STAFF FROM THERE. THEY MAY MAKE AN INSURANCE WITHOUT ASKING YOU AND YOU WOULD PAY IT EVERY MONTH.

This is a highly recommended company. EXCELLENT service and products very competitive prices. The sales rep GLENDA FLORES was very helpful and professionals is such a GREAT ASSET-her communication is amazing. I end up of buying living room set, dining set and bedroom set with mattress. Glenda also explained to me about the benefit of getting the protection plan that i also added to my purchased that i believe in the long run this will help me later if things happen with my furniture. Absolutely I will recommend Glenda to all my friends and family to shop at leons furniture.

We bought all our home furniture with our agent jaspreet. He was the best agent ever we have came across. Would highly recommend jaspreet if you want to buy any furniture from Leon's.
